Cependant, côté administration et facturation, ils l'échappent. J'ai dû les appeler 3 fois + 2 courriels avant qu'ils daignent me répondre avec cet argument complètement bidon. Je crois que pour ce surplus de 80$ sur une facture de plus de 1000$, ils se tirent dans le pied. Cet avis google est pour dire aux personnes qui souhaitent faire affaire avec Avantage Blackburn de bien faire attention à la surfacturation et le mauvais service après-vente. Donc un gros 0/5 sur ce point là. P.S.: Pas la peine de me contacter pour faire changer cet avis... 80$ pour une leçon de vie.. c'est pas cher payé selon moi. EDIT 24 octobre: Ils m'ont finalement rappelé presque 1 mois plus tard pour me rembourser 1/2h sur la facture. Puisqu'ils se sont occupés de leurs clients, je vais monter la note à 3/5!

Il s'agissait d'une erreur du répartiteur. 5) dans ce meme courriel, que vous ne vous etes pas donnes la peine de lire, je vous demandait de me charger un peu plus (le montant etait specifie dans le courriel) pour donner un pourboire aux demenageurs. Je sais que vous n'avez pas lu le courriel, car le montant n'a jamais ete chargé et je n'ai jamais eu de reponses.

Je leur ai dit qu'il m'en fallait sur 3 meubles, mais ils les ont mis sur tout le lot car ça avait été écrit sur le contrat. J'ai dû les faire enlever ( coût en temps, mais bien moindre que de louer 50 couvertures pendant 6 mois !). Juste bien valider vos informations. Sinon, compagnie impeccable que je vais réengager !
