I hired Reasonable Movers to help with my move from Toronto - Halifax. It was during COVID-19 and already in NS, so I hired them for the move as well as the full service packing. It felt like a complicated endeavor basically doing a move remotely but the team at Reasonable Movers made it such a seamless experience. Everything arrived in great condition, they were on time as expected and were extremely responsive the entire process. As I wasn't actually in Toronto when they packed my things up, I had a friend on the ground be there to let them into my apartment - according to her they were super quick and absolutely no hassle. I would 100% recommend reasonable movers to anyone and will be hiring them again!

We hired Reasonable trucking to move our car from NS to Ontario at the last moment. They did an amazing job. Delivered it on time with not a single scratch. Joan was very professional and responsive, we felt comfortable letting them move our belongings from NS to ON. They were the most Reasonable quotes in the market. On the day of the move, they wrapped everything perfectly. We received our stuff in just 1.5 week as expected. Everything was in the same shape, nothing broken which we were pleasantly happy with. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs!!

My brother had the worst moving experience ever with reasonable trucking.Or I would say it is the worst experience ever in his life. These people at this moving company are the rudest people on earth. They never keep their word and gives false promises. They made him wait for more than a week to get his packages, then blamed him for being not ready to pay. He never said he would not pay, he just didn't trust them as they rescheduled delivery literally more than 30 times. We are surprised to see 4.5 rating for this company.However when we read the only negative review that they have, we realized the similarly. Anyway, if I go in to details, this space won't be enough to describe the difficulties he had to face to get his items delivered. So my advice to nice people out there is, stay away from Reasonable trucking

Reasonable Trucking really came through for me when I was in a tight spot. I was moving from Halifax to Toronto and my initial moving company had bailed on me and wouldn't give me a set date. It was two days before my flight. When I got in touch with Reasonable Trucking, Joan greeted me on the phone. She was understanding of my incredibly stressful situation and we calmly worked out an arrangement. I would already be in Toronto when they came, but they were able to communicate with a friend of mine to get my things. When my belongings arrived, there wasn't a scratch or knick on anything. They were organized, efficient, friendly, and everything was in my apartment within half an hour or so. I can't sing their praises enough! Thankyou Reasonable Trucking!

On the day of the move, they picked up stuff and kept in truck properly the mover person Shean he was excellent he called from Toronto to let me know that we will deliver the stuff within 1 n half hour.So my uncle received our stuff with perfect time and days i.e in just 5 days. Everything was in the same shape, nothing broken which we were pleasantly happy with. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs!!

We recently hired Reasonable Trucking, thanks to some high recommendation from friends. They were fantastic to work with. Joan was warm and welcoming when I called, and she was clear with how the business works. It reminds me of a rideshare, for your things. This is a great affordable option if you don't need your belongings immediately. We were pretty loose with our timelines, so we were fine with a week for transport. We saved SO much money, and back pain, as compared to a self move with some popular truck rental companies. Joan, Shane and Josh were very friendly, and went above & beyond to make sure our things were safe. Nothing was damaged. They were even kind enough to put our bed together when they arrived! We would happily hire them again.

This company was recommended to me and I couldn't be more pleased. They picked up my stuff without me there at the storage unit in Nova Scotia, stored the items at their facility and then it appeared at my door in Ottawa. Shane kept in touch throughout. They even carried my furniture up two flights of stairs in my townhouse. The price was reasonable for sure. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough about Reasonable Trucking Limited, and I recommend their services to anyone, who like I, is required to relocate for employment and/or study purposes. The move coordinator, Joan, was courteous and helpful at all times, as were all of the movers themselves. A few months after my initial move in May, it came as a huge surprise that I am required to relocate again in the fall for my studies, but I am confident knowing that Reasonable Trucking will be able to assist me again!

