Moved my family from Inglewood to Fergus on July 9'16. Our crew consisted of four men who were professional, respectful, and personable. Wrapped everything in blankets, handled cherished pieces of furniture with care; no damage whatsoever. Swan helped turn a stressful event into a fairly stress-free day. Used Swan moving multiple times when moving. They were a huge help moving my current furniture into storage including a baby grand piano, and moving everything into the new house when it was ready. Staff were always careful, on time, clean, courteous and most importantly treated my things if it was theirs. Not much more you can ask for. From quote to finished move, the team at Swan Moving really delivered! Mike and Nicole did a wonderful job of communicating with us -- loved Mike's pre-move call checkup. The team that arrived on moving day were prompt, courteous and had a great sense of humour, despite lugging some very heavy furniture pieces up and down staircases. These guys had a great working comraderie, and were quick to figure out solutions to tight corners, varying ceiling heights and fixtures protruding out of unexpected places. When it came to my baby - the baby grand piano (with some 'added technics'), the 'boys' lovingly took it apart and put it back together at the other end, without incident (possibly some strained muscles on their end)! My piano is living its new home and has been back in action as of the same afternoon. I was consulted and listened to throughout the day - a rare combination - and my moving experience was stress-free and FUN! They deserve 10 stars -- thanks to all of the team!

Swan Movers were incredibly responsive during the booking process, including giving us some tips on moving in the winter. They called 24h ahead to confirm the arrival time, locations, and tasks. I also noticed that the invoice had WEAR MASKS highlighted in the notes, which I really appreciated as a high-risk individual. All three movers coordinated well with us and with apartment staff at our destination, and both loading and unloading were shockingly quick and efficient. They unloaded 3x faster than the movers parked next to them! They were also conscientious about where to place things, though we didn't have the room to be fussy about it.

We were completely pleased with our move with Swan Moving & Storage a couple weeks ago! Dick, Rob and Jon were on time and took great care of our possessions and the walls of our previous and current addresses when moving us out and in. Half of our possessions went into storage with no questions asked... storage can be renewed on a monthly basis as needed at a very reasonable price. Incredibly happy with the level of service provided... plus, if you're lucky, they'll sing parodies of Paula Abdul for you while they move your heaviest stuff on the hottest days of the year; that is a level of calm only Swan Moving & Storage completes a job with! Stuff was moved in quickly but before they started moving in the one mover asked my gf why she was moving back in to the place she moved out of his exact words were "were you forced out " way to personal the movers were there to move furniture not ask personal questions . I visited the site where my gfs stuff was being stored before it was moved and believe me when i tell you its no uhaul storage site this site was dirty and run down looking and had tarps for doors to protect your stuff .will use uhaul storage next time .i understand while moving you can get sweaty but these movers took b o smell to a whole new level . The jist of this complaint was mostly about the mover being peronal its none of his business why she moved pls check your drivers attitude ty

We have used them for moving out of (and back into) our 3-storey walkup apartment in Kitchener. Always pleased with their service. This past move there were a few minor damages to the furniture, but that's to be expected with older items. They are really efficient - this last move they finished two hours earlier than estimated. It did mean that while the King bed was usable, there was some fine tuning of the underbed drawers to finish off the setup properly.

Swan has moved us 2 times, and 3rd time coming up, they are reliable, super friendly and so efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants it done right with zero headaches. I did recommend Swan to a friend who chose someone else, and they were not happy and wish they had used swan, as they had alot of damage and they got mud everywhere in their new home. Use Swan if you want great results as you will get them. I recommended this company to my family for their move, and they happily chose them... confident that I did my due diligence to suggest the best service possible. What a HUGE disappointment!!! I had to hear about the following: - They were quoted and then charged significantly more than the quoted amount - They had items of furniture, tools, electronics, and plants left behind at the pickup location... so they ultimately had to get help from others to move these items. - They took frequent smoke breaks, an extra long lunch break, and they didn’t show up at either location at the times specified. - When the movers were questioned about why this was happening... they simply shrugged their shoulders. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a quality and reliable moving company!

When Brandon and his team arrived they did an awesome job and they were fantastic to deal with, they could not do enough and went out of their way to help. BUYER BEWARE**** We were over charged by $300 and the job was not done. We made a deal for $1050 + 10% (if the job went over time) +HST. That should have been Approx $1300. That was a firm deal in writing. We were given a bill for nearly $1650 and they cited having to wait extra time (which we negotiated) and they didn't put the second bed together or have to move many items. I had to argue just to get the price back down to the agreed upon deal. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

This company were amazing to deal with from start to Finish!! They came and walked the house looked at what I had then gave me a quote. Of how many hours it would take. I ended up selling much of my furniture and was well organized, The cost came out much less then the quote. My point to this is the men did not slow down to drag out the cost. They worked tirelessly only to their regular breaks. And got the job done in a timely fashion. They brought closet boxes and filled them themselves I didn’t have to do a thing, also swan will wrap a d box all the pictures and mirrors. As each room got done John walked each room with me to make sure we got everything!. A big shout out to the staff at swan from start to finish you took care of all my needs.
