Used this company to move my two bedroom condo in Milton. Tyler (owner) came over a few weeks prior and gave us a quick estimate and a very reasonable quote. On the day of they were on time and very careful with all of our things wrapping breakables in pads and taking note of the “fragile” marked box’s. Even though we had problems with the elevator SteelCity movers got the job done, they even finished 2 hours ahead of schedule!!!

There really aren’t words to describe how amazing my experience was with Steelcity movers. They were communicative, punctual, professional, friendly. I literally had the most stress-free move because of them. I kept offering to help and they actually did not let me lift a finger. They were fast and didn’t damage a single item. They even stayed and helped me put my new furniture together! I would never use another moving company after this experience and it was honestly tenfold any other moving experience I’ve had. We just moved into our apartment. We had metropolitan movers lined up and then the day before our move, they called to make sure they had the correct details. The details were incorrect and after I explained our move for the 3rd time, they informed me there would be extra fees not disclosed before in the last 3 calls to them. I cancelled with them and went with Steel City Movers. Called the owner, Tyler, and spoke with him. He was able to setup a date one day after my original move in day with the other company. Was very impressed with their ability to show up on such short notice. Tyler came by after his last move of the day ~10pm to give us a quote on how long he thought it would take. He estimated 6 hours and it ended up taking 5.5 hours. When the date arrived he had a massive truck and three movers. They were super chill and fun to have around. They took anything apart that needed to be dismantled to get thru. I'm up 3 flights of stairs and they HUSTLED up and down those things. No indication of slowing down. They did my place, then went to my GFs, did her place, then dropped it all off in our new home in the right rooms, and put everything they dismantled back together. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to call on his services again!

They were so helpful in regards to picking things up at alternate locations on the way. Tyler, on a separate job, helped deliver a special gift to a client of mine, who due to my weakness would have had to wait a week and a half! Steel City Movers was recommended to me by a friend who has used them several times and had nothing but great things to say about them. We moved houses this past weekend and used Steel City Movers and we were so happy with them! Tyler and his team went above and beyond to make sure that all of our items (including a piano and 197 totes - the boys counted them ????) were moved with great care and attention to detail. Tyler was so resourceful that he made the impossible happen by fitting 2 full-sized couches down a very complicated basement stairway. I really feel like any other mover would have given up after trying a few different methods to achieve this. But Tyler just kept coming up with new things to try and thank goodness he did because his persistence paid off! We were and are so grateful for this. I really can’t say enough about how great Tyler and his team were and we will definitely use them again for any future moves. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, efficient, professional, resourceful movers!
