We've used Goodtogo moving twice now here in Lethbridge, and both times we've been blown away by the professionalism and the care taken to ensure our moves went quickly and easily. Our movers went above and beyond both times, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do a move. We had ordered appliances from Best Buy and appliance removal was supposed to be included in the purchase, but Best Buy messed up and didn't put it on the paperwork. Luckily, Goodtogo took care of it for us, so we weren't stuck with dealing with the old appliances in the middle of a big renovation. Such a huge help! After that, we knew we wanted to use them to move in to our new house. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but Goodtogo took care of all of it for us, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They were even able to figure out how to move our king sized mattress upstairs, despite the tight fit through our stairwell! They even offered to help reassemble some furniture that needed to be taken apart but we didn't need the extra help. Very thoughtful and considerate, we will never use any other company!

We hired them to move a treadmill and they were fantastic to work with. Both delivery men were very professional and friendly, and the service was very fast. The treadmill was set up within 45 minutes, and they had started nearly 30 minutes out of town to pick it up! Very reasonable rate and would highly recommend.

They were contracted out by Home Depot to delivery a washer & dryer to our home. These guys are wonderful. They're quick, knowledgeable, professional and very careful not to make any scuffs in our narrow hallway and laundry room. Not to mention they arrived at the earliest part of our 3hr delivery window. We also hadn't purchased enough hoses and they were kind enough to get some out of their truck that were the right kind. They got everything installed and running as well, which I didn't even realize they were going to do. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again directly the next time I need to move or have a large item to transport. Very glad they took care of our washer/dryer. Thanks again!

My parents hired some movers for their move a few days before Christmas. The 2 guys that came were unprofessional, argued over everything and told my parents they couldn’t put the deep freezer down in the basement because of “the door” wasted our money. They unloaded not even a quarter of the 26’ truck that we had with our belongings in 2 hours (took us 1 hour and a half to get boxes and furniture where they needed to go with the remaining boxes and furniture in the truck) The two guys were lazy and very very slow. 0/10 if I could rate. Definitely will not recommend this service.

A couple of years ago we used them to do a move for us overall they did a good job on the move, I was put off by the previous owners rudeness and left a 3 star review but am here to change that now. I just had the most wonderfully entertaining two hours of my entire life!! Ben and Jade were here to move every piece of furniture on the main floor of the house, down a flight of stairs and halfway across the yard, into a storage bin. They completed this monumental task in record time and still managed to keep me in stitches the entire time they were here. A good sense of humour is priceless to me and these two men have that in spades. They also have a stellar work ethic, putting the customer first and foremost, something that is sometimes sadly lacking in this day and age. So kudos and sincere thanks to Ben and Jade, whom I would not hesitate for one second to recommend to anyone looking for first-rate, punctual and courteous service. Did I mention humour?! :)

From the moment I contacted Good to Go Moving my experience was 100% positive. I wanted them to come see my place prior to booking the move, to make sure there was no surprises, and they were the only company willing to do that. Steve delivered moving boxes prior to my move to my door, arrived 5 minutes early on the day of the move, the guys were very friendly and helpful and then when we got to my new home they even put together all the items I asked too. We used this company for a delivery of a fridge and removal of an old fridge. This was a difficult delivery because of the layout of the condominium. I felt so bad for these guys but they were very professional and careful. They had to go through numerous doors and around lots of corners. Outstanding service!

I had a really good experience with Fitz and team during my move. They were quick, conscientious, careful and most of all friendly. They really did go above and beyond to make my move a good experience. The only reason I took off a star is because of the things left behind that I have to move because they didn't do a walk through after to make sure everything was taken. That being said, I do know that one of the crew members was asked to do just that by Fitz but he didn't understand what he was asking him to do I guess. Also as part of your service I think customers should be offered empty box retrieval to make the move a complete service experience.

BE AWARE: Absolutely shocked at this company - the mover refused to wear a mask when delivering to my parents who are both immunocompromised.. they asked him twice and he refused. I don't know how a company like this is OK with putting elderly people in danger during a pandemic, with zero customer service and no apology.

