They were so quick and efficient in our move. They were easy to contact and responded quickly. We are very happy with having them with our move. One note is that you get charged hourly for travel costs from Hamilton to your home, so be aware of this charge.

I moved 8 boxes from East Hamilton to Stoney Creek. They came on time the service was excellent and movers were very polite. It took one hour only to move all the staff. Although the company takes minimum charge of 4 hours rate, but Mr. John was kind enough to accept payment of 140 Dollars only which is a one hour cost.

He gave me suggestions on how to get rid of the items in my storage that needed to be dumped, and how to make use of my storage space until all the items are removed. I have used WE MOVE IT on two occasions. The first time , May 2019, was a complete pack, move and semi unpack of my elderly aunt's one bedroom apartment. The second time, January 2020, was to deliver the large pieces of furniture to Habitat for Humanity for donation. On both occasions, John and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. They were accomodating, helpful and caring. The move was completed on time. Belongings were packed and organized well. Nothing was damaged or broken. I am comfortable recommending them.

Having used We Move-It a few times now for some of my clients', the movers have always been efficient, on-time, hard-working and professional. They always strive to adhere to tight timeframes I am given for elevator reservation as my elderly clients have had a long day without a "home"-they just want to rest. We Move-it assists with the disassembling and assembling of the larger furniture which helps to move this process along. I highly recommend using We Move-it.

I have never hired movers before but my mother rufused my exemplary services. So began the search for a moving company. I called several places and got quotes from quite a range with this company and two men and a truck being the most inexpensive (small move). John emailed me shortly after he provided me with my quote to follow up and find out exactly what it would take to get my business. I found this to be a nice change of pace no other company tried to contact me in anyway and it provided me with a sence of confidence of a small business like level of service. Now the proof is in the pudding and my main concern was the movers themselves. Luckily I was presently surprised, having a large background in contracting and service work my self, I can be quite perticular when it comes to the people I've hired, however my trepidations where unnecessary as the movers performed admirablely. Both individuals where very professional and chipper, they finished the work quickly and took care with each item. The while move only took a few hours and there was no funny business with the bill. Overall the experiance was plesent with no apparent issues, even though it was a saterday move. Perhaps your experiance will vary depending on who you get, but Wes and Brad, I believe it was, did a fine job.

We were trying to move 1 load in to a senior residence. She was yelling at her employees, and when We asked nicely if we could possibly use the elevator for 1 load while they were setting up in the other room. The first thing she did was interrupt me when I went to ask how long they thought they might be. The facility very kindly allowed us to load and use the elevator while they were getting the last piece of furniture off their truck. The movers were rude, unprofessional and much less than friendly. Given this was my only encounter with them I would never use their service.

This was the worst moving experience I ever had. Very inexperienced workers who had no regard for my belongings. They broke my t.v. and computer stand but offered little compensation or an apology. Also the hours were inflated by at least 1.5 hours. Beware of this rip off company and go with someone reputable. These other reviews are not a reflection of their shoddy business.
