My daughter recently moved her belongings into storage for the summer. This facility was very easy to enter at all hours. The facility was clean. The drive-in bays were easy to get into and there was always a cart for us to move things from the truck down to the unit. Overall, it was a very stress free move at a time when we were already under stress due to the COVID-19 situation.

From the time I entered the office to actually viewing my locker, my experience with Apple and their staff has been excellent. Carla provided me with all the information I needed and explained it in detail. The building is very clean, warm, and well lit. Access very secure yet is user friendly and protected from weather. I had a fantastic experience renting student storage for 9months in 2020. Special thanks to Asst. Manager Audrey. She was very professional and cordial every time I interacted with her. This was the first time I rented storage in my life and Apple Self Storage made it very easy and simple. The only small hiccup I had was when I had to repeatedly request a formal receipt after paying for extended storage. I am definitely looking forward to renting again.

Couldn't be more convenient and friendly. We're in and out with equipment every week and its a breeze. Drive in, warm, dry garage bays to load and unload, lots of carts, super friendly staff and perfectly located for easy access in and out of the city. Couldn't be happier. I'd live there if I could...but they said no.

I've been dealing with Apple Self Storage, through my job, for 5 years. The Brunswick St. location feels very safe and ideally close to downtown Halifax. It's very helpful having access to both loading bays and a loading dock and it's a comfort to know that additional storage in various sizes are available when those needs pop up without much notice. The Apple team onsite are a pleasure to deal with, they always go above and beyond. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, approachable, always smiling, and attentive to my many inquiries and requests. And Carla, the more recent addition, has been very helpful and congenial. Keep it up guys!

The staff has been nothing but excellent when it comes to addressing any concerns I have and helping out well beyond their call of duty. As an owner of a local moving company here in Halifax I have been in many different storage buildings and Apple Storage ranks very high in my opinion. Their sale of moving products has come in handy multiple times. Always having what I need when I need it no matter how many moving boxes I required for my clients. They have clean and secure facilities and I do not hesitate to recommend Apple Storage to my friends or clients when ever they are in need of storage. Convenient 24 hour access has always been a plus. More than just an office with a staff member, they provide a receiving of parcels and deliveries service that has come in very handy more than a few times when I could not get there in person. My experience with apple self storage was great! I had originally booked online, but decided to switch to a smaller unit when I moved my belongings later that day. Both the online reservations and in-person reservations were super simple to do-I was actually shocked at how easy both the move-in and move-out processes were! I found the prices to be fair, and I knew my belongings were being stored in a safe and clean facility. Plus any time I had a question or concern, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating!

Great Staff Very friendly and knowledgeable. This site goes above and beyond to ensure that you're happy with your rental. Practices social distancing guidelines and enforces them. They follow their own policies and procedures, which makes it easier for us to understand the agreements and contracts. Everything is Black and White with no shades of grey. Therefore you know that you are treated as well and as equally as the next customer. I'd recommend storing here. I've used this facility on three different occasions and by far been treated the best at this one. Thats what keeps me coming back.

The place is clean, warm, and dry, perfect for keeping possessions exactly as you left them for as long as you need. Prices do go up over time so after 2 years we had to downsize our unit in order to afford it but it has been a real life saver. The building is large and hard to navigate but once you have the hang of it, it's fine. The staff is helpful and the 24hr access is fantastic.

I was into the office on Brunswick st to pick out some packing boxes and stuff for a move I am doing at the end of the month. I was able to get everything I needed there, boxes, tape and paper. The girls that were working helped me figure out how much of everything I would need. If you need paking supplies go there.

They helped me pick an appropriate size unit for my needs, walked me through the process (twice, since I didn't really pay attention the first time!) and were able to answer all the question I had. My unit was exactly the correct size once I had everything put inside, with no wasted room and almost no room remaining. I have been renting a storage unit at Apple Storage, Brunswick Street, Halifax for the past eight months. The facility is always clean, temperature-controlled, and accessible 24/7. The on-site and remote staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. My only suggestion for improvement is that rental periods ought to be MONTHLY - not every 28 days. The latter (and current) arrangement does not align with any other payment schedule, and can cause confusion. Having a payment date on the SAME DATE EVERY MONTH would e a huge improvement for me. UPDATE: Since posting this review, Apple contacted me and offered me a monthly billing arrangement, which better suits my situation. How's that for service! Merci, Apple.

Truly amazing service, rates were competitive, and the facility was very safe and well kept! My wife and I had an unexpected delay with our movers which caused us to arrive at the storage near closing. Despite that, we were still met with excellent customer service - to the point that rhe darker haired lady stayed a little later to show us exactly where our unit was, how to access it properly and that it was what we required. Would highly recommend Apple anyone in need of a storage space!
