Loved these movers from the first phone call to the end of the move. They moved us out of our old home, stored our belongings at their storage site, and moved us into our new home, 8 months later. Not only was the office staff professional, courteous, and responsive, but the guys that were actually doing the moving were wonderful (friendly and careful with our belongings). They sent me a quote without telling me that they might not be able to do the move and when I confirmed I was told that I am being bumped for a bigger move. I called them and they couldn't care less that I was being left stuck. I ended up calling Falla movers who worked with me to figure something out. edit-It was last minute but I was told there was space open not space contingent on someone else's move. When I called I was upset because I thought that this was something that was settled and I was basically told there was nothing that could be done and the next free time was 3 weeks into April which wouldn't help as I have to be out by the end of this month.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Mike Morrison himself came out to do a site visit for an estimate, and Sean was responsive and friendly in handling the booking and logistics. On moving day Mike, Stephen, and John were professional but personable and super efficient. Handled some delays and setbacks with good humour; never once seemed frustrated or annoyed (we severely underestimated how much stuff we have... Sorry guys). Really impressed by the level of service. Wow, these guys are great. They showed up at exactly the time that was arranged. They were extremely thorough and efficient. We went with the full service move. They packed the furniture in blankets and then put shrink wrap around it as an added layer of protection. They even put our mattress in a giant plastic bag. I have moved 3 times in the past and I got a headache every time with those movers. Once we decided to try Morrison Moving, the crew made the move less stressful. We highly recommend this mover to anyone.

This is the best mover in Hamilton. From the first call to the end of our move, I am so very grateful that we picked Morrison Moving. They are very professional, courteous and easy to deal with. What I liked best is that they came out to our house to give a proper estimate. Unlike other movers who offered cheaper hourly rates but lots of hidden charges in the small print. The three movers worked very hard and quick taking roughly 6.5 hours in total to move our 3 bedroom house. They were very careful with all of our stuff. I would recommend them to everyone.

What an experience. The move went fantastic! We had no issues and done with efficiency. Mr. Morrison was indeed the highlight of this entire experience. He was the person who gave us our inhome estimate and made sure that delivered everything that he promised. When Mr. Morrison came to the house, he was respectful and explained everything that would happen from start to finish. The cost came out more than the quote due to the fact that we just had a lot of stuff, and another truck and 3 more guys had to come to help out with the move. If you want great customer service this is the place to call. The crew that came to our home worked very hard. They all were dressed in uniforms and were clean cut. I also saw that the movers were careful with all our furniture and wrapped each piece with moving blankets. I was impressed with the great communication that was provided by the office. We asked that the guys remove some items that we didn't want any more and they agreed to take care of them. The estimate that was given has a bit less because the guys finished sooner then expected. I will be using this company when it's time to move again.

I would like to thank Morrison Moving for moving us on one of the hottest and humid days of the year. I can't say enough great things about them. They were professional, courteous and very careful with our items. Our apartment was on a sixth-floor and we had to use the elevator that was not air-conditioned. What we like best about the crew is that they wrapped every sofa, dresser and large item with plastic to prevent damages. This proved to be a very efficient and cost-effective way to move and the price did not exceed the quoted price. This is the second time we hired Morrison with the first being A++ on all accounts. This particular time we chose Morrison since the owner, Michael Morrison personally came out to provide us with a quote and assured us that IF there were any issues, they “don’t mess around” and will rectify the issues immediately! 1. We had a damaged wall in the house we moved out of. 2. The door to the basement was ripped out of one of the hinges. I replaced/repaired that at my own cost and time during the day of move. 3. Damage in the form of a chunk of the bottom of my sons dresser being ripped out which has yet to be resolved. 4. Scratches on my sons dresser face which has yet to be resolved 5. A $300 mirror broken which has yet to be resolved. Before the movers left, we had to e-transfer funds and provide proof thereof, which we gladly did. However we reported and provided proof of the damages as soon as they were realized and still a month has gone by with zero rectification aside from offering us $100 refund. A $300 mirror and solid wood dresser are damaged and all we get offered is $100....not to mention I fixed the door on my own. We have to continually follow up. It’s pretty disheartening when the owner of the company assures you that any damages or issues will be resolved without delay and when it happens, you are the one doing follow ups multiple times a month, sending emails and phone calling with ZERO resolution. We have been more than fair, more than patient and extremely disappointed in the post sales/service support! I would not recommend Morrison Movers.

