What's up with them marking packages as undeliverable when they don't even bother trying. This is the second time in a row a package has been marked as undeliverable and returned when I've been home all day on the day it's "out for delivery"
I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here. I've had nothing but good luck with them. Usually deliveries take an extra day if shipped by anyone else but it's always 1 business day when coming from Ontario or closer. They always ring the doorbell and drop it off on my front step. No complaints.
Everytime they get their hands on one of my packages, they have it set to out on delivery for at least two days. Always late. Every time I see your name attached to my tracking number, I feel angry.

Best courier I've ever dealt with. Fast next day delivery and the drivers are always very pleasant.
Absolutely useless. Our package has sat in their warehouse for a week while my 5 year old cries waiting for her gift. they wont even let me go pick it up. they keep promising tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. This is unacceptable. they do not deserve to have a contract with amazon.
Spoke on the phone with them and was assured of my delivery on a particular day but it was not delivered. The representative on the phone was simply looking at the same tracking page as me and was not trying to be helpful at all. He just wanted me off the phone. Must have been playing solitaire. I was lied to and that burns. Their location is a 5 minute drive from my home so why continue holding it? Nit happy Amazon chose to use an unprofessional company. Think I'll cancel Prime over this.
Consistently loses packages. Their drivers call my cell phone instead of using the apartment buzzer like any other courier. Easily the worst company to use to ship a package. When it says it's coming via Dynamex or TForce (Same company) I know that the package is either going to be late or not show up at all. How they are still in business with these horrible practices astonishes me. I can get a package faster via Amazon using the regular shipping option since prime shipping via these clowns means my package is either late or gone.
First time dealing with this company hopefully the last. Was waiting for a parcel from amazon a baby shower gift. Got the notification it was delivered to the front door. Checked. Nothing there. Asked the people living in my building if they had seen it. Nope. So called them to find out what was going on. They said it was delivered but emailed me a pic of the door. They delivered it alright. To the wrong place! How do you screw that up? Anyway I told them that was not my door and driver sent it to the wrong address. So they escalated it to find out if the driver really went to the wrong building etc. I’m so not happy. And I have another parcel coming in Monday being delivered by these guys. Doubt I will see it

Their delivery people just drop everything in our buildings lobby instead of taking the time to take them to doors. plus they have on multiple occasions left giant packages in front of the mailboxes so I couldn’t even get my mail. if they are in the lobby the have access to all floors of the building and could take them to the individual apartments but are lazy and instead dump them all in the PUBLIC LOBBY where anyone can steal them and they’re an obstruction. on top of that our building manager told me she told them they had to take them to individual apartment doors and they just wouldn’t. horrible services, just use Canada Post.

Worst experience with this carrier. After my Amazon order came up undeliverable due to bad address, I got in touch with them to clarify. They basically have no idea what they’re doing and have asked me 5 times now what my address/apartment number is after I’ve told them repeatedly it’s a house so there won’t be an apartment number. This was supposed to deliver 4 days ago, and they still won’t tell me when I will get my order.
Did not tell me my package was delivered so I could come down and get it, left it in the lobby of my building and my package was stolen.
Not impressed with service. Ordered an item from Amazon, Was shipped Dec 4, expected delivery Dec 6. To date never arrived. Website keeps stating delivery next day by 9 pm. Amazon believes it was lost in transit. Courier website quite useless.
Left a package in apartment building's communal mailboxes in a notoriously seedy neighbourhood. Could have walked the package upstairs, could have done anything but leave it for whomever felt the urge to take other people's things. Of course it was stolen. Merry Christmas, huh?