Our son is moving to NS. We were looking for a moving company that would not cost "an arm and a leg". Reasonable Trucking lived up to their name. Wonderful family owned with Nova Scotia "Care". From the start dealing with Joan it felt like we were dealing with a very caring person. We were. The pick up and move went very smoothly. Shane, Josh and Jimmy worked hard and quickly to unload the items. The items were wrapped for protection and handled with care. We have moved many times across Canada using major moving companies. While the people were nice and efficient (and costly) they do not compare to the "Care" Reasonable gave. You felt like they were part of the family and understood. Looking to make the move from Toronto to Halifax, I was recommended Reasonable Trucking by a friend. From my initial point of contact with the move coordinator, Joan, I could see why they spoke so highly of RTL. This being my first move outside the GTA, Joan was incredibly courteous and did an excellent and expedient job answering all of my questions. The crew was personable and polite, and they made quick work of loading and unloading everything into and out of the truck, even moving the trickiest furniture around tight turns without a scratch [to the furniture or walls]. Real time updates from Joan and Shane were much appreciated and certainly made a stressful time that much smoother and easier. The wonderful service and unbeatable price (without any hidden fees!) gives me no reservation in recommending RTL to anyone that is looking to move between Ontario and the Maritimes and I would gladly seek them out again for any of my future moves!

I arranged transport with Reasonable Trucking for a couple of cabinets to be picked up from a storage facility in Ontario, and delivered to our home in NS. They were great to deal with, from Joan, who coordinated pick up and delivery, to Shane and crew, who picked up my pieces in Ontario, transported them safely to my home in NS, and did so for a reasonable price. Very pleasant company to deal with, and would call on them again with no hesitation!

We were very satisfied with Reasonable Trucking Ltd. I would add two more R’s - Reliable and Responsive. Joan was very helpful from the beginning with prompt answers to our questions, and helpful suggestions. Shane let us know when the truck was on the way, and if there were any minor delays due to traffic. Furniture was wrapped in blankets for protection, and Josh, Jim, and Shane delivered every piece without any loss or damage. Highly recommend.

**Highly Recommend** I hired Reasonable Trucking Ltd and I am so SO happy with my experience. I was a little wary as I found reviews to be very mixed – some highly recommending the company and others saying things like “beware” and indicating they had a terrible experience. I researched and got quotes from at least 7-8 companies for a move from Ottawa to Fredericton. My conversation with Joan was by far the best and is ultimately what helped me choose RTL in the end, that and they provided the lowest quote estimation as well (which they stuck to in the end). Originally, I was going to go back to Ottawa to pack my things but with covid restrictions I was unable to but they were able to pack all of my things for me. I was nervous the cost was going to be high but at the end of the day it was so insanely reasonable. The final price was much lower than what I had been planning for. All of my things arrived 2 weeks from the pickup date, which was the exact time frame they had given me when I signed the contract. Shane was extremely professional and kept me up to date with everything. Very good communication from both Shane and Joan, who answered all my questions and were so accommodating. All my things were well packed and delivered in good shape. Highly recommend this company and will use again for all my future moves.

I recently moved from Halifax to Montreal and it was a great decision to hire this company for moving my furniture. They responded to emails very fast and answers all the questions you have without any issue and are able to accommodate any request you might have. During the pick-up and delivery all the movers were very polite and moved the items in a timely manner. On small thing is that they moved the time for pick-up and delivery a couple of times (with good reasons) but they were able to notify me beforehand and there wasn't any issue after that. I highly recommend this company if you are moving!

I really regret my decision to choose Reasonable Trucking Limited for moving. They are the most Unprofessional people that I had to deal with. They didn't deliver my items on time will be a understatement. Short Story - Unprofessional - Appalling Customer service, will even shout and swear at customers. - Never delivers on promised date - All they care about is money and but they don’t care about the service they provide. - They will finally blame the customer for all of their wrong doings. I have never seen such a bunch of unprofessional, rude people in my life and hopes no one else goes through what I have experienced. If any of the readers are considering RTL, my advice will be to stay away from them.
