The trip out to Grande Prairie was great. Only 6 of us on the bus, so distancing was easy. The way back wasn't as good as it was a smaller bus with about 9 people.

Resolved. Glad to be working with a company that listens and has patience EDIT: they contacted me and still not resolved. Usually is good, but they triple charged me for a package. They reimbursed me for one but has not for the other extra payment they withdrew while attempting to reimburse. Not getting direct answers. Will be looking for a new shipping company

The office was small but the employees were friendlier and polite. Our driver was very good and took real care of his passengers when he noticed the bus was not shifting in the transmission when we first started out. Like me he knew the bus may not make the trip. Circled back to the bus station to inquire about another bus and another employee. On our way to pick up the spare bus the transmission was heard failing real fast to keep the bus moving. We exchanged buses was an hr late getting on the road but the main thing we made it to our destination all safe.

No-frills but decent service from GP to Edmonton. Bus was clean, decent legroom and USB charging. No overhead lights and no washroom. Quick stops.

On a 13 seat bus with someone basically in my lap.. 8 ppl including driver seems like theres ZERO social distance happening.. and could use a cleaning. You’re better off trying to carpool .. at least you know the ppl next to you!!! BS

People with back pain or injury should avoid travel on this bus. It’s too bumpy on the road and you’ll definitely get neck pain, back pain etc etc. Also, it’s a mini bus and there is very less leg space. It’s not made for tall people, so be careful. I would rather pay for a plane ticket to Edmonton than travelling on this bus.

Life is short so take risks once in a while. I would start by traveling with 11 total strangers and some random parcels down an Alberta highway in the winter time. The adrenaline rush alone is worth the price of admission, and getting to your destination safely is just an added bonus. Knock another one off the bucket list, thanks Cold Shot.

Smaller bus but comfortable and bus driver is friendly and a good driver. Charge port and wifi are are nice to have. And they follow covid rules so you get space between you. Stops almost every hour and once at a gas station with aew,while making it early! :) People complain but I am just happy there is even a bus service to begin with, nothing wrong with it in my opinion. I’d happily ride again and recommend it!

3 trips so far, 2 trips Grande Prairie - Edmonton and Edmonton to Grande Prairie. Good driver in winter weather, driver good with all people (positive attitude) . Good prices for a decent small bus ride, includes Wi-Fi (most areas) and USB charging on all seats.

The driver was the best. Can't say enuff about how nice it was being ill and noticing him trying to slow up a bit for the MANY big bumps on the long road home. And always let me finish my smoke too. Great guy!

It was a very bumpy painful ride not worth the 70 dollars it cost me each way wifi was scetchy at best shouldnt be chrging so much for a trip in a vehicle that has porr suspensions

PAPOOSE 'TRIPPERS' TRIP

Nightmare trip. In a -25 feels like -31 weather paid a trip to be more safer heading to edmonton. Their bus dont have heater. Driver knows the problem why they let it roll the road. Inform us that as soon as the coach starts running it will get warmer. Heat is in front of the driver cant even feel on the first row seat. First stop in valley view complain with him but he just ignore us. Very Poor service. Never i will used COLD SHOT... NO WAY.