Just had a packaged delivered. I was sitting in the living room and heard something hit the door. Opened the door to find my package and the driver taking a picture to show it was delivered. He threw it from 6 feet away (have it on camera). Didn't bother seeing if anyone was home first. When I opened the door he was on his phone and just walked away. Good thing it wasn't fragile! Terrible service.
Every time when I see Dynamex as a delivering agent of Amazon, I start to worry. This based on my own previous experience with this company. And when I read "this does not sound right" from the company, I wonder what is right? Whether you disagree with our ratings or you try to convince people that you are a decent delivering agent? Re: What is not the case, be more specific? And how about you start with updating information on your website? A package that I ordered from Amazon was sent with a tracking number, but it nowhere to be found in your system already. No need to reply to me this nonsense. New delivery: TForce had my small package (usb drive) from Amazon this morning. The whole day has passed and still they couldn't manage to deliver. Pathetic!
My parcel was left at the end of my driveway edge of the lawn. A little over 10 feet from sidewalk but 50 feet from house. Could not see it from my door but everyone walking by could. Lucky we were home and saw that Amazon said parcel delivered on tracker. Driver didnt even bother coming to the door. We had no cars in the driveway so how did they know parcel would be found. The Postal code was wrong and instead of calling or looking up the address like every other courier that dealt with it they sent it back putting us out of money. You're the worst courier service ever.
Attempted delivery Saturday November 9, to a business which would obviously be closed. Called Tuesday Nov 12, “should be delivered today.” Called Wednesday Nov 13, “should be delivered today.” Called Thursday Nov 14, “we have no idea when it will be delivered. Sorry.” Do not recommend. Follow up: it’s now Nov 19. They have no idea where the package is. No one ever calls me back. “We only keep packaged for 7 days and then return to sender.” I CALLED EVERY BUSINESS DAY SINCE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND YOU DID NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. If you get a shipment notification from Amazon with a Dynamex tracking number, cancel the order and reorder advising amazon to not use dynamex.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second experience I have had with Dynamex and I'm very disappointed. Both experiences of mine were due to ordering off Amazon and having "lost packages" as the tracking numbers given to me weren't able to be found in Dynamex's system. They had no details of my order whatsoever. I waited as the expected date was pushed by a few days, and the expected date was reached and it still never showed up. Amazon needs to remove Dynamex, if I am paying for Prime I should be put with a more reliable service. I completely understand delays... but with other services I can at least track my parcel let alone have it be found in their system.
Proof is in the reviews people.. Their interface for customers is ancient, updates on tracking are ambiguous and non-descriptive, can't contact customer support, no real-time scans or updates.. and I had these issues before any covid impacts. Major Canadian companies like Bell use this service and for no other apparent reason than to cut costs.. If you have the option, choose another, and if you get stuck with them, practice patience and leave a review
Definitely not the worst of the small delivery companies (Loomis or Pitney Bowes take that place). They’ve been reliable for the most part but my first couple experiences with them were of a package getting lost. They were one of the fastest delivery companies before covid - I would always get my package in two days if it was being shipped through them so I actually liked when I saw Amazon was using them.
Probably the worst delivery service available in my experience! I order from Amazon almost daily, whenever I find out these guys are delivering my package , I don't hold my breath. Either it never gets delivered, it is days late or it gets delivered to the wrong door. I have put complaints into TForce, but nothing has changed........guess I will complain to Amazon next.
Left the package in my apartment lobby instead of at my door, while claiming they left it in my mailbox, (a lie) and did not notify me of the delivery. When I went and contacted customer support looking for my item they sent me an extremely low quality 250 by 150 pixel photo of what may have been my package (no way of telling due to how small the photo was) dumped on a table, aka NOT my mailbox. Package was obviously stolen. Terrible service. Avoid this company.

Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Had to order one item twice - and still have not received it! It's been over 2 weeks with trying to get this one item from Amazon. Customer service reps are rude af on the phone and all they say is "be patient" - how about you be professional and deliver the items when stated? Like others have said, tracking updates are practically non-existent.

Product stated as delivered while I was home. No knock on the door and when I went to check just minutes later No package. My guess is it was delivered to the wrong address which by the reviews seems to happen alot. This is my first time with this company delivering for Amazon and the first time I've ever had an issue. I'm hoping I still somehow get my item but I'm not holding out hope. Extremely disappointed as I needed my item for my work today which now cannot be completed.
My parcel was due to arrive Monday, Nov. 30. It's now two days late and naturally I want to track it. Their tracking system is completely sub-par. There are no updates beyond indicating the package was shipped. If any courier tried to call me they didn't leave a message. I've worked in customer service for a long time and dealt with many couriers in the US and Canada and I have to say this one ranks in the bottom two. I've read through the company's replies and they are all just "form letters" which are, at best patronising and not a good indicator that customer service will be of any help.
Ordered package from Amazon, they reported: "Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package", which is what happens when you live in a gated community that the driver can't access. Problem is, I live in a house nowhere near a gated community. Usually shipping companies just leave the package in my mail slot or on the front step. Apparently this is a tactic used by drivers to not get in trouble with Amazon when their delivery is gonna be late. Pretty sleazy to just make up a lie to cover for themselves.

They will deliver your package on a Saturday even if it is a Business. You will not receive the package. When you call to ask about it they will tell you 'they put it on an air condition unit at the side of the building'. Nowhere is that information in the delivery notification. They are the worst.
There are five houses on my street and they couldn't find mine. They never even thought to ask someone or call me. They just left. Every other courier service has never had an issue finding it. Absolutely terrible courier service. Amazon and Bell should stop using them immediately.
Had two packages stolen on two separate occasions. They were just LEFT In an apartment building by the door, they never called or even knocked. When the replacement parcels arrived the person who delivered them laughed and said well atleast it was it was free, no apology or no reasoning. I pay for Amazon prime for guaranteed two day shipping.I am not paying be on hold for an hour with tforce, then Amazon, then wait an additional 3 days for a parcel that should of came in 2 days not 5. I have never had anything shipped by worse company, a company who's policy is their driver just needs to take a photo of your parcel by the door and not try and contact you in the least is straight garbage.
There really needs to be an option for zero stars. Apparently they used to be Dynamex, but there were so many bad reviews that they changed their name. Either way, they're still terrible. I had a delivery with a guaranteed date of 8 Nov. They got it that morning, but didn't bother delivering it on Friday. They tried to deliver it Saturday night... to a business... late on a Saturday evening... not smart. When I called, I was on hold for about 10 minutes before someone finally answered, and was told that they would try again on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and even asked for the business hours. Not sure what for, since they didn't even show up. Had to call again - another 7 minutes on hold. Told there was a delay - ya THINK? - and they would try to deliver it today. Try? Um... my package is in the city, and you're going to TRY to deliver it ... FIVE DAYS LATE. Avoid this "courier" at all costs.

