Jasper is a sweetheart, and they really went above and beyond. ???? I hired them to remove junk from an area of my basement, and do an office move out, bringing the furniture to my basement. They did a great job clearing out my basement, and he even noticed debris covering the outside drain and cleared it. Unfortunately while moving the office furniture they broke several items, including an executive desk, coffee table and coat tree. They also discarded a laptop and wireless keyboard without my knowledge, that was in a slide out portion of a hutch that they broke down. I would definitely recommend them for junk removal. With more care, they could be great movers as well.

I actually meet Jasper a few years ago, He shared his interest and opening up a service for Hauling and Moving. I was in the process of moving and my oldest son who was helping me Suffered a compound fracture to his ankle I had a couple of days to move some Heavy items out Called around to get some quotes from a couple of movers and thought about Jasper He was able to adjust me into his schedule and came over and knocked everything out in three hours.

The experience I had using this moving company was outstanding! Though Jasper and his crew had little knowledge of what all was was going to be moved, they came in and assessed the situation and put together a gameplan. They also came prepared with extra boxes, hand trucks, blankets, and shrink wrap. They were extremely efficient with their work while protecting all of my furniture. Jasper and his crew were professional beyond expectation! And I did not have to lift a finger! I highly recommend this team to anybody moving in the DMV. I was very disappointed in Jasper’s customer service. I sent an email asking as if there was availability for June 27, 2021(I asked two times), he replied that there was availability and an invoice would be emailed for the service. After days of packing preparing for my move, I realize I never received an invoice. I contacted the company on today June 22, 2021 and I spoke with with the owner Jasper Hunter. He stated that his company was not available for my move and that he was a small business which couldn’t keep up with the volume of work that was being requested for his company. He stated that he responded to my email stating the company was available was a mistake. He never contacted me prior to my call letting me know there was no longer any availability. He stated that I should’ve followed up with the company to confirm availability after I was already told they would be available. What a joke! Of course at this point I’m upset and I stated it wasn’t my responsibility to follow up when I was told there was availability. He stated didn’t like my energy and hung up in my face. AFTER hanging up in my face, he then sends an email stating that his company wasn’t available for my move on June 27, 2021 but had availability on the 26th (again another inconvenience). Jasper’s made a simple move very stressful! This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Would not recommend for a long distance move! I hired this company to move my items from Maryland to NJ and was told it would not be a problem. They were very careful for the first 4 hours while loading my possessions onto the truck. Once we arrived in NJ my furniture was moved very carelessly due to the owners haste. There was an issue getting my sofa inside and they put forth their very best effort but it just would not fit. After trying with the sofa, things got very sloppy and unprofessional. My bed was scraped up so bad and handled like junk. Getting the bed inside and putting it back together was the main source of frustration for the owner however I made it very clear that it was top priority and the only reason I even needed to hire movers. They did not reassemble properly and left the whole middle support piece of the frame out. Towards the end the owner constantly complained and showed visual frustration of how they needed to get back on the road because it was getting late while IN THE PROCESS of putting my bed together the wrong way. It made me very uncomfortable, as if he were doing me a favor and I wasn’t paying the asking price (which is very reasonable btw). My suggestion is... if they know a move can possibly take at least 8 hours... and out of town, maybe start before 1:30pm. Also recommend they don’t accept jobs they’re not capable of PROPERLY completing. This company would probably be great for junk removal. Literally just did what needed to be done at the expense of damaging furniture and property. Great potential but if asking for a professional price I would expect a professional job. The two workers were very respectful and had more patience than the owner. Overall would recommend for easy, simple jobs.

Jasper and his crew moved me from a storage unit in Arnold, MD to Cape St.Claire. He was punctual, professional, and put my mind at ease while moving my furniture. The price was fair and they worked incredibly hard. At no point did I feel that they were not actively working the entire duration of the move. Jasper and his entire crew were kind, trustworthy, and answered my many questions. He was careful when packing the truck and was able to get all of my items in the truck on the first run. While unpacking the truck he placed everything in the home that was asked and ensured the the furniture nor any walls were damnaged. He brought all necessary tools with him (carts, blankets, tarps, furniture wraps). I am so incredibly glad that I chose to support a local business and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend this company to any friends, family’s, and/or neighbors. Thank you Jasper and crew for making my experience so worry free and making this transition/move easier on me! If you have any reservations about hiring this company, don’t! They surpassed every expectation. Thanks again!

This moving company was very unprofessional... in the beginning they were cool until it was time to put the bed together. However, I was able to book at the last minute.. They originally started to drop the bed off and keep it moving,,the mover got very frustrated when it was time to assemble the bed which made me feel very uncomfortable..He was huffing and puffing the whole time.. If your a mover you should furniture would need to be assembled.. if you use this company make sure they’re able to assemble your furniture, you should never make a customer feel uncomfortable..then on top of that the bed fell down... This is for the reply; you moved the bed on June 27th at 3:15 from Owings mills to Windsor mill.. it was only a month ago.. I change the review to a 2 because of the level of service you provided, hopefully you’ll learn from this experience, your never suppose to make a customer feel uncomfortable, it was you and another young boy who move the bed to my moms..
