Marc and his staff are always professional and willing to help with anything you may need. Clean units, open 24 hrs and a great security system throughout the facility. I've also rented U-Haul through Marc, and had an easy, hassle-free experience with that as well - which hasn't always been the case with other U-Haul places....highly recommend this storage location!

Absolutely worst customer service, the owner is very rude & is not understanding of anyones situation, he charges way more than one should, he goes threw belongings & steals/ allows stealing on his property. He is not a friendly person; hes only looking to make money & screw over the next family. Please do not take your business to him.

It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. I have used Cavaliere storage on a couple of occasions and Mark has been nothing but willing to help as much as possible. He is a giving person in the community.

Was with Marc and Ashley fot a couple years, great people, treat you like family and their facilities are top notch, gated, cameras and great units. Have truck rentals, never used those however but seemed like business was going well there also which is says something.

Probably the worst business I have dealt with for years. Neglected to inform of all the charges and when we showed up the promises on the phone were quite different from what we got when there. At that point we had no choice but to deal with him because we had come from out of town. Was told it was secure and fenced in... fence on one side only? Owner was pushy and arrogant as well as unhelpful when asking for clarification on billing.
