We hired this company due to the amount of 5 star reviews they had but the experience we had was the complete opposite of what others have said. They damaged walls, our furniture, we have missing items, etc. For what should have taken 8 hours, they took 13. So we would have been better going with a more expensive but credible moving company than to hire these people. They even took off for 3 hours before arriving back at our home. Boxes that were labeled were left in the garage. They had no consideration for our home or our furniture. They were going to leave without assembling all of the furniture they disassembled. I am so disappointed in the service we received and I will never be using this company again. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

GetMovers seems to be the best in Canada, so I contacted the call center and asked for details. The manager helped me to organize all the moving process and gave advice on packing tools. The team delivered my properties with no truck fees and other issues. I’ve paid in the billing department, so there was nothing to worry about. That’s what I appreciate – honest price and qualitative work.

The crew that moved us into a new house in Hamilton were outstanding. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Took great care with our artworks and glass pieces along with everything else. They got the truck packed quickly on the initial pick up and also unloaded at the drop off as well. They even helped us arrange furniture. Our moving crew was three guys, and all of them were professional, quick, and careful. They moved all the stuff from an apartment and into our new townhouse in only 5 hours - including packing and furniture reassembling - they do not waste any time at all. They were on time at 9:30 and worked non stop until 11pand we had to force them to take a lunch break. Also they wouldn't let you pick up anything. I personally don't think they get paid for nearly enough for the hard work they do Mike Heacock

If I could give no stars I would. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We were booked to be moved, deposit paid, and they NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE MOVE. We called dozens of times over a 4 hour period to find out where the truck was only to hear 'oh, the truck isn't there yet? They should be there. Let me check'. The truck never showed and we at the absolute last minute had to rent a uhaul. They never did tell us where the truck was. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!!!!!
