This is a very long time coming and am sorry it took 1.5yrs to get too but both my husband and I were so very impressed with all the young gentlemen who helped in moving us and then coming back the next day and moving the piano downstairs! They were so careful to make sure they left no mud anywhere since it was a very wet, snowy day! We also found nothing broken! They were very careful with everything they loaded and unloaded! I highly recommend Almost 2 Easy... they will be hearing from us again once we are done all our renovations on this place!!

Fantastic guys!! We were moving from Vancouver, so it was already going to be an evening move, and then we missed the ferry and arrived at 830pm on a Friday night. They still came with no complaint, and they were intelligent, kind, very very strong, careful and curteous. They were done super quick because of their teamwork and efficiency!!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for moving. You changed my weekend from what could have been a stressful 2 day move because of my fault, to a really good easy experience!!!! I can't thank you enough!!!!!

I moved at the end of July (2021) and like for most people, it was very hectic and stressful. In the past, I have always moved my stuff myself with the help of friends. However, this time I was moving away from everyone, and getting older, I decided to hire movers. I had no idea who to call. So I did what most people do in this situation and searched online. Well after reading all the negative, nightmare situations people had encountered with moving companies, my stress level increased considerably. It's funny, this one review stuck in my mind, the guy wrote something like "Cole and his pink truck get a new life" lol I thought to myself, I got to give this guy a try. Which to most, probably seemed like a dumb idea, but I realize how unreasonable people can be and then blame the company for their issues. Personally, I don't write many reviews and usually when I do, it's because I am angry. (Like many) But since my move went so excellent, I thought it would only be fair to write a review. I never met Cole, however, I did speak with him on a few occasions. I found him to be extremely polite and very accommodating, when close to my moving day, I needed to push the move a day later because of realty closing issues. I was surprised he was able to make that happen because I was moving at the end of the month. (Like everyone else). I was contacted to reconfirm my moving appointment, which I really appreciated. So to shorten this up, the movers showed up on time, (so sorry guys I forgot your names, but believe one was Chad) (left his card) Perhaps Cole can post their names because they both were excellent and deserve recognition. They worked hard, wrapped all my furniture... nothing missing, nothing damaged and they were extremely pleasant. So that people are aware I am a real customer, I will say the one negative I can think of... was they charged me 1and 3/4 hours travel time for a trip that normally takes an hour, however, they did ask me if that was fair ahead of time and I agreed because it was a holiday long weekend and the area I was moving to was quite hilly so it probably took that big truck a little longer to climb those hills. lol (and burned a lot of fuel) Plus my bill was what I expected, possible slightly less.Thanks so much Almost To Easy Moving. Used this company in January 2017. They worked hard to get everything moved, but some of the furniture was broken when one of the movers was "running" down the ramp and everything fell off his Dolly. I was promised that they would "repair" the damaged items. Well its been 2 months and when I called to inquire about when I might get the items back, I was told "not to call them, they would call me when the furniture was ready". My only regret was believing I would have my items back in a timely manner and paying the entire bill when the move was finished and not holding back $$$.

We just moved from the Okanagan to Smithers, BC (11 hours North) - in January. We had a full-pack service and Cole and his crew were fantastic. They packed our belongings very well, impressed with how much care and effort they put it. We had filled two of Cole's trucks and they, and my husband and I (in separate vehicles) drove over two days to Smithers, in the middle of snowfall warnings - thankfully we all arrived safe and sound. They unpacked everything quickly and again, with great care. Cole and his team all had the same values - client satisfaction, which is such an important part of business. They were professional, personable, funny - it felt like they became part of our family. We are so thankful that for a long-haul move in the middle of winter, we had them on our team. They made a stressful life event not so stressful, thank you!

I hired almost 2 easy to move from a basement suite into a third floor home. They were extremely pleasant to deal with right from the time I called for a quote. I was stressed about how they were going to manage a very steep driveway as well as getting my furniture up the stairs, but they did it with zero complaints, only a request that if I move again to hire three people. This was my first time hiring movers, and I will definitely fit this into the budget for the next time I have to move!

