Rented One of ALTA STORAGE UNITS. They were in great condition, Staff was super friendly and helpful . Great Service. They had the best prices. 24 hour access in the self storage facility was great. I would highly recommend ALTA storage .

The movers were 2 hours late. Although they were polite, they were reluctant to take anything out of the rooms that we staged for them so my husband had to move everything to the front door for them to take to the truck. They damaged almost everything that was not in a box (flat screen TV, dresser, BBQ wheels, lost pegs from stands, wheely cart wheels) and will not compensate for the damages the movers made us aware of at the end of the night. Would not recommend. To the company: you may think I was not your client but this was booked under my husband's name.

Some of the security features are: security gates, 24-hour security cameras and regular lock checks; in addition, the company offers 7- day drive-in access, low monthly fees, senior discounts, discounts for paying long term, plus pest prevention.

Great customer service! I ordered a pod storage last minute. (24 hours notice) they had it delivered and the next day we hired their movers. Abe and Mohammed! Absolutely fabulous guys who were super polite, helpful and did all the heavy lifting for my husband and I as we are not physically able too due to pregnancy and surgeries. The wrapped everything in moving blankets and stacked the pod so well. I can’t say enough great stuff about every interaction I had with this company!! Thank you soo much! Looking forward to using them again to unload our pod at a later date.

Worst experience I have ever had! Was given a quote, was sent 2 invoices and they were paid in full immediately. 2 days after my move I had the rude owner call screaming at me over the phone that I ripped him off. To this day I'm still being harrassed by these people. We had 2 movers sent with 1 small truck when we were told that they were sending a large truck. Waited an hour for another small truck to show up. 1 mover was awesome; the other mover did nothing and whined about his back the whole time. My husband and son did the majority of the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING!!!

Had a moving pod for over a year stored on their lot. I accessed it once before I emptied it. They were easy to deal with. The only hiccup I had was not understanding that billing was on a 4 week cycle, rather than monthly. I had a couple of polite payment due messages until I figured out the terms. They are locally owned. Support local.

What a great company!!! I called early Sunday afternoon to get a disposal bin and within 90 minutes it was set up and ready to fill. Once we had filled it I called to let them know and it was removed the same day. Extremely happy with Alta Bins and will definitely use them in the future. Very competitive pricing and the service was exceptional. The price quoted was what we paid, no additional charges. Excellent customer service. Thank you Alta Bins ????????

Beat all prices by at least $150. Delivered a day earlier at no extra charge. All my contents got delivered to my new place and not a single item moved. Delivery driver was a nice guy, nade sure it was placed exactly where I needed it. Would definitely reccomend. Easy and pleasant to deal with

We had a pod for a month at our old home and for about a week at our new one. They were generally great to deal with, the drivers were nice at drop off and pickups and the price was the best I found when researching. They also were very helpful with a last minute change and extensions, which we really appreciate! I would highly recommend them!

Great experience. Between the packing and vacation and moving we had the storage unit on our driveway loaded before our vacation. Took alot of the stress out of moving when we came back and only had 4 days to possession day. The storage unit got picked up and dropped off at the new location on possesion day. Sure beats having to load and haul everything all on the same day. Great experience. Definitely the way to go unless u hire movers ????

This storage was the best. Only reason we are not using them is because we moved too far away. They keep the storage property clean and trimmed. We never had a problem with mice where we have had in other places. They are very reasonable in price. If we move back, I would not hesitate to use this storage again.

I needed to store my household contents for 3 months until the new house was ready for possession. I called many companys and Alta Storage was able to provide a pod and two movers to load it from the condo, take it to be stored and then deliver and unload it 3 months later at the new house. Best prices in the Edmonton area and the movers were professional, fast and efficient while also being careful with my furniture and walls. The absolute best moving and storage company I have ever used with great staff both in the office and out working in the community. Thank you for a seamless transition to our new home.

We were in the middle of a reno disaster and had to get everything out of our basement in a day. We already have our upstairs furniture etc. In a pod stored indoors with them so I called hoping they could get us a pod soon. TALK ABOUT HELPFUL AND GREAT SERVICE! In about 2 hours they had another pod at our home. The fellow that delivered was so polite and so was the lady we spoke to extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough and would reccomend them to anyone! Bu the way cheaper than PODS and at least they call back.!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love supporting Local small business! Sandra and Michelle

Alta Storage was great!!! They came through for our Girl Guide district when we needed a pod to store cookies for pick up. We could not find a place to keep our cookies and when we contacted them, they didn't hesitate to help us out. The staff were very helpful and worked around our last moment of knowing when bin was required. The whole experience was smooth and easy. I can't say enough on how great the experience was.

We unexpectedly had to move and had not found a permanent place to move to. We decided to use a storage pod to hold our house hold items until such time as we found a place. I called around and quickly discovered prices were varying and there seemed to be a lot of hidden charges. I contacted Nahir at Alta Storage and not only were they upfront with pricing, they were reasonable, helpful and efficient. I had to make several changes along the way because we found a permanent place during the move but that was no problem for them. I couldn't find movers, and again they were helpful because they have people to actually move your items. Amanda, in the office was always helpful with a smile that I could hear through the phone. During what is normally a stressful experience, Alta Storage made things that much easier. If you are looking for professional services with value added then, Alta Storage is the place to go.

Excellent experience! Delivered the pod on the same day that I called them because I was in a major jam when we were moving into our new house and needed somewhere to store a bunch of our furniture and stuff and they were able to accomodate right away. Staff that delivered it was very friendly and worked with us to make sure pod was right in the spot where we wanted it. When we were done they came and picked up the pod quickly, no hidden fees or difficult cancellation policies to deal with. Pod was very big and solid. No fears of it being broken into or of things getting damaged. Overall a great experience! Would recommend them to anyone!
