We recently hired Lake Simcoe Movers and were very impressed with their planning and support. Darren, the owner, sent a person to assess the amount of belongings we had to move, and showed up with the perfect size truck on moving day (unlike our previous experience with another Co. where we did an online assessment and the truck that arrived was too small). I was very worried about getting out in time, but they had us moved out an hour earlier than expected. We also had a glitch with closing and had to wait to get the keys to our new place. Lake Simcoe Movers gave us three options to help us save money during the wait time. Lastly, the guys were respectful of our belongings and also made us laugh when we were feeling a bit stressed about downsizing and filling our new, smaller home to the rafters. Great guys. We would highly recommend Lake Simcoe Movers and would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys turn something as stressful as a move into a walk in the park. I was moving things from storage into a container and stressed that I wouldn't be able to fit it in and their confidence put me at ease. They not only made sure it was done, but did it in amazing time, didn't waste a second like most moving companies who get paid by the hour. Highly recommend them!!

Darren and his team are amazing! I had a difficult time with my closing date which changed my 2 day move to a 1 day move, due to timing and budget. Darren was incredibly flexible, understanding, and gave me an incredible deal. Our move was from North York to Ajax. Our family of 8 had a large number of furniture and boxes, so they did the home assessment and gave us a realistic picture of how long it would take. We moved a lot of our own things so we left mainly large furniture. They had a large truck and a 3 man team, but they were so quick and efficient that the whole day rate was changed to hourly since we finished so quickly. No hidden fees, no complicated explanations, just quick, efficient, and friendly service. Don’t bother calling any other movers! These guys saved me a ton of money and stress!

We used Lake Simcoe movers for both our moves in Keswick. Darren, James and Malcolm are amazing. They packed up our 4 bedroom house in less than three hours. They were careful with all our furniture and did an incredible job of packing the truck. Unloading was just great. They are all great guys, very friendly, respectful, professional and caring.