7th Amazon delivery in the past 2 months, was worried at first reading all the reviews but no issues so far.. I wish they had a better tracking system but that would be it! Expecting a delivery tomorrow .. hope they keep it up! ????
Was expecting a parcel from Amazon that said "out for delivery " for over a week. I called 3 times with no resolve. A courier JUST delivered my parcel by FLINGING it against the house. Nice service.???? Anytime Amazon uses them, it's always a disappointment...at least I actually got my parcel...this time. I would NEVER recommend!!!
They used be called Dynamex, I'm sure they changed their name to avoid the negative reviews. staff over the phone don't follow through with anything (like calling you back), the delivery driver was lazy and a liar, not bothering to actually attempt the delivery, instead just calling my phone and if I didn't answer he didn't even bother to ring my buzzer but insist he did. Eventually he just left it outside my door after 3 days, once again without using my buzzer. If I ever order something on Amazon and they use this delivery company, I'm cancelling my order.
I find it completely unacceptable that a delivery driver would believe it is OK to use someone's lawn to turn around their vehicle on. Having a package delivered shouldn't include having to repair your damaged lawn.
If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely useless, zero accountability. We had a large package arriving from Amazon while we were out of town, so I was watching my email closely for updates. We had a neighbour and my father in law also checking the doorstep periodically. After several days I checked Amazon and the delivery was apparently made by this company, Dynamex, 3 days prior. I called them to check what happened, and the agent on the phone showed absolutely no regard for the fact that we did not receive the package. He simply emailed me the blurry picture of delivery proof, and said they never send any delivery updates or confirmation (unlike every other delivery service). I don’t doubt that the delivery was made, but what use is simply dumping a box on a busy street and snapping a blurry picture as the driver takes off?? How am I supposed to know that it is there? Obviously it was stolen by an opportunistic passer-by. Thankfully Amazon were kind and helpful in arranging a prompt replacement of all items, but how much money are these incompetent losers costing them, with all the replacements they must have to send? I made a complaint to Amazon - which I *strongly* suggest you all do - it was passed onto warehousing, and specified I didn’t want the replacement order (or future orders) “handled” by this complete joke of a courier service. So far so good on that front. Edit: having read the litany of appalling reviews that reflect my experience exactly, I have no doubt that these guys are complete scammers, taking advantage of Amazon’s generous replacement policy.
Have been awaiting a package from Amazon, ordered November 28. Was originally expected Dec 5. Have yet to hear anything - absolutely no useful information on their tracking website aside "expected Dec 2". Contacted Amazon who states the package may be lost. Contains part of a birthday gift that has since passed - can't say I'm stoked to see my next package is shipping with them. I appreciate it's a hectic time of year (even more so than usual), but any sort of communication would have been appreciated.

I order several items on Amazon, when notified that this is my courier (Dynamex) I immediately know I will not be receiving what I ordered. My packages are constantly late, damaged or "lost" in transit which is very suspicious to me as I don't have this problem with other carriers. This leaves me requesting a refund and reordering and stuck with a far later receiving time than initially hoped for. Unfortunately I am not able to select my preferred courier when making my purchases. I believe this company needs to have a closer look at its distribution centers as this happens far too frequently to be a coincidence.
I ordered an Amazon package and didn't realize it was going Dynamex/TForce. I see TForce maintained Dynamex's reputation for poor execution. I pay for Prime so expected the parcel on a day I was off, and I just KNEW I wasn't going to receive it. Yep, turns out I didn't receive it. So it was due on a Wednesday, I phoned to see if they could deliver it to my apartment when I was home next, the Saturday. Of course they could the bored person on the phone answered after I was on hold for 17 minutes. And now it's Saturday and nothing. They just updated the package tracking info 40 minutes ago to say that changes in deliver I requested could cause delays. I made the changes 4 days ago! Man, this courier seems like they don't have actual drivers but instead just step out on the sidewalk and ask random people if they happen to be going by my apartment and if so, they hand them the package. The CEO must be proud of the company they are running.
My first delivery from this company, the reviews had me concerned. However I received my package today, it was a fast delivery and the driver came right to my door in my apartment building to bring me my goods. My friend has also received packages recently and is happy with the service as well.

