My boyfriend paid $45 for one day shipping, I sat at home waiting for my package literally all day... it didn't arrive. The notification on the tracking site said they attempted to deliver which they didn't, because I was home all day waiting and listening for them to come. Then at 9 pm I get a phone call saying they dropped it off at the store and that I can go pick it up...so I go there and they don't even have the package or know where it is... Do not ship through or use UPS, they scammed my boyfriend and made me go through hell trying to get my stuff. Garbage company.

Terrible experience. Rude service with no accountability. I was given an incorrect tracking number by them on the receipt. But instead of trying to help or rectify the mistake of their establishment, all she did was try to pass the buck to "customer service". What is customer service going to do for me when it was this UPS store that gave me a tracking number that corresponds to nothing? In the end she did nothing to help and brushed me off as of no consequence. Don't come here, they're not accountable for what they do. I wouldn't trust them with any of my packages.

Worst delivery service EVER. I ordered a $20 book to be shipped from the US to Canada - I do this all the time and shipping normally costs under $10. The package is 2 weeks late and is now being held at customs (I know that's not a UPS issue, but adds to the aggravation), and I just discovered I'll be paying OVER $60 in delivery fees! WHAT??!! It's a $20 book! I will NEVER recommend UPS to anyone, EVER.

Recently on two separate occasions we needed some new invoice books, of course as most people do, we left this till we only had 5 Invoices left. In a panic we called Jodie at the UPS Store and she quickly and efficiently got all the information she needed to print the exact same books we have been using before, she even offered to come and drop them off to me where ever I was in the city. This type of customer service is hard to find, and I can say with confidence that the next time I need any new business cards/invoices/marketing materials or practically anything she can help me with I know who to call! You truly are more than the big brown truck!

Called ups customer service, told me my parcel will be delivered between 5-7pm. Stayed home looking out for the truck and saw them drive past the house 545 . Checked my tracking information about 10mins later and it was updated to "delivery attempted; customer not in". Not sure how they can say they attempted delivery when I saw them drive past without stopping.

I received a shipment to this location and was highly disappointed. The owner was rude and combative. Maybe another line of work would be better suited for them as clearly helping customers isn't appropriate. I'm still likely going to make a formal complaint with ups as this was a terrible experience. Including illegal and unnecessary request of myself. You sir, are a vindictive jerk and need to grow up.

Horrible lazy service!!! 2 orders in a row.... the first time I was in my back yard they pulled up and walked up and put a note on my door and left.... this was Friday June 22nd... the second order I got delivered was the same thing they knocked and left right away didn't ring the door bell or anything... UPS has not shown me that they care about the customer receiving their product... Also if you have a drop location written down on the sheet why would you leave the town before dropping the package off... Makes absolutely no sense to me ... I will probably never order something that uses UPS ever again.... first and second time I have been unsatisfied in every way possible with the delivery and even while I was on the phone with the lady the first time, she wasn't even listening to me.... So I didn't even bother trying to call this time around.

I have had good experiences before with the store. This last one really impressed me. A main branch driver did not knock when they "attempted" to drop off my package. I know because we were sitting beside the door and got the notification as they were pulling away. I went out to see the sticker saying I would have to pick it up at the store. I called the store and they were able to put me through to UPS. They said they would have to deliver it the next day (to a possible missed delivery again) and I wanted them to come the same day since they didn't actually attempt the delivery. UPS had a big stain on their reputation because of this driver. After being on hold forever and told it can't be done in a few different ways, the store called me back and offered to drop the package off on their way home. I was so impressed and grateful. While it was the employee who offered, Jodie, the owner is the one who dropped it off. Very impressed and they saved face for UPS. Thank you.

