11/10 would recommend Joseph and his team for junk and appliance removal in the Kamloops area!! Easy to communicate with, super affordable, lightning quick and painless service. We had a giant, heavy, junk appliance that we inherited with a building and needed it out on short notice to begin renovations. I called Lightning Rubbish Removal and they came the same day to walkthrough and give an estimate (which was less than half of what I expected to pay!) and then they scheduled the removal for 1 day later first thing in the morning! I've never had anyone be on time for a pickup or delivery and Joseph was even 15 minutes early and was gone within half an hour with the job done perfectly!! Thank you for taking such a weight off my shoulders!!!

Crew was able to come early and make the move and pick-up. Moved a huge treadmill and took away the old one and some old furniture. I had called and set up a bin rental for Dec. 21st. They told me it would show up from Dec. 21st to Dec. 24th. I messaged them on the 23rd to see if the bin would still be showing up by the 24th, I got no response back until Dec 30th. I understand the time of year and I am very willing to work with people under changing circumstances but the lack of communication from a highly rated company was very disappointing.

I just had the guys at my place removing yard clippings and I found they were very friendly, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves! They were right on time, a few minutes early even and the whole thing took about 10 minutes. I will definitely use Lightning Rubbish Removal again and I highly recommend them to anyone. Joseph showed Customer service at its highest level. He was not referred, I just found his company on-line and phoned him and was sure happy I did. He wanted to see what I wanted him to move before he gave him a quote and the quote he gave me was more than fair. I know this because I phoned two different places and their cost to move my stuff was over twice as much. Due to my own disorganization, at the last minute I asked if he could grab more than what we had agreed upon and he did it without blinking. I said I would pay for the extra costs, but when I got the bill, he did not charge me extra. He was extremely thorough as he also came to my house to see if he could get the piano into my house before he agreed to do it. Everything was moved safely and he communicated with me the entire time when he needed something or wasn't sure of something. Nice nice guy. Very respectful and professional.