One package was out for delivery for over 24 hours. Another 2 packages were just left on our doorstep with no attempt at knocking or ringing the doorbell. 4 words I thought I'd never say: I'd prefer Canada Post.
If I could give this company a -5 I would. As an Amazon prime member I expect parcels in a reasonable time frame. I understand with the covid things gets delayed. I had two parcels order one for delivery on May 25th and the other June 2nd, they both got delivered on June 11th. One of them said a delivery attempt on a Sunday but didn't have access to front door. I live in a house with full access to my front door so no idea how that's possible. The other package showed in my town from June 1st so it took 10 days for them to drop it off and it took 4 phone calls to get them delivered everytime I called they said it will be by end of day tomorrow or end of the week. Worst service ever I'd take every parcel 2 days late by Canada post before I'll use these guys again! I had Amazon remove them from my couriers they use for me! I'll wait the couple extra days instead of the couple weeks.

I had a parcel that was stated to be delivered today on Amazon’s website. Well dynamex as they are called on Amazon, changed that on their website. Says it was in Dartmouth and would be delivered now by tomorrow night. Well if it is Dartmouth, I want it today. Your site says you can inquire, but when you try to submit, it won’t let you. Probably programmed that way. You are 10 minutes away! I will be reporting this matter to Amazon as well. Edit It is now a new day. Amazon's website says Arrival Scan at 7;25 AM in Middle Sackville. It is not here AT ALL. I tried to inquire again on your website, yet again, I can't. Your tracking information on your website does not match Amazon's. Yours says it is expected tonight at 9. That is totally unacceptable. It almost sounds illegal to me. I have contacted Amazon about this matter and informed them there are many more unsatisfied customers and your company has a 1.5 out of 5 star rating on Google.

I live on a very busy road and due to this I have a note on my front door saying to leave packages at the back door and to CALL ME with my phone number on the note, However, while sometimes they do read the note and place my packages on the back deck they do not call me and do not knock, as was the instance today and my package was left out in the rain (thankfully not a downpour as my package contained a book) other times they just leave the package on the front deck ignoring the note in the window and then it gets stolen. And I see a lot of the time they reply and ask for the tracking ID to look into it so mine is DXAMZ007232532 Adding an edit as not sure if I can reply to your comment, All I would like is to know when my package is there, They're not even knocking and leaving my package out in the rain, I was home, I was awake, I would of heard them if they knocked.
Important package was left on top of my mailbox on one the busiest steets in Halifax. No call or knock at the door to alert me that the delivery had been made. By the time I got a delivery notification from Amazon it was already gone. If there was an option to see the delivery service being used I would rather wait and have my package safely delivered than select TForce.
Unbelievable! I ordered an expensive microphone from Amazon. I was out of the city and it arrived days earlier than I expected. When they tried to deliver it they didn’t even bother to call me, they just left it in the lobby of my building in its brand name box! Anyone could have taken it. I am actually amazed that I was able to get it at all, thanks to a kind neighbour. Extremely unprofessional.

This company is not professional, not responsive, they email saying an attempt was made to deliver a package but you were closed. They emailed at 3:44pm saying package arrived but it never did. East Coast Scuba & Watersports is open 7days a week. This has to be the worse company.
Update: I received my package but delivery person ignored message left by call centre to call when dropping off package. (I gave them my business number to share with delivery person and I have it clearly posted on our door). My coworker found it on the floor by our door which is near a well used mall entrance.. if your delivery people don't care then maybe they shouldn't be responsible for parcels. I'll be contacting you and Amazon directly because this is absurd. --- Can I pickup my package from you in person?
got a notification from amazon saying that my door wasn't reachable so my package couldn't be delivered. I was here at the time of "attempted delivery" but received no phone call and no note was left behind. I don't understand how a business can conduct itself this way and still manage to stay open.
Dynamex never "delivers" in service for me. I love Amazon and UNFORTUNATELY they keep using Dynamex after I ask them not to. Dynamex leaves my packages in the unsecured FRONT ENTRY of my apartment building without even bothering to buzz me or call me. My buzzer code is written out on my mailbox so they don't even have to look me up. LAZY and no security of delivery!!! ***this has happened twice more.. how about training the drivers instead of commenting on reviews like you actually care**
My first package they delivered, they didn’t buzz my code or bring it to my door, they left it in the lobby and it got stolen. I called them and asked that they call me and leave it OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT DOOR. What do they do with my second package? Leave it in the lobby and my package gets stolen. As much as I love amazon, I will stop ordering from them if they keep using this company!!!! 2 packages you just discarded in the lobby of my building and now I have neither.
What a terrible delivery service. Ignored instructions on multiple occasions about business closure times and delivery instructions causing delays. Reported to Amazon, Canada Post may take a little longer but they are far more reliable and easy to work with.

