The in-house staff who did our walk-thru and estimate were fair, and the moving staff themselves were absolutely awesome and went the extra mile. They did some things they didn't have to and took a load of tasks and stress off our minds on an already busy day. I highly recommend!

The Falla team was great from the second I called the front office to the moment the last member of the team dropped off the last box in my new house. They were on time, fast, and the team was polite and fun to chat with. They were respectful with my stuff, and took care to not damage the walls wiat either house. I just tried to book an estimate and was given 2 options this week, both during business hours (and my partner and I both work) - then I was told the next available time they could come to do an estimate was 2 weeks from now!! Apparently they only have one person who is capable of providing estimates, and nobody to replace them on vacations. Brilliant! On to the next moving company....

Falla is a reputable, family run business with people who care about the service that they provide. We have used them for 3 moves in the last 15 years and have been completely satisfied every time. The staff are very polite and courteous and they take pride in their work. They arrive when they say they will - have the truck loaded within a few hours and in all 3 moves were ready to unload at the new location before we had keys to get in. We have never had so much as a scratch and have recommended them to all of our friends. I also like that we get our boxes from them and can return them when we have unpacked, as it saves them going out for recycling.

This was our second move using Falla Movers. Both times, the packers and movers were extremely professional and courteous, worked quickly, efficiently and carefully. We had no damages, the movers were careful about placing things where we wanted them, and they did their best to ensure as stress-free a move as possible. As a bonus, both times the move cost considerably less than the quotation. We have moved numerous times due to employment transfers, and Fall Movers is memorable for providing outstanding service. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

A great Moving Company their Moto is a Family Moving Family's . It's a Family run Company for over 70 years . They took care of my Furniture like it was there own . I was doing renovations and they packed my whole kitchen and stored my stuff in there climate controlled Warehouse. After the renovations they brought my kitchen back and not one peace was damaged.
