I don't normally write reviews but I HAD to for this one! My Fiance and I moved with this company from Kelowna all the way to Grande Prairie last month and they were INCREDIBLE from start to finish! I've never used a moving company before so I was a little nervous but Sheldon and his team almost immediately calmed my fears with their professional demeanor. It was VERY clear to me from the get go that they took pride in doing the absolute best job possible. Treating all our fragile items with extra care when wrapping and moving them, and also taking extra care to make sure everything was loaded correctly for the long trip. Did I mention we needed storage between when our stuff left Kelowna and when we got possession of our new place in GP? WELL, they took care of that too! And when we got possession early and could only give a few days notice, they did their best to get us our stuff earlier than expected - EVEN in the middle of a snow storm! What more can I say? We had an incredible experience from start to finish with this company and I will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends in the future!

Called and booked these movers to move my stuff in as it was coming from five hours away and it was on a time schedule. Called and double confirmed that everything was setup. Day of move they don't show up. Called an hour later to say that they are running late. Okay. Approximately four hours after they were to be here they called. By that time the 26 foot trailer was almost all unloaded by my 76 year old mom, myself who has bad back and knee surgery. And my cousin who has MS and bad back. Never would call this company for anything. Never been more disappointed with anything here in Grande Prairie till this. Not a nice introduction to the city. I do not reccomend them at all unless you have lots of time on your hands. The trailer turned back for a another five hour trip home. Which made them get back around 1.00 am in the morning. Not cool.

Very unimpressed with this company Started off well they were fast but when they loaded my TV in the back of the truck they mishandled it got to my place and went to use my 55 inch smart TV and it was cracked very badly and now my TV was wrecked Phoned the owner and wanted to see how he would help and he did nothing just accused me of trying to scam him ...he was very rude and no help not even a apology

I hired them to move my small two bedroom to a house. They were late, as issues with a trailer. Then they have no equipment and had to hand move everything, that too way longer then it needed too. After was all loaded, the truck broke down and it took 2hrs to get to new place.. where I have people set up to help unpack, but because they took so long and they all had to leave to do own things!! I was left with a lather bill and no help. I called owner about 10 times to discuss the situation and he would never phone me back for any type of compensation or credit. The guys moving were working as hard as they could, but if you own a business, ensuring all trucks are running smoothly and equipped with the correct equipment not to mention customer service would be my top priority.

I moved from GP to Kamloops and Sheldon and his crew were amazing. Sheldon came and assessed the amount of things I had, factored in my budget (without hidden fees like other major companies), the dates I needed to move, and was able to organize everything without concern. He was honest about any concerns I had, had great communication during pick up and drop off, and they made moving my stuff look easy (with a treadmill, couch x2, and bed to name a few, I can say these things are not easy to move) without a scratch on either location or any of my things. I would recommend Here 2 There for anyone moving in/out of GP.
