Terrible company...the girls are dazed and confused. They tell you one thing, then u call back and they say oh no thats not true...the prices are good but the maintenance goes around once a month if that and its filthy dirty in there most of the time.

Secure buildings staff is a little hit or miss and we had to talk with customer service bit it was cleared up within 15 minutes.

We dealt with metro self storage on kenmount road and we were supposed to get 10 airmiles starting and 10 for every month after. We were supposed to get 80 in total and we have contacted their office 2 times about this matter in the past month and they never done a thing. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

Worst company to work with. Repeatedly stuck in a spiral of paying for a storage locker that I was not using. As a student i don't have an extra $75 laying around to be paying for storage that I do not need. Customer service was not helpful at all and told me i had to pay for the locker for an additional month because the locker I was using was checked in there walk through. They trap you into paying for an unused locker, I won't be going back
