BEWARE using this Company! We had a scheduled move with company over 3wks ago. I called 2 days before the move to make sure we were still a go because they do not send confirmations. They assured me that yes, the move was still on. The next day at 4:30pm I received a call saying that my MOVE IS CANCELED! with less than a days notice before our scheduled move at 10am the nxt morning, with no other options or solutions. Most bussinesses would try to find alternate solutions, but they did NOTHING! Offered NOTHING! No service, no help, whatsoever.We were left to figure out immediate plans for our imminent move. This may be the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, we do not want this to happen to anyone else. please read this before you decide to book with this company. We have spoken with the customer service manager and she did abosolutely NOTHING, referred us to a claim page on their website, where we send an email about our experience and hope someone eventually gets back to us!? DO NOT Trust this company. I would not have given any stars to this company if that were an option. *UPDATE Six Months Later January 2022 We still have not recieved our deposit back from this moving company. This is not how professionals handle bussiness.