They really do rate below 0. I was home waiting for them. Imagine my surprise when I got a notification on Amazon that my package was delivered. I had to review my security camera footage to see if they really came. Well, they drove in my driveway, backed out and drove away. Didn't answer my calls, didn't respond to my voicemail or my email. Amazon customer service doesn't have a script for this type of complaint, so you can imagine how that went. Most businesses would close with service this bad, but as long as they get a large client like Amazon, what do they care? They said to give them 3 days. But doesn't "delivered" mean they've done their job? Amazon said after 3 days they'll refund my money for everything shipped by "other sellers" and resend everything else Amazon stocks. Now, if they could only hold their couriers responsible for their actions or lack thereof, I'd be a lot happier.
In the past 6 Months we have had three parcels from Amazon unsuccessfully delivered via TForce/Dynamex. It has gotten to the point where it seems that boring household items will be delivered successfully, but anything electronic/entertainment related magically disappears once the parcel reaches your Dartmouth NS location. This trend is becoming somewhat suspicious, and a quick Google search will tell you that these are not isolated incidents. Twice in 2 weeks my package said delivered and both times it went missing and the same thing happened to my sister. They don’t call or text to notify you like other companies, they just leave it in the open to be stolen.
I have received a couple things from Amazon from them in the past with no issues. But this time it was awful! First couple days before I got something a day early from them. The first thing I noticed is it was like 9:30 pm ( little late at night). Figured they are trying to get everything out to not fall behind so cool. But the other thing I noticed is he was driving his own car with like a thousand packages in the back all piled in. This brings me to the point that what kind of buisness is this? They usually have little company trucks. So how professional is that? And does he even work for them? Or did someone get a buddy to help out? Now I had another order to arrive 2 days after that one and never received it. It was scanned in my area's warehouse but it's been over a week! They keep telling me they are short staffed and are behind and that they will look into it and have more info. A week later 3 calls with no news. Amazon needs to stop using these guys! I get things much faster by reg mail! This makes me want to get rid of Amazon Prime so that they don't use them anymore for my orders!
I was a little bit worried about the reviews I read when I first saw that Amazon was using dynamex for shipping, but after probably ~10 Amazon packages delivered by dynamex I’ve had no issues and love that they deliver on weekends. Time will tell I guess but every experience I’ve had has been quick and no issues. Mind you I’ve never had to deal with their customer service, but In my experience so far dynamex has been faster and more consistent than fedex or ups

Consistently open the front door to the delivery drivers taking a photo of my parcels in my mailbox - instead of knocking on the door (which they never do). They never confirm that they've reached the correct house/person and are basically baiting people to steal my stuff by leaving it on my step or bursting out of my mailbox.
You're delivering on a day your office is closed. I was just notified that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful. I was home. No knock. No call. Package wasn't left. Can't contact because your closed. Miserable way to do business.

And won't deliver the package which is now also late. Customer service is rude. And very unprofessional will be making sure to not let amazon use these as my courier again.
My package was left in the unsecure part of the building. There was no attempt to buzz me and I was home all day. I had called your company earlier that day stating what my buzzer code was (my apartment number) and that the carrier was allowed to deliver to my front door in my apartment building. It’s funny because earlier that day I did get delivery from your Company and your delivery guy was able to buzz me and bring the package to my door. Though he did properly throw them at the door as there was a loud clunk. He was just books but still. The missing package was after a failed delivery notice saying that they didn’t have access to the apartment building. There is a directory in the front lobby, with the tenants name and buzzer code. Again I was home all of that day as well, no no attempt to buzz the apartment was made. I was able to contact the seller and tell them what happened and they manage to refund me for my purchase. You need to either retrain your delivery personnel that are causing these problems, as it appears it’s a reoccurring one. Or realize if this keeps happening Amazon is probably gonna drop you like they did with UPS. Because this was not only unprofessional, it’s negligence. Obviously this delivery person didn’t care about the packages they were delivering.
I would just like to say a few kind words here. I have ordered over 50+ items from Amazon In a few months span, All of my items were delivered on time and no damage to any of my boxes or envelopes. Got a call around 8pm on a SUNDAY. Saying my package was delivered. I was not home and asked for it to be put in the lockers or by my APARTMENT door. My package was either never delivered or stolen. I spend a fairly decent amount of things from amazon and I am extremely dissatisfied with them choosing this delivery provider. If I ever see something being delivered by this company again I will cancel it. I have only ever got automated messages when trying to call. I even texted and called the number that had called me. And nothing.
I had received a notification and delivered check my mailbox not there check my doorstep not there check the tracking number and said it was delivered at 4:57 today and there was nothing. Where is my packages?
Can confirm the other reviews. Ordered an amazon package that was small and very easy to steal from my busy street. It's a good thing I was paying attention, because sure enough, they came up to the door, didn't knock, set it down and left.
Picture given to me of my package left outside my apartment door as signature, is only proof of how much of a failure it was. The package was left in the open for anyone to take it in an apartment building. No call, no text, no knock, or a door tag which would have been appropriate. I'm sorry but leaving a package outside my apartment door is like giving free stuff away to people who steal. Why do they do this? Laziness.

