Been using Forex to ship boxes for a few years now and never had an issue. I always drop off boxes myself and they are very courteous and quick to get box from vehicle. Shipping times can vary depending on time of year and world events but that is beyond their control. If I ever had questions they provide me with tracking info right away or local delivery company in the Philippines to follow up with. If you want by Xmas I would suggest you send late August or early September. Any other time I would give it 3 months / 90 days / 12 weeks just to be sure, will probably arrive before then though.

Don't even deserve 1 star..i was planning to go on vacation by March so I sent my box january coz they told it will only take 6-8 weeks..so I'm thinking it will probably arrived by the time I come.i put some of my personal stuff in the box to use while on vacation so I don't need to carry a lot on the way there..but then no one informed me or called me that something came up and the box can't be delivered on expected date not until my sister called them..I arrived in the Philippines and my vacation almost over when the box came..it came 2 days before I leave to canada..in short it ruined my stay as I need to rush everything out in the box and give it away and I don't have much time left..i was pissed off!!if there is a choice better get other company that get deliver your cargo coz they don't even care if u get it on time or not..

Can't fix their online tracking, and will not answer email inquiries. Price is cheaper than other forwarders, guess you get what you pay for.

When you send a box, they only give an estimated time of arrival. Boxes are travelled by ship, there are factors for certain delays especially weather and that's out of company's control. I only give 4 start so theres room to grow, like customers communication ,tracking system and etc. My packages arrived in good shape and intact even I don't have a rope tied on it. They deliver my packages no problem. if you need it in certain time, send it ahead of time.

I have trusted Forex Cargo eversince but been disappointed with the last boxes I sent in August 2021 which was received already opened and lots of items been missing. I raised an appeal to Edmonton office that this may be investigated thoroughly but gets no response. I made a complain not just for me, but also to avoid having this happen to other senders as these items we are sending to our family, no matter the price, are out of our hard work to send them our love despite the distance in the form of packages we are sending through their services.
