Very good communication, prompt return of txt messages. On pickup day, arrived at sellers house when stated and delivered on time to my house. I was moving an antique treadle sewing machine, very heavy and awkward. It arrived in perfect condition. I commend the moving crew for moving it out down two steep flights of stairs and up 65 stairs from the street to my front door!

My communication with Jazz from Cargo Chain was 5 star. He was polite and very well organized. The 2 delivery guys turned up on time and were extremely professional. They put down protection on my stairs when carrying up the large fridge. I would highly recommend Jazz and his team for any delivery. My delivery was in the Kamloops area.

Friendly. Polite. Worked very hard and even helped move and install the new appliances that the other delivery company left in the livingroom. Items delivered undamaged. Truck was too small for our amount of stuff so took longer than planned to get our stuff out of house. I would use this company again but I would request an in-home consult to ensure adequate time and truck size provided.

Excellent service. I was able to arrange my move from Surrey to Kamloops with no problem. Jas answered all of my calls or responded via text if he was busy. They got a bit delayed with their pick up time but he made sure he relayed this info to me asap--this is understandable as such delays can happen but I was informed. Everything was delivered to my home in Kamloops and placed exactly where I had indicated to do so. I would def use this company again. Very reliable !

Jass and his partner delivered and assembled our adjustable bed, bedroom furniture and sofa with utmost care and attention to detail. The men were very careful not to bump walls or surrounding furniture and protected the floors and wall corners with moving blankets. All boxes and wrappings were cleaned up and taken away. Hired for a piano move from Sahali to the North Shore. They no-showed last night without any phone call. I called and rescheduled for this morning, as they advised could not do it last night after all. They were almost an hour late this morning. Sent two men, very small in build, that took one look at the piano and panicked. They called me and said that the piano is a "Grand Piano" (please see picture of regular upright piano) and they will NOT be moving it. Basically we were strung along for 2 days and Cargo Chain was not fit to do this job. Wasted everyone's time twice. The manager (owner?) very rude when he called to finally cancel the job, yelling and extremely unprofessional. We are very disappointed and frustrated! Called another reputable local company and they were able to move it today with zero issues and for less cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They're a Mickey Mouse operation for sure.

Used cargo chain last week to move some stuff out of my monsters in laws house. The movers were timely, kind and professional. Unfortunately they had to deal with monster in law and she was incredibly rude to them but they were still professional (they shouldn’t have to deal with that, but they did). I just wanted to say thank you so much for making a stressful situation less stressful. 10/10 would use and recommend them again.

Change - After I left this review I found furniture damage and Jazz made promises and did not follow thru. He attempted to pretend he was a furniture repair person and did an absolute terrible fix. Finally a monetary refund that was not adequate was reach and I had to chase after him many times to have him finally follow thru.

*UPDATE* - The owner did follow up rather quickly and when the situation was explained, he offered to reimburse some of what was paid as we discovered further damage to not only our items but the flooring of the place we just started renting. He did follow through his promise to reimburse. That was appreciated and appropriate but it is a shame that it happens (good teaching/coaching situation for employer and employees) when the owner says he goes to great lengths to train and instruct the movers and of course social media has great impact. The fact the owner honoured his word is commendable and promted me to change my review and rating upwards. Also it showed he is being genuine and on the level so with that said we would consider them for their services in the future. Promises to change followed by actual change is worthy of another opportunity. A wrong made more right. (End of update) ORIGINAL POST---2 of the 3 guys were ok..a little chatty for movers...paying to move things not socialize..lazy is not a good attribute for movers...but the 3rd young guy had a bad attitude and was sloppy and clumsy with a lot of our items. In fact he kept putting our furniture in dirty areas which led to damage in our new unit on the floors as well irreparable damage to our fridge and my wife's art easel. Extremely disappointed especially considering the money spent. Under no circumstances would I ever utilize this company again and would absolutely NOT recommend to anyone else. First movers we used in Kamloops also caused some damage and the owner actually reimbursed for some of the repair costs to the rental unit. No such acknowledgement and when you have to keep reminding each other to be careful with things and not put belongings in dirt, you are not professional, not good quality and sorely lacking in accountability, organization and leadership/management

The two movers were very personable & adaptable as I added added an additional item to be moved at the last minute.