Called them 2 days ago and Martha gave me 2 available dates to pick from, Nov 14 and Nov 19th. Gave her my cell number and told her I will contact both buildings to confirm the date and get back to pick one of the dates. I called both buildings managements and made all arrangements and when I called Martha back within 10 minutes she then said the 14th was gone. I mentioned that we agreed to hold it for few minutes in addition she had my cell number and her response was "I had to do my job". She then said, let's confirm the 19th on the calendar before it is gone. I agreed and I confirmed the 19th. I called the 2 buildings managements again and jumped through hoops to change the dates to 19th. Woke up this morning to an email from Martha saying that the 19th is no longer available and now booking for 3rd week of December!!! So it seems that they have no concept of bookings since it easily evaporate from that magical calendar. I will have to jump through hoops again with both building managements to change the dates. Totally inconsiderate and unprofessional organization. They simply have no respect for a verbal agreement! UPDATE: Response after the owner's response No Mam, that is absolutely NOT true. Martha has CONFIRMED the 19th and said that it is reserved on the calendar. She never mentioned anything about a "follow-up" confirmation that you mentioned here. I understand that no company enjoys a negative review but let's be honest here and not try to cover up the facts, it just makes it worse. She even explained that the 14th was gone because someone else was desperate since another moving company has cancelled on him the last minute. How would I know all of these facts if I am making up stories??? Verify the facts before defending the dispatcher. What is worse than a mistake is defending it.

Phenomenal experience, this amazing company exceeded our expectations! Michael and his full team of staff were very thorough, came twice to assess the spaces and worked with our schedules! Michael’s team moved our entire organization, to another location, with four guys!! Everything, beginning with the quote ( best priced, very reasonable) and punctual (arrived a few minutes early and ready to rock!). Now, the meat and potatoes of this amazing team is the personable/polite/respectful/energetic and friendly staff, which all were more then we could have asked for! These guys were absolutely amazing, at what they do! No job/box/piece of furniture was too big, or too heavy, for this team! They packed the biggest truck they had, perfectly coordinated and flowed so well together, were extra careful, with all the furniture and all the spaces, communicated with each other consistently and the greatest part was that they were having fun with it. In particular, we would like to complement the team today who returned our furniture to our house: Shane, George and Alex. They were very efficient while taking great care with our furniture and with protecting our new walls and hardwood floors. Although they weren't moving me they were so helpful and polite as I was picking up a large shelf from the same building. The best overall value for moving services. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. The movers were very polite and worked very hard. We liked they wrapped everything and took very care of our furniture. We had no damages and the estimate was on par. We will be recommending morrison moving to our family and friends.

Fantastic movers! Alberto and his team moved us and they were all super friendly, chatting with us and working extremely hard. My partner and I moved in together. This job was a big one where they had to move two units into one. The moving crew handled this no problem. These guys were also very careful and did not damage anything. Very quick unloading the truck at our new place. Yes I would recommend over any other movers.

Morrison Moving made my move to Selkirk completely stress free. Michael Oliver, Tim and David worked so well together. They worked continuously. Like a well oiled machine. Everything wrapped so as no damage could be done. The boys were very friendly and courteous. They helped me package some things when I ran out of containers. I had a couple of wardrobe boxes that were at the back of the closet. I didn’t think to use them for anything other than clothes. They put the boxes together and put all the little odds and ends in them. So much better than the grocery bags that I had used. Would so highly recommend Morrison’s for all moving services. Thank you for all your help. Also my warmest regards to Michael Morrison, who originally came over to estimate the move. Sean Baxter was so helpful when it came to arranging the time schedule. Michael, the owner, knows his business. He is passionate and offers the best five-star service. Morrison Moving moved me and went beyond my expectations! They were happy, fast, and took really good care of everything by wrapping all my art, furniture, and fragile items. They respected my property by rolling out special carpets. The truck was spotless and most importantly, they left no trash behind. I totally recommend these movers. The quote was on par and everything was included in the price. Their prices were a bit more than other movers but I felt that they gave the value that you want to receive.