Terrible experience. Rude, unprofessional, and very slow. We will never use this company again. The 2 guys complained the whole time. They also broke items, including a couch, and dented a wall. When we spoke to the owner, he blamed us and wrote this nasty text message... "i said give me TWO days before i can reach out to you. he did a 1 star google review the next day! which defeats the purpose of my call! your packin and move readiness was pathetic. and you didnt even offer a glass of water. and dont tell me ur glasses were packed and unavailable. Thats it! want a link to the BBB or google? good chance for you to be a keyboard warrior karen"

Chad, Joey, and Danny... Thank you so much for everything. If you are looking for a team to move your home, stop searching. Read this. Call Chad. We were in a tight situation, emergency move and during a snowy Valentine's day. I googled to find local movers and called a few places, no answer. Chad picks up right away. Confident and assertive, his energy calmed me to know that I had professionals. He was upfront and laid it all out for me over the phone. They got here on time, smiles and good energy off the bat. They helped us pack, nervous about that but nothing broken. We Quickly became friends and shared stories and it wasn't long before I wanted to buy them lunch. They took care to bring everything, nothing was lost, stolen, broken, or etc. I would recommend these guys over and over and even told them that they are super overpowered for their jobs. Hard to find good people who actually care. Thanks boys you made a stressful time almost too easy!!!

They were just 2 horrible guys high as hell trying to move a small amount of stuff that took them 8 hours to do. They were unprofessional, the broke so many of my belongings and when I brought up the issues to the manager after I paid( so he wouldn’t just think I didn’t want to pay) he just replied with ok. No sorry, no explanation. I will never use them again and go back to using Clydesdale.

Had the two guys here today. Was impressed with the lengths they went to re: protecting my valuables. Not to mention, they were very patient when I realized that cleaning out my storage locker was a terrible idea, and agreed to take some stuff back. I hadn't heard of Almost 2 EZ prior to now (no reflection on them, I just hadn't moved in 20 years), so was reticent, but they were great. Really nice job guys, thanks. Would highly recommend.

Many articles broken, very inexperienced packers,leather furniture was not wrapped so is all scratched and stained, mattresses were not wrapped, company will not contact and discuss settlement, very unprofessional, DO NOT HIRE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY...you will regret it if you do.....

We used this service to move from the mainland. 2 of the movers were pretty cool and the third whined a lot. I told them that there were two items that were important to me. A coffee table that I paid a lot of money for and a lamp. The lamp was fine. The coffee table was broken into pieces. The whiny mover said that is what happens to "cheap" coffee tables. I could only smile as they still had a bunch of our stuff on the truck but I doubt he knows how close he came. He said he wanted to keep it for firewood. I told him no and ended up putting it back together with glue and screws later. Its all right, I suppose. Other damaged items included handle off of a dresser, scratched and damaged face of microwave (wasn't in a box), scratched up table legs, broken dishes (wrapped in newspaper in box), and lots of little odds and ends. This wasn't the first time either of us had moved so it definitely wasn't our packing job. I never had this experience with any Vancouver movers, but with others I made the arrangements and was able health-wise to pitch in and help. Additionally, a lamp was mysteriously missing a part that had been complete when it went into the truck. Also I "found" my broom and dustpan that had been in the clothes hamper (one of the last things packed in of course) underneath their blankets in the blanket box. Wonder how that got there? Mysterious. My girlfriend called to talk to someone about these things but no one ever called back. Last time she gets to organize the movers. Part of the reason we hired them at all was because I had just finished chemo and was still pretty sick. Felt like they saw people they thought were weak and took advantage. The two guys who seemed cool said that the third guy wasn't allowed inside our place and had to stay in the truck because he was sulking. I am pretty suspicious that the coffee table was broken intentionally but how do you prove this? I tipped the guys who were cool and gave them beer when we moved. Wasn't really, really choked until the coffee table comment and the fail to return our messages. The move happened last May but it still sticks with me. One of those things that still angers you after a long time. Wouldn't use this service again myself.

