Absolutely spot on! I had the pleasure of having this company assist my mother with her very particular moving needs, and they really went above and beyond. The team worked so diligently and efficiently. It was impressive. They were the perfect combination of complete professionals, whilst keeping things fun. Significantly, they had a positive attitude. Any issue became a quick non issue. I was concerned about some fragile items, e.g., a large TV & sentimental China but they worked with the utmost care and put my fears of potential damages to rest. Other features worth mentioning is that their price structure is transparent and clear. Other companies tried to offer appealing-sounding rates, but when I added up extra fees and surcharges, it ended up being more expensive than professional Moving. I don't feel comfortable dealing with companies that make their costs difficult to understand. Truly exceptional experience considering moving is always a nightmare. I will only use this company, and will without hesitation, recommend Professional Moving Canada to anyone moving! Thank you so much Nick, and crew for your services.

We looked for several estimates with other moving companies and PMC was the only company that actually took the time to come to our home and provide us an accurate estimate. Had Nicholas and Kasper load my moving truck this past week. They worked quickly and packed the truck perfectly. Nothing fell, broken or scratched. I only booked them for two hours but they loaded almost all of my three bedroom townhouse in that time, rushing at the end to make sure there wasn’t anything too heavy left for me to deal with. If there is ever another move in my future I will be using these guys for the entire move....packing to unloading.

Gave them to call with shorts notice and they were there no problem. They were reasonably priced and were even early which made everything go even smoother that day definetly came through for us and will definitely keep them in mind for any future moving needs.

Nicholas and Kasper helped my partner and I move a couple weeks ago and THEY WERE AMAZING! I have never hired movers before so I was nervous about how this was going to go and how long it would take. They made my moving experience go from a 2 to 100! They were respectful to our things and the space we were in (no scratches on the wall or damages to our items), they were kind and respectful to us, they really just made the day so much better. PLUS they loaded and unloaded within the time I asked for - the quickest move I have ever seen. Now that we are a couple weeks later, I still can’t say thank you enough - we are settling in so nicely and had the energy to set up our new home without any issues. If these weren’t pandemic times, we would have taken them out for a beer! 110% recommend

We moved from Grand Bend to St. Thomas recently. Hottest day of the year and the movers, including the owner, stayed happy and helpful all day. It was a long day due lawyer issues but the boys stuck with us and stayed professional and friendly right until the end. Picture this: It was pouring with rain, and we’re moving from a townhouse with barely any driveway (moving truck didn’t fit) to a new build with no driveway installed (it was a mud pit). Enter Nicholas, Nick and Kasper, whose friendly yet professional manner, attention to detail, and lively conversations made the day go by without a hitch! No problem was too big to solve, and no mud was tracked into either house. Kasper even learned the names of my four children, and knew which new room belonged to who during the unloading process. I can’t say enough great things about Professional Moving Canada, and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for hardworking, respectful movers who care about your belongings - not to mention the reasonable price!