** My favourite is the update they have now added. This has nothing to do with home depots process, this has to do with the terrible interaction with the office staff and the offer I was given to have an afternoon delivery. I should never have been told it was put on another truck for the afternoon if it wasn't going to be done. That is all on the office staff, not home depots delivery service, not the drivers/ delivery crew but the office staff I spoke to. The drivers showed my partner their work order for our delivery and said that the dishwasher was loaded the night before. There were no notes or anything stating it was to be done in the afternoon. The driver is the one who apologized for the mix up to my partner. I would like to point out that we recieved no call an hour before delivery like they state in their reply, the only call we recieved was from the front door. When that happened I called the office right away and the lady I spoke to fully admitted that it was never moved trucks, and "wasn't suppose to be there yet" Instead of trying to flip this around, own the mistakes, the manager didn't provide anything " exception" and this just makes the company look even worse** I will start off by saying that the two people who showed up with my item get 5 stars each. The office staff however are absolutely horrendous. We were to have a dishwasher delivered and called to ask about delivery times. We're told that it's a random 3 hour window and will be called the day of. I work nights so that is not something that works for me. Spoke to a woman in the office and explained to her that the delivery would need to be done in the afternoon. She told me that it's just going to come when it gets there and that there were only 3 deliverys that day so it will be in the morning. Advised her that is a very poor way to run business. She spoke to her manager and after telling me there was nothing that could be done it was magically switched to a truck in the afternoon and would be delivered at 2. Ok great thank you. Day of the delivery came and I ended up getting called into work due to an emergency and my partner was not going to be home until 1pm. I get a call from our building buzzer at 11am and it's the moving company. So after being reassured that everything was set for the afternoon, they failed to follow through with their actions. My SO had to rush home to meet them and let them in. I called the office back wondering why there was a mix up and the same lady just rushed me off the phone.The delivery team felt bad about it and were never made aware of this. I will actively avoid this company going forward. How they have so many high star reviews with an office ran the way it is, is beyond me. Delivery team was good though

Excellent in all aspects!!! Friendly and easy to deal with. They took great care in the packing and transport of our goods, taking extra care within the house to not damage walls, floors, etc. As an extra bonus, they provided heavy duty plastic bins for packing which saved in packing time and the extra expense of buying boxes. I would most definitely use Goodtogo moving again.

Actual movers were friendly and kept us informed throughout the day. I reported small damage to one chair and a claims person was supposed to get back to me. Had a great experience with these movers. Helped move the large items into a truck from a third floor walk up, and moved large items out to the trash bin. Were quick, professional, and friendly. Received a quick response for a quote and was exactly the same when paid. No surprise charges. Only reason for four stars is they didn't have any masks or other precautions for covid safety. With two at risk people it would have been nice, but just kept distance from work areas.

I called goodtogo a few days before my move in a panic as I did not account for how much stuff I had to move. I was turned away by a few other moving companies in Lethbridge because of the short notice and to my surprise goodtogo was willing to help me out. Not only did they help me on such short notice, they stayed after hours to make sure the job was complete, they set up my bed and my sons bed, they also plugged my washer and dryer in and made sure I was ok where everything was being put in my house. I did pay a little extra for the setup of my stuff but my total bill was so much less then I was expecting. I would use goodtogo anytime!

We got estimates from other companies and although theirs wasn't the lowest we ultimately went with Goodtogo because Karen was lovely to deal with while she was at my home. The movers showed up on time and 2 out of the 3 guys were very friendly and good to deal with. One of them was very surly and made a couple comments about us having "too much stuff". I was moving my 87 year old mom from Lethbridge to Calgary. I had gotten quotes from 11 different moving companies and proceeded to check the reviews on all of them. The ratings were quite dismal, even for the well known movers, with many stories of delays, damaged goods, damaged walls and non-English speaking movers. I was concerned about the stress on my mom if the move did not go well and so I called her Lethbridge realtor to see if she could recommend a mover. She immediately suggested goodtogo moving. I was actually surprised that a realtor would risk making any recommendation. I checked the reviews and then called Natalie at goodtogo. What I liked about the move was that they loaded her belongings in Lethbridge, drove the truck to Calgary and unloaded her belongings on the same day; so the same guys stayed with her stuff. Michael and Wyatt were punctual, careful and efficient; wrapping all the furniture ,pictures etc. with blankets and laying protective drop runners on the carpets. In addition to that, they were just really nice guys. The move went without a hitch and I would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Goodtogo for small move to a storage facility. They provided a quote which was explicit and in the end very accurate. As their price was excellent, I booked the company for the move for 0800 two days later. The staff showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They ensured anything that needed to be covered while in storage was covered in plastic and carefully wrapped. They treated the furniture and boxes with great care and ensured they did not create any damage when they had to struggle with a large couch out a narrow door and hallway. The staff carefully placed all the property in a small storage locker in a considerate manner in case the property had to be accessed. We would highly recommend Good to Go moving. We needed a large refrigerator and gas stove moved up four flights of stairs to a third floor kitchen and the old appliances carried down. We were in a bit of a time crunch so they were very accommodating. The crew worked very hard to move the appliances around some tight corners and up and down the stairs. We found the crew to be friendly, polite and careful. There were some small nicks in the mouldings on the stair corners due to them being so tight but we were contacted right away by the company owner regarding the minor damage

