Well I made a deal with the lady when I set up for movers and they charge way to much they start from when they leave the lot to the resident to the new place and the guys just stand around not to happy never again using them ever again

I have used this moving company for both moving and for storage of my belongings on more than 5 occasions and it's pretty good but this last time I don't know it was like a different group showed up I was getting ready to tip them twice what I did last time but I just couldn't justify it this time they were rude and late and slamming my things down some of my furniture is damaged now the lady in the office is new so let's put the blame where it belongs and she decided that I didn't need to be notified they were going to be late until 45 minutes after they were supposed to be at my place and you'd think she'd have known that half an hour before they were supposed to be at my house since they hadn't even been back to pick up my stuff yet and when I asked why I was not notified I just met with more attitude and garbage so I feel like a big jerk this is supposed to be an exciting day for me and now I'm sitting here in tears thanks guys

The best! Not only were you friendly and accommodating but your amazing movers packed our trailer with speed and skill. Going across the country on less than perfect roads and having our things stay in place and in good condition was by far the best money spent! Thank you for everything!

If I could honestly give this company a 0 stars I would. I had my movers booked for Saturday at 1, which has been confirmed. They decide on Friday to email me and change my time. I’m in the middle of moving, you don’t e-mail someone to change a booking the day before. Due to the fact that they did not hear from me, they “disbanded” their crew, and I am left high and dry. By the sounds of it, I am not the first one they have screwed over, and probably not the last. Also, there is no use in talking to reception, the lady is a cow. Hope this review helps, and you choose someone more reliable to move your stuff.

I have no idea where the bad rating comes from. I watched these guys myself fold up all their equipment and sweeping the truck after being done. They asked if it was necessary to use their long carpets to avoid mud.. they are super polite and respectful. You people complain about the price. These guys get paid 20 an hour at least. They use their own truck and carry everything with their backs for you. It's not gonna cheap. They warn you that if your stuff is loose it might break while trying to move it. If you can't pay for your storage of course they're gonna keep your stuff until you do. All you people complain abut stuff that has nothing to do with the company. I had nothing but great experience with them.

Would give a 0 star if I could. They Quoted us a job to move a Piano for $600 bill came to $900!! I thought I miss heard him. What they don't tell you is they charge to and from the shop 1 hour on top of the $600 just to start. Also they came under prepared , no tools to take apart properly I had to supply them and also call piano techs on how to dismantle. Therefore they claim they can move pianos but clearly not and just charge you for more time for their ignorance. They said they will not fix the piano if broken so I would not trust them to move anything else from your home if your expecting any type of insurance claims. Oh and also we gave them cash and claimed we under paid them when they counted it later. We double counted at home as we gave it to them. Take this all into account if you choose to use them.

Used the storage unit for a year , the people that worked there were nice but way over priced for what you get, as well as lots of our stuff was infested with mice and chewed through. Would not recommend.

Really excellent help moving. Took the guys about 1.25 hours to move all of our household belongings and a few things out of the garage. Worked fast in 35+ heat. Would highly recommend.

Good secure RV storage. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Top notch security. $50/mnth isn't unreasonable to have piece of mind and a mouse free RV.

Most disrespectful and unprofessional. When canceled due to a family emergency got yelled at on the phone about where do people Get off cancelling a job. I have never seen such arrogance and unprofessionalism from a company that is involved in the public sector. Will NEVER use.

well they are a great company but they do not pay there guys and not paying there guys overtime is illegal no matter what they say ???? and they complain about not having work because the owner does not know how to talk to people

We had Tristen & Nigel help us move and they were absolutely fantastic. They were very efficient, kind, and worked very hard with all of the snow odds stacked against them. I had my doubts that morning when we saw all the snow knowing we would be going through lots of county roads, but they powered through and did an amazing job. As well the woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. You definitely get your moneys worth with this company.

Pretty much the wrost experience of my life. They over charge way 2 much for what the unit is, also they keep the key to the unit and close at 1 on saturdays and closed on sundays and closed if you work till 6 good luck getting your stuff. There were mice in the unit and mice poop all over and they never discount or pay for my stuff 2 get cleaned. The ladie at the front acts all nice like a old lady should but thats how they suck you in, she is super rude and mean once they have your money and treat you like garbage. I was in a accident and left a message that i got hurt and didnt want the storage any more cause i couldnt afford it but couldnt get down 2 pay due to the accident i was in and they held on to my stuff like they were holding a ransom. Of course i wanted 2 get my stuff out cause i couldnt afford it and would square up the next disability check i get but they would not give me my stuff until i paid the full amount which they are still charging me for my stuff being in there and is why i wanted it out as well charging late fees on top. So hear i am in the hospital and my girlfriend had 2 go pay for me 2 get my stuff. I could write so so much more but if you want to experiece the hell i went through with r wald and sons then they are the right fit for you. Bottom line dont be fooled by the old hag at the front desk and be sucked in like i was, any storage unit is better then r wald and sons. They are a scam and a rip off and very hard 2 deal with, all they care about is your money and not you or your stuff.