I've had two deliveries so far from Dynamex, TForce's delivery arm for Amazon products, and two very different experiences. First delivery the guy buzzed my apartment and came up and dropped the package at my door and knocked. Got my package and thanked him as he left. The next package however, I'm sitting in my apartment and get a notification that my package qas delivered. The delivery person didn't even bother to buzz my unit and just left the box on the floor in the lobby. If my super hadn't of noticed it, I'm sure it would have been stolen before I ever got to it. If I hadn't of been in the building then for sure it would have disappeared. No packages should just be tossed in the building door and that's it. I saw so many videos of packages getting stolen, why the hell would the courier risk their contract by hurting thier numbers with Amazon?
All Amazon prime orders that are to be delivered by this company are consistently delayed by a couple days beyond what Amazon says delivery date is. Wish they were as reliable as Intelcom.

I have been calling customer service everyday to get my pkg delivered. They keep saying the business is closed, when they try to deliver, it's a hospital! If you say it's close don't deliver at 4pm deliver in the morning. They have had my pkg for 7days now. BTW they don't deliver Amazon pkgs on the weekend. That's what I call no service.
SO BAD ! 75% of the time packages go missing 25% of the time they are late, Never on time. It's a total waste of time time to call them the last time I called the woman just laughed at me and hung up.

Stop apologizing every time you make a mistake and try to improve the staff. I am not sure how you are working (Are you really running a business ???/) The orders from amazon are either lost or delayed there is no third option.
Every time I get something delivered through this company (not by my choice) when it gets delivered there is NEVER a knock at the door it is just left on the step until it is updated by the driver, also the delivery location is always wrong says backdoor when it is the front door ect. sometimes it is multiple hours until they update it to say delivered. Really wish I never get any more deliveries through this company.
Every single Amazon package assigned to them has never been delivered to me, not even attempted (4 now). Just marked as delivered and I never see it. No clear way to contact them online and no indication of what's happened to my stuff - Returned to Amazon? Unlikely, since I never hear anything from them and just have to request a refund from their CS.
I order packages frequently from Amazon (and have done for years) and this is the only company that has delivered late or lost a package. They also always call from their personal cell phones instead of just using the buzzer in the condo lobby. Again, they are the only company used by Amazon that does this. It's extremely irritating, and it seems I'm not the only one having this experience. EDIT: I am not sharing my tracking number here. Your business should AT MINIMUM have an email address for customers to contact you when they're having problems with your service. Maybe if you did, more people would contact you directly with their complaints instead of resorting to leaving one star reviews on Google.
I didn't expect my package to arrive with today's snow storm but they were able to get it out still. Since I was home when the package arrived I was able to it directly from the delivery guy. He was super friendly and thanked me for having my driveway shoveled ahead of his delivery. No issues here today.
They left my Amazon package in my building lobby and never notified me that it was delivered. When I checked their website later that day, it said it was delivered. However, when I went down, the package was gone. So one of two things happened: either somebody stole my package OR this company claimed that it was delivered when it really was not. Since it is a secure building and most tenants are quite well-off, and after reading all the other negative reviews, I am inclined to say that it was the latter. I have requested that Amazon deliver my packages using a different courier from now on, and I recommend everybody else do the same.

Garbage service garbage company. Ordered items on 2 day guarantee on the 14th and still don't have them. The tracking says it's been delivered but I have nothing. I spoke to customer service and got the run around about a pending investigating and that somebody from that department would be calling me back. 10 days and still nothing. Seems like everyone on here has had similar issues.
Doesnt exist at this address for one. Also, unable to get anyone on the phone either. Automated message saying they are having "service issues"..... I'd say so! Expected delivery date on the tracking page on their site keeps extending day to day, so no idea if/when this package is going to arrive. Do not use this service!
Absolutely the worst couriers out there. I have had 6 lost packages in the last month. If I could give a negative rating I would. They do not even deserve the 1 rating that I have to give them. Give it up, and leave the business to somebody who knows what there doing. Money doesn't grow on trees, and I don't know many people who can afford to purchase items that they may or may not recieve. I wish amazon.ca could somehow be made aware of your terrible service.
I ordered from Amazon, it says a package was delivered to my front door, nothing has been delivered. I checked all around my house and nothing.. I'm very upset. I've emailed and have heard nothing, I've never dealt with anything like this when ordering from Amazon.
I decided to go check my mailbox for my mail and tripped over a package supposed to be delivered by Dynamex. No knock, nothing. It was an expensive item from Amazon and if I hadn't gotten to it in time, it would have been stolen. Whoever delivered it, just left it in my apartment building hallway for anyone to steal. Just to add, I live in a shady neighborhood and a shady apartment building and it's easy to tell that. And it doesn't matter. The package is supposed to be handed to the customer, not left outside your door laying on the floor or ground. This is unacceptable and it takes twice for this to happen for them to depriotize the company to for package deliveries to your address. So next time this happens and my package gets stolen, I'll be getting a full refund from Amazon. Pretty bad they would rather have to give a full refund than to just depriotize right away, after the first unprofessional thing that happens with that courier sevice. Anyways, if you have an option, don't go through the company. They suck. Just read the rest of the reviews.

