You and your team were excellent. Your quote was fair and even more important correct. I have experienced low quotes in the past, that ended up costing me much more as their estimates were wrong. From the first pick onwards, I found your team members friendly and professional. Their attention to not only the furniture but also to the condition they left both the old and new locations was a relief. I’ve moved a number of times in my life, and without question this was the best experience.

HIRE THEM! Kyle and his team are AWESOME! Right from the beginning Kyle called to personally answer any questions, follow up, and complete our in home estimate. Our move was to another city. His team arrived on time, were polite and funny, and completely professional. Our items were wrapped, padded and treated with care. Kyle stopped in on moving day to check everything was going smoothly and we were satisfied, which felt like a personal touch. This team cares about what they are doing. EDIT (Final): I am providing Kyle and Quality Service Movers an upgrade to a five star due to his persistence in ensuring that he took care of the damages encountered during our move. I am happy with the way that Kyle personally took care of the matter and I look forward to hiring his team again in future. I wish him and his company a very successful future. I hired them reading the reviews here and was willing to pay $200 more than the other quotes. I contacted them on 15th June for a move on the 29th. They confirmed immediately upon receiving an advance payment of $150. However there is absolute silence from their side till the 28th (the day before the move) when I was asked to sign a contract (out of nowhere) which contained information that was largely 'untrue'. I tried to call Kyle twice (25th and 27th June) in the mean time to inquire about how should I be packing/disassembling my items before the move. He was always busy and was unable to discuss or elaborate. On the day of the move (which was confirmed to start at 9 am and I booked my apartment elevator for that), I received a call at 930 am where they told me that they can't show up till 11 am. After much persuasion, three men showed up at 1030 am. They didn't know the address - none of the two (move out and move-in) - which I found absolutely ridiculous as they made me fill out a form having those information. Kyle was one of the three men who showed up. They had one member in the team who was displeased from the get go and was on the phone the whole time mentioning how this was the worst job he ever had and he was going to quit in the middle of the job. I observed distinct carelessness in the way they were moving my furniture. While moving, they dropped metal brackets of the queen bed (which I found and gave them), made a huge dent in the foot board of the bed, dropped my one-seater couch (which since is not quite the same and makes noise every time my 9 year old sits) more than once, damaged my L-shaped office desk, and made indelible marks on the wooden floor of the house. The assembled the bed which has fallen apart in the first use. Kyle was apologetic for the service he provided and cut me some slack when finally billing me. It's not always about saving $100-$200 - it's the peace of mind that matters when you are moving, especially if you have small kids with you. Quality Service movers made my move an unpleasant experience. I will not hire them again neither would I suggest them to any of my friends. UPDATE 4 WEEKS LATER: Kyle has reached out to me and has been very proactive in amending issues that I raised here. He has been understanding of my predicaments and admits that the quality of services that I received was not up to the standard his company strives to achieve. I am impressed with his efforts post the move and will update again after issues are resolved. I am increasing the rating to 3 star based on Kyle's attitude and efforts.

Where do i start, first off the guys showed up 10 minutes early to get ready and introduce themselves to my family. From the moment they stepped into my house to the moment rhey left they were nothing short of classy and very respectful, maybe because im used to seeing a certain type of movers that it was extremely refreshing to see young hard working gentleman. All of my belongings were untouched i appreciated how they wrapped my stuff with care. In the end i think this sums up the experience, i had a few other things i needed moved that wasnt on the list that they helped me with, and when it came time to tip they wouldnt event accept it they just said it was a pleasure working with you. I used Quality Service Movers to move my belongings inside a building from one unit to another. My quote was very reasonable and accommodating for the specific timeframe needed and because I didn’t need a truck to move to another location. I received a detailed quote by email after the booking and Kyle followed up 2 weeks and then a few days before the move with a confirmation call and email. I liked this because it eased my concerns about the movers still coming during the pandemic lockdown (fortunately movers are an essential service!). On the day of the move I received a call from Kyle 5 mins before the movers arrived, and they were on time. The 2 movers were friendly, professional, fast, and very careful and considerate of my belongings. They asked where I wanted things to go and followed instructions as wanted. I can’t say enough nice things about how great these 2 guys were. Social distancing measures were followed the entire time. Once the move was completed to my satisfaction my price was exactly what was quoted. No hidden fees or extra. I paid for exactly what I was quoted I would be paying for!
