Called and booked for a move on a Saturday. After 4 hours of waiting for a crew, we tried calling. The guy who answered the phone said he would call back (never did) and the crew got tied up at an earlier job. Then they stopped answering the phone. Do not use this company!

I need an update on the damages claim that I submitted the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Tommy your manager and movers damaged my refrigerator and 65” tv. No one is responding. This needs to be completed as soon as possible. I will need a response ASAP.

Long story short. If you are paying for a certain number of hours, the workers will be aware of what time it is and they will need to be hurried, if you want ALL of your property moved. Stuff will break. If it’s broken, accountability goes out the window. Refunds, “oh I’ll send the check tomorrow.” Next day, “tomorrow.” Next day- you get it. Eventually, the phone quits working altogether. Only take these guys if you actually still own the place and you would like your tenants belongings or their stuff destroyed or if you are willing and able to pay for hours upon hours of sluggish footsteps and lack of eye contact. I’d like to mention that it must be new management or we got the new guys or something because we offered beverages multiple times, we answered “do you want to bring this?” dozens of times, with a smile on our face. It wasn’t until the time was up and the workers LITERALLY disappeared that we realized that this was the original attitude. We had to call them to come back so that my guests and I could finish packing their vehicle while they sat there.

Tony and his crew are amazing. He has moved us twice, my daughter twice, my former GM to louisiana and then us again to Destin, Fl. The guys are polite, friendly and attentive to our needs. Tony guarantees his work and I stand behind him. Thank you Tony and hopefully we won't have to move again, but if we do, I'm calling YOU!

This is my first experience with Cardinal Moving after relocating to Beaumont. I needed to get my belongings from the transport trailer into storage. The guys were prompt, efficient and very polite. Thank you!

We had our doubts just because we woke up to a monsoon on moving day but we called and they assured us they would get us moved without an issue despite the rain. And they were right- they did just fine and they were FAST. We had already moved all of our boxes ourselves but they got all of our major furniture moved over and into the new place in approx an hour. They weren't playing around haha!

Was not equip to move medical exam tables. They actually used some of our portable dollies. It took them 4 hours to move 6 exam tables.

SCAM ALERT. This company will outsource the job to some random individual in your area. Your furniture will go missing for weeks and when you get it it will be damaged. This company DOES NOT honor their insurance policy on your furniture. We reached out to file a claim on our furniture that was damaged and absolutely no reply. Any good reviews must be fake.

As I am getting my house put together after having them move us on Friday. I am noticing some damage to my furniture. The one that really bothers me is my headboard leg was broken and a zip tie applied and no one mentioned it to us. I also have some damage to my buffet. This is on us because I wasn’t there and I instructed my husband to examine the furniture. They are nice and prompt just check your furniture!!!

Do not waste your time with this company. They over charge you everything, they are not professional, and they lie to you during the quote stage. I was quoted one price and end up having to pay additional 1200 when the unprofessional movers added more fees to my quote. I’ve moved around the country so many with different moving companies this company was by far the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with.

Set up appointment for Friday at 1:00 pm. Waited no one showed. Called them and informed me that appointment was not on their computer. Tony he would have some one there between 3 & 4 pm. Waited til 4 and no one showed. Called several times and kept telling me that he had not been able to contact employees. At 5 pm they stopped answering phone even though it stated they were open til 6 pm.

I needed a moving service company for in home furniture rearrangement. With no notice, I called on a Saturday not expecting anyone to be able to come out on such short notice. I called Cardinal and to my surprise they went out of their way to make it happen. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. I am very satisfied and they exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

They were absolutely excellent!!! From the first call with Ian to my furniture arriving and being out back together. They came before the expected arrival time and were fast with taking everything apart and loading it into the truck. I also had a narrow odd shaped driveway, that did not matter, he pulled in and backed out without and issue and no damage. They were also so quiet that none of my neighbors knew that I was moving. All of my personal items were cared for like they belonged to them. Upon leaving my home, we left together. I ran one errand and the movers called me to tell me they made it to my new home. If I move again or if anyone asks, Cardinal Moving will be who I tell them to go with!

DON'T USE THEM! Worst experience ever with a moving company. Overcharges, scarred furniture and walls, lies, smoke breaks and mainly the fact that they care nothing about your time and how important it is! They supposingly got lost but turned out to be an extended lunch break. BTW, they did the same things to a friend of mine. Very unfortunate experience. And I did a lot of the work myself!

Movers did not take care when moving furniture. Multiple large chips and scratches to our master bedroom furniture after move. Would not recommend this moving service. Use another service that will take better of your furniture.

We have had our belongings in storage over a year waiting on our home to be built. Today we met with local movers here at the storage building to load and haul it to the house. Cardinal Moving destroyed several pieces of furniture. I have scratches all over the top of a dresser. Corner completely crushed on our desk. Chair leg completely broken off. Scratches and dents in master bedroom headboard, etc.... The movers we used today asked if we had packed the storage room because it was so poorly done...so I had to say”no”, we paid a bunch of money to have this stuff destroyed. I cannot recommend Cardinal Moving at all. Unfortunately, We were not there when they unloaded and put it into storage. I would have caught the problem then and dealt with it. We thought we could trust them!!