Although it is to be somewhat expected, my package has not arrived by the date it said it would. It has been about an entire day after the supposed time and have no confirmation where it is. The last time I knew, it was just barely before the, out for delivery, phase on Amazon. This means that the delivery company is very slow and at fault. Again I know that packages are expected to be late, however it should have been only one day late. It is now the end of the day today which means that it will take one more whole day to get here. In the midst of the Covid pandemic, delivery wait times are to be expected. However, anything I had shipped to me via Dynamex (TForce) came in record time. The drivers are always friendly, many deliveries occur on weekends, and the last driver even stopped to pick up the flyers in the driveway. I wish I could get Amazon to ship all my packages with Dynamex.
Terrible courier service! Arranged for a package to be delivered to my office address. Courier called me on the Sunday and I confirmed it was an office and it would be closed. Courier said that he would deliver it the following day but then went ahead and obviously delivered it to a completely different address although my tracking says it was delivered at my office which is impossible! So I've paid for a gift which is not here and a replacement will not arrive now in time for Christmas! Poor customer service too when I called as there's no way to check with the courier in question. Would never use them again!
This company is terrible! I caution anybody who deals with them to expect problems with your shipments request a refund asap if you see them in your order tracking. Deliver people are very disorganized and will forget your package and you will have to wait and still not receive it.
Great service and very friendly! I had an Amazon package and they attempted 3 times because of an issue with my building intercom. Finally arrived at 7pm, last package of the day for the driver and he was nice and smiling. I hope to see them again!!

I don't know if I've ever had a package successfully delivered. They're always left on the floor in the lobby of my building, with no care to ensure they get to the proper owner. If you're in the lobby, you have access to all the floors! I really wish Amazon used a different courier.
The drivers lie about attempting to deliver package. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
If i could give a minus i would. Worst delivery ever from Amazon.ca. They need to stop using them or i am going to cancel my Prime membership. They came and left without even trying to access my apartment. There is a buzzer system in the lobby which they did not use. There was a notice posted on the door explaining that the customer had to be contacted via the buzzer and that the customer would come to the lobby. I cannot afford to just sit and wait and hope. I have never had this type of experience with another carrier. They are the worst. I cannot even tell you how frustrating it is to deal with them.

Very terrible service parcel is dropped nobody home so they took it back to the warehouse called made arrangements for them to keep it at the warehouse in so I could pick it up the next day the address on their website is not their address so there’s an hour gone looking for the place once I find it I’m told that the package is still on the drivers truck they took my name and number and said that he would deliver it to me at work to which they found me at 3 o’clock to tell me that the parcel was dropped outside my apartment door very bad do not like it

Either this is a scamming company or they are extremely incompetent. My address is a university address in Halifax, how many major universities exist in Halifax? pick one! According to their note on amazon, they couldn't find the mailroom in a university that receives thousands of mails everyday! And apparently (trying to be optimistic here) they left my parcel in the street and considered it delivered. (I never received it and there is no record in the university mailroom that shows it is delivered. It was never delivered.)
A two-day Amazon shipping turned into a 2-week shipping. Gave them a call, their only excuse was that they were overloaded with deliveries, they were supposed to call me back to give me an approx. delivery date and they never did, had to wait one more week after that call to get it delivered. They tracking system is useless as it doesn't provide any information at all.

This company deserves zero stars. I contacted them twice about a package that was "delivered" a week ago and have received the same blurry picture as "proof" that it was delivered. The problem is that they did not deliver to my apartment so I have no idea where it might be. If TForce Logistics does feel the need to respond to this review maybe say something different than your past automated response "Apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the kind of experience anyone anticipates. Please share the tracking ID for the concerned package so we can investigate what happened and get back to you with a solution" Ive shared my tracking number twice, no one seems to care. Very poor experience with this shipping company. The Driver lied to the customer service employee about leaving the delivery with the building manager. Next order I make through Amazon, I will make sure to request any other shipping company.