For a start, Cole, the owner, was super responsive and friendly. I left my booking a little late and it was apparently the busiest time of the year, but he totally came through for me. Chad contacted me the day prior to confirm. He ran into an understandable snafu and immediately called to let me know what was happening and when I might expect him. He and Luke Joseph arrived as planned and everything went very smoothly. It was a move from a storage unit to my house so I didn’t stick around but he texted me to keep me apprised of progress, and to let me know they were taking a little longer than they thought because although I had said my belonging didn’t need wrapping they were concerned about the fragility of some of my antiques (that I hadn’t seen in a long time so I didn’t know what shape they were in) and decided to wrap them to protect them. They called to let me know when they nearly done and texted me when they were on the road. I was never left wondering what was happening and knew exactly when to expect them. I had a very heavy sofa bed that wasn’t even part of the move but needed to be taken upstairs and they handled it with aplomb and a smile (and a lot of sweat!). The final coup de grace for me was that I left them to it and they stored everything for me in my garage as requested but left a path so I could see what was what and nothing was buried. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks for the fantastic service, guys, and for taking such care with all my belongings. I would definitely hire you again!

DO NOT CALL THESE CLOWNS!!! I booked them 2 weeks in advance for a small 2 bedroom apartment move from north Nanaimo to a storage locker. They were supposed to show up at 9:30am. 11am rolls around and we called "owner" of this apparent reputable company to hear they were 2 hours behind. He said they were on the way.. 1pm comes and goes and I called back. Obviously at this point I was getting a bit agitated as he was 4 hours late and we had no other options to move us as this was 2pm on the last day of the month! He was short and rude and just hung up on me! No idea how to run a business or treat people.. just a CLOWN!! I called 20+ businesses untill I finally found a small company that would move us that very minute.. still at 3:30 when the new movers showed up these dumbass's STILL hadn't even called to let us know what was going on. We could have been charged by the building owners who knows how much putting off these other new tenants with all their moving plans... like wow. DONT EVER EVER call these CLOWNS!! Check Facebook and the BBB on these morons.

I had a complicated move from one Gulf Island to another in the middle of winter that included lots of books and heavy equipment. Almost 2 Easy was very accommodating with an unpredictable schedule that was weather dependent. They provided temporary storage and even picked up a new 400 pound table saw on the way. I appreciate their help and reasonable rates. Highly Recommended!

It was a fluke we ran into him he just happened to be passing through the area when tragedy struck being the only moving company there with the only truck he did a noble thing by sticking around and helping people evacuate. Not overly impressed. They broke a bookshelf and immediately claimed it wasn't covered because it was pressboard. This was never told to us prior to hiring them. The person who broke it was a temp worker they hired for the day and obviously didn't get any training to on how to carry items. After we complained we received a call from someone claiming they were the insurance company and would fix it. A week later still nothing from them. Also, as we are unpacking we are finding items that were together in our old house are in different boxes labeled for different rooms at the new house. Been a bit of a pain finding things. The owner told us he would be at this job for the move. Other than the first couple of hours he was not around at all. I don't think I would hire them again.

Chad was up front about all the details...no surprises. He & Joey arrived on time & worked their hearts out. Joey is a master @ wrapping furniture like I've never seen before & Chad is a machine who never stops. These young men are very kind & caring & extremely professional. I contacted Almost 2 Easy to find out how much it would cost to move to Edmonton from Kelowna. Their Quote was reasonable compared to the other moving companies in my area. However they responded the quickest. From talking to them I could tell their process would be by far the most accomodating and stress free compared to the other Movers I talked to, All in all the did a great job showed up on time and I am Happy to say nothing was lost, stolen or broken. 5 Stars for sure ????

I called them directly and left a message he got back to me the same day their Quote was fair and affordable and they moved all my stuff from my old house in Kelowna to my new place in Nanaimo, and arrived exactly when they said they would. They also helped back up our less personal valuables and all our furniture so far we haven't found any damage every thing is in good working order. very polite, accommodating and trust worthy.

I just had the best move experience ever with Almost 2 Easy Moving. Driver Chad and his partners Dave and Joey were absolutely awesome. We moved during the blizzard of January 15th and 16th and these dedicated guys worked tirelessly with very few breaks to get me loaded and unloaded despite a lot of extra difficulties due to snow. They all work together really well as a team: they were laughing and carrying on but with no interruption in their speed. You could tell that despite the hard work they were enjoying themselves. A pleasure to meet all three. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. The price is good, the guys are strong, careful, professional, and they will go above and beyond. Thanks again for making this move seem easy!
