They were 4.5 hours late. There were supposed to be 3 movers but only 2 arrived the billing was confusing regarding the tip. They had estimated the total and listed 3 possible tip amounts with the highest being 20%. He told me the most it would cost but I didn't realize he had included the 20% tip in there. Being so late, I would not have tipped 20%.

Excellent movers. They moved our condo in Pickering to a townhouse in Oshawa. We are very pleased with moving experience and how helpful they were. It was snowing but it didn’t stop them and they wrapped all my furniture with the shrink wrap and blankets.

The movers refused to move everything into my new home after I paid for an additional four hours at $135 per hour. It took them 45 minutes to arrive at my new home. The journey only takes about 15mins. To keep this in perspective, I left my house 30mins after their truck departed and managed to get there before them. Then the movers left my deep freezer and some other items that should have been taken upstairs outside my front door because “their time was up”. And by the way, they didn’t move the tires and bicycles I have in my garrage even though there was clearly some extra space in the truck but insisted that I pay some extra fees so they could go bring them back. When I declined to pay, they called me outside my house and in front of my new neighbours began to insult me. I am beyond appalled with the service. I paid $1,280 to be treated this way. I sent an email to their office to complain about this, and have received no response.

BEWARE!!! FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! SCAMSTERS!!! George was quick to take a deposit... then, the communication stopped. The address on the website is not their's. I tried to phone the day before our schedule move and got an automated response... "This number in no longer available."