Wasn't home over the weekend. Called them to reschedule my package to a day after the weekend. They promised me on the phone they won't deliver it on that very weekend. They did deliver on that very weekend. I ended up asking my neighbor to grab the package from my front door, otherwise it would have been stolen 100%. 0/10 bad service never again pls go bankrupt
Every package is late, delivered to the wrong house or unable to be delivered for unknown reason. Every other company through Amazon delivers on time if not early and never delivers to the wrong address. Customer service is horrendous with no help what so ever.

Ordered something from amazon 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t even been picked up yet. Everytime I track it, it says the tracking number isn’t valid. Hopefully I’ll never get something delivered by dynamex again.
You need to instruct your drivers how to actually go into a lobbey and dial the apartment number to let the tenant know their package is available and not to lie and say they couldn't gain access to the building. We tested our buzzer system and it works just fine. It's not rocket science.
Don't answer phone calls during business hours. Package is days late. No reliant notice when it will come. Avoid at all cost
Today I asked my 5 year old son what he wanted to do when he grew up. He said he wanted to work for Dynamex/Tforce. When I asked him why he said "because when I grow up I want to steal parcels with no responsibility or repercussions." When I tried to explain to him that stealing mail was illegal, and that parcels didn't just go "missing" like that, he just smirked at me and said "Apologies for the inconvenience caused, Mom. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have."
Driver left my package in the apartment lobby with no effort made to buzz my apartment to advise of the delivery (I was home all day). Signage at the entrance clearly states not to leave packages in lobby due to theft. The package was stolen and they provided no help, just told me to contact the sender. This was their mistake and issue and they took no responsibility for it. Absolutely terrible customer service. I complained to Amazon (sender) who is now investigating the issue and thankfully reimbursed me. This is by far the worst delivery company!!
This is an edit. I had written a less than glowing review as I was just put out. The delivery fella eventually showed up and really turned the situation around. HE was very honest, understanding, apologetic and really genuine. Though the experience was lacking, the customer service from this driver made all the difference. Truly hope he goes far in this company.

Too bad I can't give them 0 star because that's what they deserve. It is the worst courier Amazon uses. I have been an Amazon primer member for at least 5 years. And every time these guys deliver my package, they return it right back to Amazon without actually delivering it. I know this because I have had two cases when Dynamex returned my package to Amazon for "unable to deliver to customer" in the last month. Everyone is working from home so there is absolutely no way they can miss us. This company is just a joke.
At first, the company claimed there was “no access” to my exterior door and indicated there would be two days’ delay in delivery. Having waited all day at my house, this was a very frustrating and confusing development. However, after I called the company and Amazon, the driver and package suddenly showed up. I live in an apartment complex in Wich all calls from the lobby are routed to my phone. No delivery attempt was made, no sticker left behind, I had to look on my amazon App to see there was a missed delivery.... Customer service is not acceptable. I wish amazon would just stick with Canada Post, ups and FedEx
Like many other reviews my Amazon package was shipped using this courier it was lost and I had to be refunded by Amazon the only tracking information provided only stated the packaged shipped. Nothing further. If I had control of who Amazon ships my orders I would not pick Dynamex that’s for sure.

Every time this carrier delivers there's always issues with my packages, a couple have been stolen because drivers have left them in public areas and not where they're supposed to be left. One time I even had a package delivered to the wrong address... like really. The missing packages would not be as big as an issue if they didn't lie where they left them saying they delivered to a "mailroom" when I don't even have a mailroom, even the pictures they occasionally leave attached show it was not delivered to a mailroom but left in a public area. Luckily, the packages that were stolen I was able to get a refund for. This company has some of the laziest delivery drivers I have ever seen and its not even close, customer support is no help ether.
I'm appalled. All my deliveries are delivered to my office (storage facility, can't miss us). It is clearly posted everywhere our business hours are 9am to 5pm. Well, Dynamex put my package on a truck at 410pm scanned it out for delivery at 540pm today. When I noticed the delivery scan, it was 7pm. I drove back there and the package is already stolen and gone!! They left it basically on the side of the street in the middle of the city when my business hours are clearly posted. I can't believe this. Why wouldn't they hold onto it and try again tomorrow? Update: I got a hold of the drivers number and called them. They kept my package after scanning it out for delivery and wasted my time and gas of having to drive down here to realize it was gone, contacting amazon already for replacements, and the driver only wanted to argue on the phone and was very rude. Needless to say, Amazon has already taken Dynamax off my delivery list for future orders. I suggest everyone do the same! DXAMZF7239279
I manage a large apartment building and even though signs are posted to not leave packages in lobby the driver ignores them and leaves them there anyway. Tenants are not being contacted and parcels are being stolen. Terrible delivery service. Would never recommend you to anyone and Amazon will be told about the poor delivery services.
