The Storage Inn luckily had a spot left and were nothing but kind in helping me get settled during what must have been a very busy few days for them. Their prices are incredibly fair and the inside of the building is kept very clean. I’m confident my things will be safe there until I can get them back again. Thanks storage inn!

Clean, secure facility. They have a better rate than some around town and are accessible, should you have any questions. The height of the unit is higher than most, making more storage possible. Plenty of dollies are on hand to make transporting your items easily.

Fully convenient and affordable storage in Halifax. I have received one month free. Strages are very spacious comparing to other. The receptionist was very helpful. They have plenty of dolly's to pull the furnitures. It is self automated, you can come any time to put/ take your staff. I definitely recommend for this.

An all-round fantastic facility. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, and you got that friendly personal service with professional reliability. So far, I really like the place. Safe, secure, & clean. Wide hallways, dolly’s included to help with unloading. I do wish a vehicle was included in the rental, but that is for larger units, which is understandable. Staff are great, and this place is very convenient. I would recommend it.

The manager on-site could not have been more responsive or accommodating. From the U.S., we had been renting a large storage unit since the beginning of the pandemic and recently returned to N.S. to handle the items being housed in the storage unit of a deceased parent. The management helped us with a myriad of requests and suggestions as we unpacked and dispersed belonging ... always very collaborative and with a positive attitude. The facility was clean and items safe, and management was always attentive to trucks coming and going. I highly recommend the Storage Inn.

This place is very clean, well-lit and well-run. I am now using it for the second time. They have a lot of different sizes of storage units, so you can get just what you need. It is very secure, and has all the things you might want: easy loading bay, 24-hour entry, lots of dollies, available dumpster, climate-controlled.

The old lady who works there is disrespectful, she was just bluffing about bank drafts. She could not even print a bank draft that I emailed her properly and told me to go to Bank and bring one, when the banks are closed !! I went to metro storage and I could sign a contract in less than 30 seconds just with my credit card.

The facility is well maintained, and is clean, well-lit, secure & safe. Honestly, I think it’s rather expensive - and if I intended to do long-term storage, I would check around to find out what other options are available.

When we were downsizing I needed a climate controlled facility for an extended period. Without a doubt Storage Inn is the best value in the city. I tried talking with other companies. If I knew the exact size locker, and exact start date, and the exact whatever else, then they could help me. Otherwise it seemed like I was just an interruption to their time on social media. Not so at Storage Inn. They have excellent staff. Plus none of the other facilities were as clean, bright and easy to access. I though being on the 2nd floor was going to be a hassle. Not so at Storage Inn. The loading dock, carts and elevator make it as slick as can be. They charge more, but it's worth it. A hidden gem.
