Stayed here overnight during a recent trip to Alberta. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the ladies at the front desk were professional and friendly. Was my first experience staying hostel style and hi Jasper definitely set the bar high for future experiences!

I want to send this appreciation to the whole HI hostels group and team. My spouse and I booked a place at HI Maligne Canyon hostel and it was a wilderness hostel and due to Covid they did not give the bedding there. Unfortunately, I missed this info and we did not take any sleeping bags either (my fault), but we went to HI Jasper, explained the situation and they lent us the bedding with no questions. It saved our night!!! Thanks you sooooo much!!! Ohhh and the place is amazing!!! Totally recommend!! Super friendly and helpful staff!!
