Brett and his Buddies were fantastic- they took 2 huge loads of junk off our hands and got those items to people who needed them. Then on extremely short notice they helped us move some items to our new house. They even moved my laundry !! Excellent, friendly boys who really helped me in a pinch. Highly recommend these boys.

(Posted on behalf of my mother) I moved with this company recently. They were all pleasant people, but sadly it was a big mistake, and a terrible experience. My bed was dismantled to move, they lost the hardware to reassemble it. I was left sleeping on the mattress on the floor for 3 weeks.( I already had an injured back and I am a senior) I was told it would only be for a couple of days. After complaining bitterly Brett arrived with a second hand box spring mattress from ?? It wasn’t clean & I did not want it in my apartment. He told me he’d be ordering the parts (one piece also broken) from the manufacturer & would fix my bed. I waited 3 months, contacting him numerous times with no response. My son eventually spent the best part of a day buying wood, and attempting to fix my bed frame. Presently I have a temporary fix, but will have to buy a new bed frame. A beautiful antique bar cart mysteriously “disappeared “all that remained of it was one handle. He “did not know” what happened to it! Other pieces of my furniture were scratched badly, my cream lounge sofa and chairs were in an appalling state, filthy. Fortunately the covers could be removed & he did get them dry cleaned for me, but some areas are stained now. When I asked about his insurance (he had told me he was fully bonded) he said the deductible was too expensive! All in all, it was a big mistake on my part to not fully do the research and go with the cheaper quote. Never again! Live and learn! I don't have enough nice things to say about Brett + his buds! He came highly recommended from our realtor and it's easy to see why. The quality of the service we recieved from Brett and his whole team during our somewhat complicated move was absolutely unreal. They were on time, so polite and respectful of our home and belongings. They worked at 100% capacity the ENTIRE time, which was over 8 hours. They discussed and planned out how to move trickier items so no one ever took a wrong step. So impressed with their level of teamwork and organization. They even did it all with smiles on their faces! The value with this company is unreal!!! Five movers and two trucks compared to most other places that only offered one truck and two movers. They were able to get the job done so quickly, other moving companies quoted us a time line of several days but Brett + Buds had it done in one day. They even graciously offered to come back the next day and bring an item that had been forgotten. We had a heavy pool table that needed to maneuvered down some steep stairs... Honestly I'm still in shock and awe that they managed to make that happen without damaging the pool table or the house. You can tell they really care about doing the best job possible and I'm not sure we will ever be able to trust another moving company as much as Brett's! As an added bonus they were so nice to our pup ???? thanks again for getting us settled into our new home, we truly could not have done it without you!!

Booked Brett and Buddies a couple weeks prior to my move out December 1st, gave them all necessary details, it was confirmed " You bet, We're happy to help! " Messaged them a few days before to confirm, no response. Called a day before and he tells me that they have a job before me and can probably help as if its an option? Tell me they should be there for around 2. Never showed up. Very disrespectful and unreliable, and a major stress added to an already stressful day. If you want someone to show up for you on your big day don't count on them :(

At first we were very impressed with Brett & Buddies. We used them for a local move. They were quick, we were moved in by dinner. Being exhausted we didn’t see a number of items of concern until the next day. We addressed this with Brett when he moved in one more load from a locker. Custom painted dresser was damaged (photos attached). When pointing this out to Brett he said I could just buy some touch up paint! Queen size tempurpedic base arrived filthy. A leather chair arrived with a hole in it. A shelving unit did not arrive at all, when mentioned, the statement was made that ‘you don’t really need that do you?’ They are a moving company and a junk removal company. Unfortunately these items were packed pristine condition and arrived looking like junk. Very disappointed as they came highly recommended.
