The crew were always respectful of our property, made sure everything was safe and secure at all times. A Happy and stress free day for us!! I would definitely use WK Moving again.

WOW-I’d read all the positive reviews and chose this mover, not knowing anything about them. Had the lady (who’s supposedly the wife) of “Bill” the other owner of the company. The lady promised us “the moon” figuratively, but on the actual day of the move, they we’re scheduled to be at our place at 9:00 A.M. Received a call that they were late because of traffic? West Hamilton to Dundas? Then they showed up at 10:00 A.M. and had to send (1) man home (he was troubled). So they were left with just (2) men to do our very large move. They were very slow, the two workers worked hard, BUT they were very slow, took us from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. when they finished. Super here said when unloading at our new place, they were taking time, they did have 11 floors to move everything up on booked elevator. Put all of our cartons (that were labeled clearly) were put in the wrong rooms? Before they were finished the move, received a call to pay up on my credit card, didn’t even get to check for damages. It was 13 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment from Dundas to Hamilton Mountain, found the final price total absolutely outrageous. Lost a power cable to our electric recliner on our L-section (leather), plus damaged a brand new upright freezer with scratches on the front door. I found them to be disorganized and not that reliable, on what they quoted and promised when booked them. We have only been here 9 months now, and are choosing another mover. I personally wouldn’t recommend this mover, from our dreadful experience. The owner will probably deny this, but I don’t lie. I was generous with a 2 star rating. Shop around, I didn’t.

Wow! What a great moving company. I was a little anxious because we were moving from Montreal, Quebec to Dundas, ON, but everything was like clockwork. The office confirmed ahead of time, estimate of how long and how much it would cost were spot on. The fellows were professional, quick and careful workers. We moved our 4 bedroom home with William and his team at WK Moving & Delivery Service this week. On time, professional, polite and a powerful team. From the first call , to the rep, to book the move to the final follow up call the movers did an exceptional job. All of our large items were either shrink wrapped, padded and wrapped, they even took apart and assembled our 3 beds, which would of took us hours to complete. I don't normally leave reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone looking to use this moving company. WK moving did not show up on the day of my move and kept my $300 deposit. Below are the details of what happened. I hired WK moving based on the reviews I read, I booked them weeks in advance, had multiple correspondences with them both email and calls. They asked me to take pictures of all the furniture being moved including a piano, which I did and sent to them right away. I should have known something was not quite right when they asked me for these pics as well as my contact info over and over again. The day before the move they once again asked for a contact number as well as the picture of the piano, claiming they had not received as of yet. I once again complied and emailed them both my number and the picture of the piano, yet again. The day of the move they were suppose to show up between 9:00 and 9:30 am. They did not. I called them at 10:00 am to find out what was going on, a man answered the phone, I explained who I was and asked when to expect the truck. He told me that because I had not given them my contact information the move was not confirmed. I tried to remain calm and explained that I had in fact given them my contact info several times including the night before, I then forwarded all of the emails with this info to them. He told me he would check with the driver and call me back. 30 min went by and I did not hear from him so I called again. This time the female that I had spoken to before answered, I again explained the situation, she told me that the man I had spoken to was the driver, that she didn't know what was going on but that she had had enough and she was going to fire him. At this point I realized without a doubt that I was being lied to, I told her to please give it to me straight as I only had one day to move and needed to make other arrangements if they were not showing up. You can imagine the panic I was experiencing, good luck finding a company on 1 day notice. She told me that she would get right on it and have a truck for me for sure. at 12:30 I was informed that no one was coming. I had given them a $300 deposit, I asked for this back and was told "oh absolutely!" She told me it would take 3 weeks to show up on my end, it is now a month later and I have not received it. I have called several times and emailed but with no response. So there you have it, They did not show up and kept my $300 deposit. I also want to say that I do understand that things happen in a business beyond ones control, but what I cannot accept is the fact that they first tried to blame it on me claiming they did not receive my contact number, then all of the lying and lastly why would they not give me a refund when clearly they were in the wrong? If they had called me first thing in the morning and had been honest "we are so sorry, something has come up and we cannot accommodate your move, we have already processed your refund" If this is how they would have handled it, I would have been upset but would have understood. Instead they chose to blame me, lie to me and frankly steal from me.

I wanted to provide the public a review of a family owned moving company that we used, we are so happy that we chose this professional moving company. WK Moving & Delivery Service moved us yesterday out of our 5 bedroom home with 27 years worth of memories! They were on time, diligent, courteous and helped us get through such a complex move with little to no pain. The guys were helpful and friendly, they moved our baby grand with ease. My family and I are so grateful and thankful for William and his team! Highly recommend this family moving company!!

I chose this company to help my daughter with her move from Hamilton to London. It was the worst move ever! They are very unprofessional. One hour into the move one of the movers took off. The second one sat around in the truck till another guy came. I was charged for that time. For a one bedroom apartment, it took them 4 hours to move everything out. That is how slow they worked (paid by the hour I guess). Its been a week, and I cannot get a receipt from them for the charges that they have put on my credit card. I am now dealing with the credit card company to look after it. Do not be fooled by the friendly answer that you get from the person who answers the phone. Their wardrobe boxes broke and all the clothes were strewn in the truck and physically brought into the new house. They damaged 2 lamp shades. You have to be present to look after your items while moving as they just tended to leave things unattended by the elevator. I cannot even bear to give them one star for their services. Generally I do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for this company if it helps anyone else in their decision making.

Best moving experience by far! They got my move done in the time slot and I'm in a 4th floor walk up! I was quoted and charged the same price for the move, Zero hidden fees! Everything was taken care of professionally. They worked very hard and were very polite. Upfront about all costs. Very unprofessional company. Booked three weeks ahead to move a dining room table. They cancelled twice the showed up with only one mover to move a dining room table. They then advised they would be back within the hour with more manpower and never came. They also took one of of my chairs and held it for 2 days.

Extremely unprofessional, rude and damaged MULTIPLE items and then denied it. Every time we turned around they were smoking and swearing at each other. When we tried to have a conversation with William after he was extremely rude calling names and commenting on people's appearance. I do not recommend.

I was amazed how organized these guys were, they had all the moving supplies ready to work. The guys moved us from our house into our new 3 bedroom condo. This "company" is terrible. They damaged almost every item they moved. We had pricey furniture which is why we hired someone to move us in the first place... biggest mistake. They are middle of the pack in terms of pricing, but bite the bullet and go for the big names. Movers were falling while carrying our pieces and were reckless when packing items into their truck. They shattered glass in our driveway. Once you sign their contract at the end of the night they void any responsibilities in fixing or compensating you financially for the damages. Easy to book them but when there's an issue, impossible to get a hold of. They were on time, but that would be the only positive I would give these movers. DO NOT USE!
