This company is not good at all. I had a flat tire just off of Coquihalla Highway & I called my 24/7 roadside assistance and Mario’s Towing was their service provider in that area. They made me wait for 5 hours considering I just need 1 tire changed. When the guy arrived, he told me to go to Kal Tire which is 2 blocks away and he came with me there. He left afterwards and I had to pay Kal Tire for my tire change. Its very frustrating how they made me wait for nothing and I could have just came to a different tire place, but since I am paying for a roadside assistance, I waited for so long. Totally unacceptable service provider!

Mario’s towing continues to be one of the best in service. These guys go above and beyond their job for sure. & They have some of the most thoughful and genuine drivers in the business. Special shoutout to driver “Wayne & Rover(dog)” of Hope-Mission branch, highway thru hell just became highway of angels after all. Love your guys’ heart! After a super long painful drive home from Lethbridge to Vancouver I got a flat Tire 2 hours away from my end destination . I unfortunately have never changed a flat tire before and Youtube was not to helpful in the "where to put the Jack Department". I gave Mario's Towing a call and Garry came super quickly to assist me. He was beyond friendly and exceeded all of my expectations of what high quality service looks like including showing me where to put the Jack for any future unforeseen circumstances. I highly recommend his services if you happen to catch yourself in a jam on Highway 3 (The potholes are a NIGHTMARE). Thanks so much again Garry!

Worst experience ever. Towed our truck pulled the drive shaft and we called to tell them we were coming to get it and gave it to us in pieces! Basically walked away and it’s undriveable. We drove 2 hours to pick it up. Company told us they had no tools and the morons just stood around so we left it there. Calling lawyer in the am. Worst worst company ever.

Noah came to my rescue when I locked my keys in my trunk while camping up in Manning. After the door being opened we find out the key would not detect from my trunk, leaving my car unable to open the trunk. The trunk latch was nearly impossible to find and kind Noah spent an hour with myself trying to pry the back seat open to get at the latch from the inside. Noah was very kind to help me in time of need. Very grateful!

Jerry from Mario's Towing is a great guy. He was trying to help me understand what could have been wrong with my car. He took all my friends safely and soundly, and was just a great guy overall. The girl on the dispatch line was prompt and helped me get a few numbers as I broke down outside of Hope without any cell service. He waited with me until I could find a safe spot to park my car. I'd call these guys anytime I'm in trouble in the Valley or Okanagan!

This got these guys have stolen my vehicle they towed it from merit all the way to Hope and I'm in Kamloops they refuse to let me speak to a manager refuse to give me names of people that I'm talking to you overall horrible service they are trying to mess with my life t refuse to give me any information and are too scared to give me their names and badge numbers because they know that what they're doing is trying to steal from me been waiting for a manager to get back t o us for 3 days. Whenever I talk to somebody on the phone they're just rude and obnoxious

Disappointing. I have a derelict trailer on my property halfway between Princeton and Hope that needs to be removed and taken to Princeton for recycling before it gets snowed in, was told by neighbors to call Mario's, "they're the only game in town". Dropped by Mario's Princeton yard on Sunday afternoon, Oct.21st, spoke with a nice young man (I'll call him 'D' for Driver) told me the trailer wouldn't be a problem, but to quote me a price he would need an accurate idea of the distance involved. Went on to say he lived in Hope, would be driving home on Tuesday and he would stop by our place on the way (the house and trailer are visible from the hwy), would let me know the mileage and price after that. Waited for a few days, did not hear from him and finally called his office in Hope the following Thurs. Was told D was not in, but the fellow that answered the phone took my info and told me he would have D call me. Waited again until Monday the 29th, called them again, same fellow answered the phone, again assured me D would call. This time I did get a call back from D, yes he remembered our meeting, no he didn't drop by our place on the way past because it was dark by the time he reached it (guess his odometer doesn't work in the dark), but that he had told someone in the Princeton office to call me. Assured me he would contact them and again get back to me. And now it's Nov.6th, still no call from anyone at Mario's in Hope or in Princeton. Frustrating because it's tough to get something done when 'the only game in town' refuses to play.

We called in for a tow half an hour outside of Merritt. We asked twice on the phone for an estimate of how much the tow would be. The dispatcher ignored the question/refused to answer, and we were left with no choice but to pay a $300 bill for only a jump start. It really would have been nice to know before the truck came. Terrible customer service, I’d sooner flag someone down on the highway next time.

My vehicle was accidentally towed to Mario's towing, after I had it towed from Vancouver to hope for $350.00. One week later after Mario's towed it five kms away, I was billed a recovery fee of $35.00 which I shouldn't have been since it was towed from a paved driveway, my bill was $360.00! Then four days more storage and my bill was $488.00? Excessive charging on storage and falsely billing me a recovery fee as if they took it out of the ditch or something! These guys are crooks! Last year they towed my vehicle saying it was a police tow and after I inquired at the police station they never had it towed! I lost $1500.00 worth of tools and the van cause of their crooked action. I protest Mario's towing theryre crooks! In regards to your response, first of all Jamie Davis towing towed it to where you picked it up, it was not parked there for more then six hours so at what point was it abandoned? Second of all it was requested to be removed by the owner of the property after he and police attended the alarm going off after someone tried to break into his shop. The owner did not recognise my truck because it was new to me and though he had seen it before didn't recognise it as mine, so he had police remove it. So at what point did it need be recovered? As the owner I assume you can answer this question? I can't, as the owner if the truck, the person who told the tow truck driver who delivered it from Vancouver where to drop it so it would be easiest for me to tow it in the yard! And yes we discussed iit alright, you said have the same calm respectful attitude with them as I had with you and they will give the answers to my questions and probably give me a break on my bill, as you say really, "what's thirty five bucks more just pay it(in reference to the $35.00 recovery charge)! Ya really $35.00 more no big deal right ? I should just past it right, its not very much right? But that same $35.00 was way too much for you to call them and say " scratch the recovery fee"? So Monday I go to pay my bill and total comes to $360.00 too much can't cover it, and 4 days later? I go in to pay my bill after my check clears and I actually have the cash to covert it and my bill is $488.00! I'm opening a tow company cause its a licence to print money.

This company towed my vehicle without the proper authorization to do so from a lot that they said had signage which it DID not however they said "it did a couple months ago" but I can prove with pictures it didn't. Threw my car in their unplowed gravel lot covered in snow so that was fun to get out of. Anything for a buck, thanks for the headache Mario's

These guys will rob you blind in your most desperate time of need. After an accident that nearly claimed my wife's life, they charged me almost $800.00 to haul my bike less than 50km and store it for 4 days. In addition, they billed our insurance company the same amount to haul and store my wife's bike. I'm not sure how folks like this can sleep at night.
