Service is usually good.. Altough our last visit got a bit complicated.. We ordered a smoothie and got our food but never got the smoothie even 30min later.. We asked them to cancel it cause we were almost done eating.. We were 9 and at least 5 of us were dying of thirst cause the server never came back with water.. They forgot to put the onions in my veggie burger and it was the 2nd time this happens.. Speaking of the burger there was uncooked rice in it I stopped eating it cause I was scared Id break a tooth.. Its usually better than that but I wasnt impressed the last time I visited that restaurant..

First the children received their plate a good 5-10 minutes before ours, which is unacceptable in my opinion because after having finished eating they wanted to get up when we had not even received our meals yet. Then the waitress forgot to order our entrees (without any apologies from her) so that we received one after the children's meals and almost at the same time as the main dishes and the second arrived AFTER the main meal, without even being asked if I still wanted it, to which I would surely have replied that it was too late !! Finally the service was terribly long for the time it was and the attendance was low, especially if I compare to other similar channels. Very disappointed, not to mention that the price was very high. Ensuite la serveuse a oublié de commander nos entrées (sans aucune excuses de sa part) ce qui fait que nous en avons reçu une après les repas des enfants et pratiquement en même temps que les plats principaux et la 2ème est arrivée APRÈS le repas principal, sans même qu'on me demande si je désirais toujours l'avoir, ce à quoi j'aurais sûrement répondu qu'il était trop tard!! Enfin le service à été terriblement long pour l'heure qu'il était et l'affluence qui était basse, surtout si je compare à d'autres chaînes semblables. Très déçue, sans compter que le prix était très élevé.

Great service, gluten free options are limited but if you do specify it they will be able to help you. They do use the same toaster so you might need those bread bags that goes in the toaster in order to eliminate the cross contamination for your GF bread.. I am celiac, my mother is vegetarian because she has an intolerance to meat protein and my sister has Crohn's disease and we all had something to eat without any reactions !????????‍♀️ I only had a fruit bol with a smoothie, they cleaned everything before and made sure that there was any cross contamination !
