Great service, just a heads up. It's an UPS office, but they accept DHL Express shipping. I spent like 5 minutes outside it, trying to figure it out if something was wrong with my cellphone until I decided to asked inside. Btw, I had a great customer experience.

I received invoice of $1287.03 related to my account last night 30 October 2019 at midnight I have shipping what I never order I checked my account and Invoice is there on the ledger I called DHL Canada , DHl internationals , DHL my representatives in DHL Ontario no one what to let me know what happens , why some using my account for shipping , how is this possible , who is responsible for this . I called Germany protection Company who present all DHL international for softer secure system and no one what to answer on all my attempt calls This is unacceptable from big companies like DHL

I ship everything through this location. Locally owned and operated, staff that go the extra mile, always polite and courteous. I think it's hilarious that most of the bad reviews have nothing to do with the location - either corporate DHL/ Customs/ Driver issues, the locally owned storefront has nothing to do with this. People need to think before leaving a bad review to bring down a locally owned storefront for corporate issues. People saying they're put on hold or can't get through - for a busy downtown storefront, they will always serve customers that are in the store in person before taking a call. This is standard with any business. It sounds like most calls would be directed to a corporate number regardless - as issues with package tracking/ customs issues/ driver issues among other things would not be something handled at a storefront level.

Driver is retarted blocked 8 stalls when delivering his package then gets mad at ppl trying to park in their stalls.

DHL hands of items to other companies like LOOMIS and does not stand behind its "product". when contacted DHL does nothing to compensate or do anything to accommodate its customers. when I pressed I was lied to and told nothing could be done. your on DHL schedule and if you want your package you better be ready to make it work for them not the other way around. I have not yet had one positive interaction with the company and plan to boycott not only DHL but all sellers using them

I don't recommend it Very bad, its service was excellent, but now it is more than bad. He told me I will receive my two packages, but I did not receive it. It was more than tow month late. They only brought me one box. I called more than once to follow up on my remaining package and sent everything that was inside the box. They told me it arrived empty, how is it possible? After more than a month of waiting, they told me that my shipment was officially announced as missing. How is this possible? I paid customs and shipping fees, but my package did not reach me.

This review is for DHL I live in an apartment building, they have my address, they have my phone number. I have received 2 "Delivery attempted; recipient not home" messages on the package tracker, which is a LIE as I was home all day during both of these supposed deliveries. If they even came to my building at all I suspect the delivery driver stood at the lobby door for 5 seconds, turned around and walked away and claimed a delivery attempt..and that is IF they even came to the building at all.

Terrible company: If you receive anything international, DHL will charge you an additional fee for customs. It doubled the cost of shipping which wasn't made clear when I purchased item online. Recent CBC Go Public story shows that I am not the only one. Avoid this company if you value your money and transparency.

What a useless delivery company. Don’t use them if you need your package within a week of the date. Accounting lost the payment confirmation for duties too. Reply : Yes I know it’s a shipping facility. I’m warning others to avoid your company all together. Sending packages and using them as a receiver. Thank you !

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. I will never ever order from any company that will use this company. This company outsourced my package through a different company so its just confusing that i have to jumble between two shipping company jsut to get information.

What a scam. Paid $150 for international delivery for a package to be delivered in under 1 week and now it’s 2 weeks and still no delivery. I know for a fact it’s not covid related. The receiver of the package is being asked to disclose the contents and value of the package and if they plan on selling it in their respective country. So much for a surprise gift.

Not sure why this place has low reviews. The service i received from Rick and Chad was unbelievably great. These two gentleman went above and beyond to assist me with receiving a steering wheel and airbag from the States. Rick helped me get the process started, create the labels, and even book a pick up time from the seller in Tennessee. Less than 3 days to receive the steering wheel. I expended more energy calling around and being left on hold with the other couriers. Rick, i owe you a bottle of Rye for all your assistance. Great customer service. Still in awe how pain free it was dealing with this store. Thank you greatly!

I use this location for all my DHL deliveries. The owner is very kind and provides the best customer service! These other reviews are blaming things that are out of their control, which is not fair. Thank you for doing your best and helping me with my shipping needs!
