I wish I could remember the names of the 2 guys who filled our 20” storage container in Elmira back on September 19. We had 3 movers from Toronto empty it last Friday. Not a single thing was damaged and that container was jammed full to the brim. The movers commented on how professionally it had been filled and were very impressed, so good on you guys! Thanks so much for doing such a great job! You worked hard that day. Much appreciated! ????????????

We used super movers for a full service move from Cambridge, ON to Ottawa, ON on July 13th and they were to deliver on July 15th. We had received a quote through email and explicitly asked them if there would be any additional charges ontop of what was quoted and Mike responded by saying no, the quote was all we would be required to pay. They arrived an hour late on the 13th..Irrespective, loading went very smoothly, they were very friendly and respectful and even though we were a little disorganized, they remained professional (aside from Stefano playing loud music as he worked - we didn't mind though, they were getting the job done) and took good care of our items. On the 15th, they showed up within the time frame they had said they would show up. However they required full payment before unloading. The payment was $600 more than what was quoted stating the additional charge is because they brought in an extra guy for the loading, we were disorganized and the trip took longer than what was quoted. When we referenced the email with what was initially agreed on and some back and forth, Mike agreed to 'knock $200' off the price. All through the move on the 15th, one of the movers (Stefano) was constantly complaining and cursing. Some of our stuff was going into a locker, and he was getting worked up because the elevator at the storage facility was taking long. Even though we got the 'full service', they said if they assembled the furniture it would take longer and would further increase the bill. We got very different service on the 15th compared to what we got on the 13th (maybe because they had our luggage and more negotiating power?). I would definitely reconsider using these guys for a move. On the 15th, my stuff was not treated well and it reached a point where they started to kick items which was very dissappointing.

Super Movers was a huge help in getting us moved into our Guelph home. These guys went above and beyond to ensure items were removed and put in the right place and were very patient with us as we were preoccupied with other tasks that go along with moving day. These guys most definitely took away most of the moving day stress. Would definitely recommend.

Stay away! We used these movers for our clients. They did not properly plan for the move, quoted clients 3000 and wanted to charge them 5000. When clients refused to pay, they held their belongings hostage. Police had to be called. The didn't do the job properly and wanted more money then they quoted and left our clients belongings on the road.

The staff were friendly, fast and efficient. The move was all and all excellent except for a broken TV which I was told they are not liable for. The damage to the tv is quite evidently caused by pressure or impact but because it's not "physically" damaged I am now without a television until I replace. 5 star service except for no piece of mind when it comes to the well being of your electronics.

DO NOT USE: They did not show up for my April 30th move-end of lease move. Despite pre-booking and email confirmation, on day of move Mike wouldn't answer the phone. Went to the "business address" which is his dad's house. I guess dad helped to make contact as Mike finally answered the phone. However, he strung me along for hours saying he was coming, but never did. Totally unprofessional and never even tried to make alternative arrangements. If you need to move on particular day, you will be left hanging!! I did not want to give any stars but had to give 1 just to post.

We booked with this moving company in advance with the promise they could move our apartment in four hours but that Never happened!!The workers took lots of breaks in between and wasted the time as much as they could!! They gave us an estimate but they charged us way more than that .. so never trust with what they give u as an estimated Or quote! They didn’t take off anything from the van before they got their money and they promised they will take everything to upstairs but then guess what? They left most of our heavy boxes in the garage and said they have to leave And basically they tricked us they charged us extra only because they needed more time to bring everything to upstairs but that never happened left us without finishing the job!! They scratch our new paint walls and we found lots of scratches on our furniture.. We called the company left a voicemail with the complain and they Never returned our call!! Definitely waste of money super unprofessional!!

Kudos! Smooth moving, impressive team work! I opted for their innovative service of Labour only, booked/paid online then received email confirmation. That was easy! For it, I rented a moving truck at U-Haul (on Speedvale Ave W), another great service in Guelph! Before the movers’ arrival, we had prepared all the items: taped glass shelves, and dresser’s drawers etc. Mike, the manager was in charge of the truck organizing items efficiently, Bill and Eric amazingly moved heavy furniture so quickly. These guys do “Love to Lift”! In 2 hours all the move was done! No wonder Super Movers was voted the 2020 Top Choice ???? Moving Company in Guelph. Highly recommended!

Don't waste your time! Save yourself the stress. They never showed up as promised. They are completely unreliable. A confirmation email was sent, plus a few conversations on the phone, the last one being on the morning of the move. Excuses won't make your rating go up.

Worst ever movers to deal with .. Sort of scammers .. First they will tell you price for an hour with no tax on it and ask you to pay the cash with no reciept.. After loading all the stuff and reaching to the drop off location they will ask you to pay the cash amount before unloading the stuff and will start blackmailing you and will ask you three times more on quoted price and when you will argue with them they will not unload the truck and will try to move from the location without unloading your stuff ... Also they will ask you to help them to unload the stuff .. Be aware of this company.

Had our move done this morning, excellent work guys! Preston and Ryan were our movers and they worked very hard to get everything done in a timely fashion. They did not damage anything, they delivered all my furniture upstairs and downstairs as directed, they were pleasant and professional. It rained and they just took it in stride, put down runners in the house to protect our floors and for their safety. Excellent value for excellent work, thanks again guys!!

