Customer Service was awesome from the very first inquiry; hope you're lucky enough to get Darrin on the phone, he's the best! He was the reason I picked Delta. The movers who actually removed my property from my NY third floor walk-up did an excellent job as well. I'm 15 business days into the wait for my property but I was reflecting on my experience so far and I'm glad I went with Delta. Hopefully my effects will arrive and be delivered in the same state they were collected... let's hope this review rings true for the delivery crew as well.

We were the victims of a fraudulent moving company that was really only a broker. We had to get our possessions out of our house. I called Delta, told them our story, they had a truck with a three man professional crew in a couple of hours. I can not state enough how blessed we were to find such wonderful people on such short notice. Thanks again to all the great people at Delta Transfer Lines.