They recommended Goodtogo Moving, so we had them bring some of it to our house that was for sale and the rest to a storage unit. Then we started down-sizing and selling off the furniture we were not taking to our new house. Goodtogo transported our dining room set and china cabinet to our friend's house on the South Side. She watched them like a hawk and was totally impressed with the patience and care they used relocating our treasures to their new home without a scratch. Finally we sold our house and made the move over to our new place. Scheduling around the completion of our new home and the possession of our old house was a nightmare at times but Goodtogo took it all in stride, allowing us to reschedule around our ever changing plans, and make our move as smooth as possible. We had Goodtogo take over all of our big items - including beds, dressers, piano, big screen t.v. and appliances. They remembered moving some of our furniture once before from Liquidation World and even managed to maneuver our upright freezer around the furnace to fit it exactly where we wanted it in our new home. Everything made it safely here without a scratch or dent to our stuff or our new home. We couldn't have done it without them. Seriously. Every time we dealt with Goodtogo the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and very professional, treating all of our possessions as if they were their own. The costs were reasonable and the value of removing so much stress from one of the most stressful experiences there is - moving, was priceless! We've already told all our friends about Goodtogo and would recommend them to anyone who has to move anything.

STAY AWAY!!!! We've had more stuff broken in this move than we've ever had and we move on average every 2 to 3 years, and their follow up to rectify issues is non existent. We hired them because they were recommended by an excellent company which moved us twice and are no longer in the house moving business. Good to go sent the wrong size truck even though I asked if it would be big enough. We were hiring them to move us from Airdrie to another city, the truck was too small, the movers were indiscriminate and packed a $12 garbage can and left behind an antique singer treadle sewing table, filing cabinet and a few boxes. We now have to rent a truck to pick up the remaining items, we have asked for reimbursement for our extra expenses, with no response. We should have done this by any other movers or even U-haul. We hired professionals so we wouldn't have damage to our $3,000 bedroom suite and they broke our head board. They even put our cream fabric living room furniture in the truck without wrapping it. My husband had to tell them to wrap it as it is dry clean only, which is expensive and we were initially told that our furniture would be wrapped. I'm not impressed at all. It was an expensive move, and each time my husband calls they don't pick up. DON'T HIRE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR FURNITURE TO LOOK GREAT LIKE IT DID BEFORE THE MOVE. NOW WE HAVE BEATEN UP FURNITURE, A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

Two young guys were sent to move us from house to house. They dented and banged up our walls at both houses and were very careless. They also wrecked our door frame shoving a couch through a door that clearly wasn't big enough. They also ripped our couch and didn't tell us about it. Atleast the company was good enough to repair our couch but did not refund us our money. The two men were very inexperienced and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

First off Karen was so great to talk to, she said she would give me a call when she had someone in the area and two days later she called back with a time her movers were able to come out and take an inventory of what had to be moved to get the best possible quote. The two gentlemen that came out were awesome and the next morning I had a quote. After some discussions we had it booked for them to pack, disassemble, load and unload and reassemble. The movers showed up on time and were an awesome 2 man team. A big shout out to Brady and Jade, they finished packing and had everything loaded in record time. Upon arrival they were both here and unloaded and reassembled. And the price quoted was exactly as promised by Karen with no other hidden costs. They were very careful with our furniture , wrapping everything and protecting the items with blankets. We had lots of furniture, including antiques,they handled everything with great care . 100% would not recommend these guys. They were the moving company for Home Depot in Lethbridge where we purchased a new washing machine for a rental property. I was fortunate enough to receive this service for free through a promo but I would absolutely not recommend paying for these services. I got a call the day before where they gave me a 4 hour window for the move. They also noted that I must be present to sign the papers and they would call me 30 mins before they arrived. The next day I received a text from my tenants saying that they were already there. I never once received a call from them the day of the delivery, and when I arrived I was told to hurry up as they needed to get going. Furthermore, they mentioned that my tenant could sign the papers when the day before it was specifically mentioned that I must sign them as I was the one who purchased the appliance. Also, I was not present for the moving in/out of the appliances, so I was not able to inspect anything before being rushed to sign the papers saying that they didn't break anything during the move. Very unprofessional and unorganized experience.