Super Movers........where the only thing super is the name! The movers were punctual but after a few hours got tired. Thank goodness my 2 stepsons were there to help or we'd still be moving. They didn't pack the truck properly and therefore ran out of room and left items behind. Thank goodness our property didn't close the same day. When Super Movers finally arrived at our new residence (3 hours late) they demanded a credit card before moving our belongings to our new home. I rushed home from work and was to meet the owner at our new home. We certainly were not willing to pay for 9 hours of work when my stepsons did half the work. Interestingly enough everyone had quit Super Movers except the 3 fellows that did our move and they hadn't been paid in 2 weeks! Not recommended!

I booked an appointment with them to be here at 9:00 am. The day before the move I called to confirm that they would be here at 9:00 am the next day. They told me that I wasn't booked in their system but that they could still move us at 1:00 pm instead of 9:00 am. It is 6:10 pm and they have not shown up. We called a few times to see what the status was and they said they were held up with the morning move and ensured us that they would be here. When I call now I get a recording, probably because everyone has gone home. The guys arrived at 7:30 pm. and are moving things now. They are still professional at the end of the day.

I booked Super Movers for moving from Guelph to Toronto last week. They are really helpful and efficient. It literally took them only 20 minutes to load everything from my one-bedroom apartment into their truck. The move was smooth, nothing was damaged and they finished their return trip to Guelph, an hour and a half before the estimated time. Few things to note: They won't charge you for travel time from their office to your house if you are moving from Guelph. When you pay them ask them to show you the receipt before finalizing it. They do it on a app in their phone and I was charged for the HST twice. Although when I checked my receipt and pointed it out to them, they reimbursed me for it. So customer service was actually good. If you are on a budget and looking for a reliable mover, I would recommend Super Movers.

Mike's movers carelessly left deep, long (over 3ft in length) scratch marks on my floor as they brought my furniture inside with their moving cart. Mike "assured" that he would look into it and get in touch with me. THIS ALL HAPPENED NEARLY 10 MONTHS AGO. IN JANUARY. As you can see in the emails below, Mike has been dodging phone calls and emails (for nearly a year) about what's happening with the deep scratches on my floor that his employees caused. I feel like a teacher trying to get a lazy student to actually hand in an overdue assignment. Well, Mike?

We moved from Guelph to a small town and Mike and his team handled the move with professional efficiency and were personable and pleasant and had me laughing and enjoying what was expected to be a stressful time. They literally took the weight off and made moving enjoyable in spite of an unexpected complication. The bank made an error and didn't produce our money when they were supposed to, so we had to move out but couldn't move into the new place for a few days til the details were sorted. Super Movers easily handled the double move and provided a place to store our stuff meanwhile. Things could not have been handled better. They treated us and our stuff with care and courtesy. They worked very hard hour after hour, sun and sweat not slowing them down. The strength and muscle power on these men is truly impressive. Paid for service, and received a confirmation email, but on the day of our move, they did not show up and when trying to call to inquire, no answer and voice-mail full. This company deserves zero stars. It's rather unfortunate to see the poor service and professionalism, especially in these days where people may be struggling with money, stress and time. They were quite late but fair play to them, they got my truck packed in record speed. My entire apartment in less than an hour! Plus, they gave me a deal since they were late. Kind guys, they did a great job. Edit: Despite the fact that I gave them a good review, they tried to imply I expected too much? They showed up 3.5 hours after I'd booked them, I was not provided a window, and every time I tried to get an update, I got incorrect information. If you're relying on them for a timely arrival, go elsewhere.

These guys really are Super, they came to our rescue when the cheaper company we had originally hired Guelph Movers didnt show up. We were panicked as we had to be out of the old place by 5PM and the Guelph Movers were supposed to be there in the morning then we were told about a "communication error" that delayed our move till 1PM but after an hour of waiting and no communication from Guelph Movers we were rescued by the Super Movers. wow these guys are great. They moved me from Guelph to Montreal, and turned it into a stress-free experience. We agreed to move our office for $300 They say 2-4 hours and I told them can you move the office for $300 so I can take $300 from the company I don’t have time to go there and they say ok I took $300 and I give them the key they load the office stuff and they called me and they say some one has to come with $400 dollar and I said I took $300 from the company That is what we agreed for once you don’t give me a call and get your money from where you took the key they give me hard time and still they have the stuff in their truck they refused to offload

I had a mixed experience with these guys (mostly good). The movers arrived right on time, worked hard and did a great job moving me in to my new house. I was actually ready to give a good tip to the movers upon completion because I was happy with the work. The issue I have is that they mislead me with the price of moving. When I called to get an estimate, I was told that there was a $120 per hour flat rate with no hidden charges. I confirmed the pick-up address and drop-off address. I said I was only moving a portion of my house and it would likely take 2 hours. The guy on the phone said it sounded accurate. I specifically went with this company because they didn't have a 3 hour minimum (I wanted to avoid this because it wasn't more than 2 hours of work). Never once was it stated that there would be a fee for travel time to the pick-up location. If you don't have local movers and have to travel to a site/charge for the travel time, then that needs to be communicated to a customer. When you say you service KW, you should not be adding travel time from Guelph. This would have been a 5 star review if I was not mislead about travel times being added to the price. I was expecting to pay $240 plus tax and tip for a 2 hour move. Instead I paid $400, including tax and no tip for a "3 hour" move. I don't know if this was a miscommunication or if I was intentionally mislead. This caused enough frustration to leave this review. Please just be open and honest with your customers. I hate feeling like I got swindled.

Worst movers I ever thought of. They are scammers. I would never recommend any one for this company . WATCH OUT. They are careless and Leave your stuffs unfinished. They charge you for three hours but literally go away before even two hours is finished.
