The father/son team came and loaded in such a short time . I had way more than I realized. We even had to change our move day last minute as new homebuyers we got possession and completion mixed up. The work ethics of this crew amazed me! I was a difficult customer as moving is so stressful but they managed it all so well. Highly recommend! Will use again next move.

Team Lift has it all! My family just got the team to move all of our belongings from our old house to the new one and I have no complaints! They were on time and respectful toward me and my stuff. They always doubled checked with me if they weren't sure of something and made sure non of my walls or furniture got damaged. Will definitely be calling this company back for further movings!

Showed up with a dinky little cargo trailer instead of a 20ft van so i got them to bring what i was told as to not waste time shuttling my stuff. Dropped a bunch of stuff and were not careful enough. Our stuff was in storage till this weekend and i finally saw the damage including a huge scratch on a new dresser and 2 other broken furniture pieces. They were cheaper than others in town but next time im willing to spend more to not wreck our things. And they didnt even bother telling me things got wrecked.

I was nervous choosing which company to do my long distance move from Kamloops to Vancouver. Team lift had the best reviews and the most reasonable price so decided on them. They arrived on time, even in Vancouver within a 20min window. They worked hard throughout, being careful with my belongings. My extra large bed platform would not fit In the elevator so they had to haul it up the stairs - all the way up to 14th floor!!!

I needed some last minute help(2 days notice) to unload my uhaul at our new place in Kamloops and this was the only place that was available. They were very communicative. They sent two guys and actually showed up early, before I got there with the uhaul. But they waited. They worked really hard and this was during the insane heatwave. Highly recommended!

As we all know moving is a stressful time and after numerous calls and a fella come out to see our packed up home to ensure the truck they send would fit all the goods. Well we think all good will have everything arranged for the boys when then come because after major surgery I’m unable to help out much. Well now the day comes that they are supposed to show up and after waiting and phoning and texting NO RESPONSE NO SHOW now what ? Unable to do the move myself this is not something you put the brakes on and do it later. Now I’m trying hard to keep the faith in people and their word but when you arrange a move and have everything ready to go and this company has a total disrespect for you, and your time, how could anybody want to do business with a company that is so inconsiderate, this company does not deserve to be in business when you treat people like this hope anybody reading this will move on to a company that will treat people with respect

This delivery service was HORRIBLE!!! The delivery driver showed up early (at noon when they were scheduled to come at 6 pm) and instead of knocking on the door or even calling me, they took off right away. I called Ashley Furniture back, which is where we bought the product from to ask why? They advised that the original time was for 6 pm, so they would be back at that time. We got a call 5 minutes before 5 pm to be advised they were not going to show up until between 8-10 pm when my husband had work at 4:30 am. I let them know this was unacceptable and advised we would call them back after speaking to Ashley furniture. When we tried to call them back, there was no answer for the rest of the night. The drivers were rude and trying to come up with excuses as to why they couldn't come, like it was snowing in Barrier (which is 13 minutes away from our place) and that they couldn't drive in snow. When we questioned it, they said they were already on their way to Valemont! We were just on their way back so it was more convenient for them. I am appalled at the customer service for this company and would never recommend them to any friends or family or anyone else for that matter. After this experience I wish I could give them 0 stars. Completely unacceptable.

They delivered my fridge today. Friendly , on time and professional. They had to take the fridge doors off to get in the house they were prepared with the right tools and did the work fast and efficiently. They took appropriate covid measures. They used lifting straps over a dolly which made no worries for floor damage. I would def use their service again.