My Husband ordered a parcel that was meant to be signed for , it was a a very expensive diamond ring with a value of 10 thousand dollars the people’s recamended we order it so of course we did . I get the same drive to my home whenever I order a package that comes through UPS. This driver has intimidated my wife on more than one occasion he has asked for fees in cash which she paid to then find out that USP does not charge fees in cash. He has blocked her and cut me off on more than one occasion while driving. He gets out of his vehicle and is confrontational. We have reported him regarding the cash fee charged at the door and received no recourse. My wife is scared of him. This is a small town so there is limited choices but whenever I can I avoid using this service. I would give negative stars if this is available. I would be happy to speak with any representative from UPS that would be willing to contact us back on this matter. But I see they do not respond to these reviews.

I had a prepaid shipping label that I printed off and put on my package. The first time I went in I spoke with a gentleman and he advised me it was too dark of a print and his scanner wouldn't read it. He then proceeded to tell me he could print one out for me at the cost of about $3.00, I declined and went home. The next day I came back with a fresh print out and had lightened up the settings in my printer. He advised me this one was also too dark after trying both of his scanners, again he offered to print one out for a fee. The third time I came in I had a female and she also had trouble scanning it but then without any question or hesitation she simply punched the numbers in from the label and it went though no problem! My question is WHY couldn't the first guy have done this instead of making me waste my time, printer ink, and gas by coming multiple times? Not overly happy, but am appreciate of the lady that helped me in the end. If it wasn't for the helpful lady I would have given 1 or zero stars if I could!

They are okay. The one day they were out for delivery, I got a email stating I wasn't available and to go to the store for pickup. We checked and we saw the UPS driver drive by without stopping and no one approached the house 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after their drive by. Another instance with this store is when I had to pickup a cell phone I purchased from rpgers and they assured me they didn't have the package until I pulled up the email and then started calling UPS and they found it. Other than those issues they have been pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful service. I visited one of the famous printing stores, in cornerstone, not to mention the name (st#pl&s). They refused to help me with printing because of my unique PDF type, and no one even tried to help me. All employees in that big printing store were just hanging around and talking to each other, like a dating place. The documents I had was very important for me. Finally, I went to UPS store, lady overthere was humble and helpful. Although, my documents were tough to encrypt, she gave personal attention to my case, and helped me. Amazing service. Fully satisfied with their way of approach. Well treatment.

The team at this UPS store is amazing, efficient and friendly. Today I had a couple of things I needed to do, including some printing. They have a DIY printer which is very convenient and their printing costs are usually cheaper than other larger retailers. Sending my shipment via UPS was also a breeze. One form, they add it into the system and it's shipped within minutes. The loading zone parking right out front on their street is usually clear which is more than enough time to go in and out to get things done. I very much appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their good nature.

She did not how to contact them, nor how to make a complaint of a driver who was going 80km/hr in a residential area almost hitting a pedestrian. If I can, I would have given 0/5. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a mattress from Costco, and it said the delivery originally would be coming on August 6. But I received a slip that I missed the mattress on July 30. It was alright as I should have checked the updated receive date myself. Then I talked to the customer service the next day and wanted them to give me a specific time when the driver can come. They told me it could be anytime between 9 am to 7 pm. I did not have a buzzer yet as I just moved into my new apartment, so I left my cellphone number on Costco for the updates notification and kept checking downstairs every 15 minutes. I missed the mattress the second time. As I would have 12 hours shifts the following 4 days, I asked UPS not to send the mattress, and one agent told me that someone would talk to me in an hour. No one ever called, so I called back, the first agent hung up my phone, and the second one just kept saying that the mattress will be delivered the next following day. I asked to talk to the supervisor. We made an arrangement that UPS will deliver my mattress on August 5. The supervisor would speak to me to confirm the time with me on that day. The next day we realized August 5 is a holiday, so we changed the time to August 6. On August 6, another supervisor called me and said that someone from the center would give me a call 30 minutes before the mattress comes. No one ever called. Again, I kept checking every 15 minutes, and I missed it and received a slip that this was the last attempt. I called UPS again, and an agent said that she is going to change the date to the next day. Next day the August 7, another supervisor called me and told me the mattress was not out so I would not receive it, but I will receive it on August 8. She made the same promise that someone would give me a phone call 30 minutes before sending the mattress. Today is August 8, no call received. So I called UPS Canada at 415pm. I am still on the phone waiting to talk to a supervisor, and now it is 520pm. I am not sure how much longer I need to wait. Such a great job UPS Canada!

