Moving house is right up there as one of the most stressful life experiences. So, on the big day you want to make sure you're working with professionals and the one piece of advice I'd give to anyone planning a move in the GTA is to call and book Wish Upon A Star Moving Inc as soon as you know you have to move. Ricardo and his team are five star all the way. From initial contact to pre-move assessment to the move itself - I can't recommend them highly enough. I had been unwell the week before our move and wasn't as prepared as I would have liked on the day of the move itself. Ricardo gently assured me that he and the boys "would get it done" and for me not to stress anymore. It was a moment of kindness in a crazy week that meant the world to me. It's this understanding of the stress of a house move that makes Wish Upon A Star stand out from other movers. In the sweltering heat of early July, Ricardo, Gary and Jean quietly and professionally got on with the move, taking great care with our possessions and also the property itself - leaving no marks or scratches to surfaces for me to deal with afterwards. By 9 pm the move was complete and I couldn't have asked for more from these superb professionals. If you're reading this, then I presume you're somewhere in the GTA and are in need of a mover. Do yourself a favour and call Wish Upon A Star today. You'll be glad you did.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience moving! Ricardo, Gene, and Gary showed up on time with smiles on their friendly, calm faces. Everyone knows moving can be really stressful, and all of their demeanors literally evaporated the stress. They were positive, chill, and optimistic! I moved out of the 15th floor of a condo, and closed on a new home the same day I had to move (stressful situation!), and as many people know, you never know when you’ll get into your new house. These guys were SO patient, flexible, and forgiving! Up and down 15 floors in a condo… I’ve never seen people work so hard and efficiently (and it was literally the hottest day of the summer)! They ended up having to move a lot more things than anticipated and they just kept slogging on. The timing ended up working out well and we got into our new home, nothing damaged, nothing lost, no hidden fees or surprises! Our beds were taken apart and put back together perfectly, all the furniture was carefully wrapped and packed, and moved without a hiccup. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience, and will definitely be using Wish Upon a Star in the future! Thanks guys! You killed it!

Prior to booking, we were able to submit a list of all of our belongings to get a thorough and accurate estimate without having to worry about being overcharged at the end. This estimate was exact and fair. On moving day they arrived ahead of the 9am start and were able to quickly and carefully move us to our new city. My family was also completely in awe watching them stack and carry boxes behind their backs with such ease. It was just pure luck that I found Wish Upon a Star after realizing that I had left booking a mover for my sister and brother in law a little late! From the first phone contact I had a very positive experience. The team was wonderful and handled this challenging move efficiently and professionally.
