Rude, ignorant, but what do you expect from a facility controlled and operated not by management but by unions. Definitely not customer friendly. I’m a regular there. I’ve tried to be generous here by giving two stars. One needs to know the history of this, it starts with check in, the lowest point of this location. Their attitude is you are there at Ceres leisure, one person in particular has a rather odd interpretation of service.. He knows who he is, despised by all regulars. Definitely requires a major attitude adjustment. I’m sure management is aware but helpless to intervene. If this facility can be avoided by all means do so.