The girl was extremely polite and curistois.i like dropping packages off there because you are always in and out even when they are busy.i only use ups sometimes because a lot of what i sell is a pound or less so it is cheaper to use USPS. But over a pound then UPS sometimes is cheaper.

Every time I go to this store, my experience is awful. After being greeted by one particular member of the staff there, he follows up with, "We don't have your package" or "Your package is not here yet". This is even before he looks at the delivery slip or checks my tracking number. I have to convince him it's there before he reluctantly checks, asking me to repeat the last and first names repeatedly. Every time, my package is there. I don't know what this guy's problem is or what is wrong with UPS.

It's says be there by 2 for next day delivery but if your not there by 130 or whenever the driver decides to show up your too late. I am also experiencing longer than normal response times in packages this company has misplaced somehow. Very poor service records.

Ups drivers have the power to choose to leave your package on your front doorstep if you don't answer. Their other option is to ship it back to sender at your expence. This is all compounded by the fact that I have been waiting for my "on the truck for delivery" by "end of day" package for more then 72 hours now. This is after paying to expedite the schedule to 1-2 days. Did I mention that "end of day" can be any where from 8am to midnight? Lastly if it isn't there by "end of day" they just extend the time with no word to you except mind your own business. They expect you to wait around all day every day or risk your package being stolen. Complete garbage and a waste of a Canadian licence to operate a business. Finally just received a call. Ups lost my package 2 days ago and didn't want to tell me. Complete garbage. I wish there was a zero stars. I was told by UPS Inquiries to call them for any additional information on my lost package... Either this is false information or their call center people lied to me again as they told me to contact the shipper. I'm seriously starting to wonder if anyone their knows how to do their jobs.

I've had a mailbox at this location since 2001 when it was Mailboxes Etc... and I have never gone to another printing place since it became UPS. Casey is the most energetic and courteous young man I deal with weekly. He is absolutely fantastic with logos, graphics, brochures, and always so quick. And they handle big jobs too. If you are small business in St Albert, there is no need to go deal with a big box store where you deal with someone new every time, and there is no personal connection. I've seen menus and brochures fly out of there, and when I get an extra-large package, they have no problem holding it for me. Try them out for sure.

Had a parcel to be delivered, it did not show up granted the address is in a new development. We received no phone call to tell a parcel had arrived. The parcel was sent back to the shipper who then sent it back to us. Again no call so we called them which was a lesson in frustration, the owners were rude and seemed to careless about how they handled the situation. The parcel was at the store and they had no desire to apologize and or try to explain why they could not or would not answer our question. UPS driver stole my shoes!!! Ordered shoes from Adidas Canada. Tracking said it would be here on April 20th. I was at my apartment building all day long at home checking the mail constantly and no UPS truck showed up in our parking lot nor did they contact us. I get an envelope sent to this UPS Store from my mailbox at another ups store in another city. They called me and told me that my envelope is available for pickup but there is a "alternate address" fee for picking up an envelope that was shipped by UPS to that store. When I complained about it the idoit on the phone from the store, says he didn't like my attitude and that he would just either throw away my envelope or send it back. When I get to the store the owner tried charging me $5. for picking up my envelope that was shipped from UPS by UPS to a UPS Store. I've never seen such petty charges from a UPS store. Before. The owner and his staff are idiots and criminals trying to rip off customers charging them a pick up fee. Avoid UPS and this Store. My mailbox expires soon so I won't be renewing it at UPS. Or dealing with UPS anymore thanks to those ididiots at this store. Watch out they try to RIP you off!

