One of the WORST buisnesses I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to do business with, Extremely Rude, No communication (doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t return calls, says something & then claims it was not said ext...) I had Items in my Unit missing & claimed the luck was changed due to non payment, which was only 3 days late due to their Non existing Professionalism & Customer Service, NO Communication with their customers! NOT open when you go to make your payment & wont return calls for weeks, I went every day to make my monthly payment during business hours & NO one was there. Gate was open to get to your locker but no one around to pay! They Only answered promptly when I first called and left a message inquiring about renting a unit & thereafter Forget it. I felt like I was Totally being scammed or conned and feared my stuff would be sold or missing the entire 3 months I stayed! Voulaaaaaa! I was correct! They take what they like or want and avoid you afterwards to have a reason to go into your unit and cut then change your lock to one of their own! Total Scam, Low Life Cheating & Stealing from your personal items on the unit while stored there, to stealing my deposit and lasts months (they call it paying a month ahead) they steal that by not returning it when you leave and give them 30 days notice. They make you pay that month anyhow & don’t return the month you already pre paid for. When asked how I get it back and even how it works, I was threatened to have Everything taken from me for Non payment! So I paid but lost the pre paid month because of it & cleaning or any deposits you paid, will also be kept. No Matter What! Mine was Extremely Clean, maintained and they Never Had Any Intentions on giving the pre paid ahead month that we paid at the begging Nor the Depsit and you have to take it dry or loose Everything that means anything to you! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BUISNESS I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. Total loss of $380 cash paid and $2500-$3500 minimal in items taken

I've had Butch and his men move me twice, and they did a terrific job, at a price that is well worth paying. Pack properly, and your move will be faster and less expensive. I'm about to book them now for a last move in 6 weeks time.