I had to call to find out where it was, the shipper told me to call a hotline to order it to be shipped again but the hotline didn't have info on my tracking number, after fighting on the phone they finally shipped it again and left a note saying I had to come pick it up in the afternoon. Finally went there and they didn't know where it was, they just shrugged their shoulders. It got sent back, I never got it and I'll never use UPS in Penticton ever again.

If you have to use ups don't even think about changing any names or address on a package. You feel like your being interrogated by border patrol to pickup your own package. The clerk wouldn't even care to look at all the proof and explanation I had, even though it was previously all changed and corrected with ups. Went in today. Guy behind the counter had the personality of a nat. When I started to ask if I could pay my UPS bill his bland and somewhat condescending tone was "this isn't UPS". I said I believe it is right here, only to hear "you have to take it out of there", in the same arrogant and condescending tone, which I was actually in the process of doing. If your job is customer service, perhaps a personality should be a prerequisite in the job description.

The staff are amazing and knowledgable, they all know my name when I walk in, and they have been extremely helpful in the rare instance where I have a package delay in assisting to track my shipments down and getting them to me. I get there and they tell me I have to put my envelope in a cardboard envelope package they provide and that the cost is x100 more. UPS as a shipper is fine, same as all the others, tried to deliver, wasnt home, go pick it up, no big deal. The Store though, dear lord almighty. So I get in there and this lady at the counter doesnt really say anything, I say I'm here to pickup a package and give my first name, keep in mind I dont do this often and wasnt aware the need of just my last name, so she kinda just stares at me waiting for my last name not asking and eventually says "last name", she was terribly unfriendly and unhelpful, almost like I was wasting her time, on top of that she and this other co-worker were apparently in some sort of disagreement so she passes my issue along to this other guy that was there so she could resolve this issue, just unprofessional to do this in front of customers. The guy got my package and was friendly and helpful, maybe fire everyone but him. But next time definitely telling UPS to drop my package off at a different UPS distributor, if I even use UPS again.

The store is fine- the UPS shipping is awful! Don't be fooled by the "five dollar signature at the door" charge- they rarely get a signature and you don't get a refund so it's like a donation to UPS. Almost every single package I have sent has been damaged- along with the contents. This year I sent my gifts to family in an INDUSTRIAL grade tote and it still arrived damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO frustrating as we spent A LOT to send it and to have it thrown on the porch, damaged, no signature- NEVER AGAIN! Take your packages elsewhere as they NEVER admit to anything- even with photos and it is more work then it is worth- which I think they do this to have you give up so they can keep your money.

UPS is the WORST delivery company in Canada. I ordered my package (over $400 value) over 3 weeks ago. the shipping was estimated to be here a couple days ago. they updated their estimated date to a day earlier than expected. the package did not come the day they updated it to, waited another day and still nothing. no updates on the website, tracking info or anything were provided and still have yet to be provided. the item said it left Richmond a few days ago. so I called customer support and the very rude person on the phone proceeded to tell me I didn't know how shipping companies worked and that there were weather delays. I asked about said delays and but was given no actual reason all he said was that the weather is bad so they cant ship. it is blue skies and no clouds out currently. they also told me that even though it left Richmond towards my town the truck turned around and back tracked an hour into Vancouver but said he did not know why. they continued to tell me they could not give updates and that the issue was NOT their fault. In actual fact, UPS, it is YOUR fault the package is not here. pay for shipping and get rude offensive customer service and a company that lies to their customers about where their packages are and don't seem to care that people may NEED the items they have ordered assuming they have enough time to wait. This is uncalled for and I am very highly considering contacting the BBB. All in all, UPS is a terrible terrible delivery company.

I have been in the store for years and Pam is a lovely lady! She is more than happy to help and is always welcoming and says "if you ever need anything ... call" she is very competent. We go back time and again because I want to deal with people like Pam, she will make your day better. :-)
