Notre déménagement a prit 1 heure en tout et a couté nettement + cher que notre dernier déménagement, qui a prit 2 heure et demi .....

Surprise at the end when they charged us 3 hours for a move that lasted barely 2 hours. They also tore an electrical wire from my building with their truck. We hired 3 people for the move and the 3rd person set up a laundry rack and a lamp in 2 hours ... in other words, we received a service from 2 movers and not 3, and we refused to accommodate us for all these very unseemly situations. We do not recommend this company to anyone. (Original) Très déçue du service. Nous avions demandé au téléphone s’il y avait un minimum d’heure et on nous avait répondu que non. Surprise à la fin quand ils nous ont chargé 3 heures pour un déménagement qui a duré à peine 2 heures. Ils ont également arraché un fil électrique de mon immeuble avec leur camion. Nous avions engagé 3 personnes pour le déménagement et la 3ème personne a monté un rack à linge et une lampe en 2 heures... autrement dit, nous avons reçu un service de 2 déménageurs et non 3, et on a refusé de nous accommoder pour toutes ces situations très inconvenantes. Nous ne recommandons à personne cette compagnie.

I have asked him more than once whether his truck was big enough to hold all of my furniture. Most of the other companies told me they were considering 2 campions and 4 men. JCBM suggested that I take my swing apart and assure me that everything would fit in their truck. Unfortunately for me, that was not the case. The morning of the move, the manager of the company informed me that he would not be able to bring everything in my furniture without any reaction and in addition by not offering me any solution. The new occupants of the place I was leaving arrived at dinner time the same day. I had to find another movers that same day of June 20 (very difficult if not impossible) imagined .... and I had to assume the costs which made it possible to exceed the most expensive of the movers with whom I 'had discussed during my research. It was extremely stressful and I had heart palpitations. (Original) Déménagement JCBM est venu à mon domicile et m'a fait un estimé qui se comparait aux autres entreprises de déménagement sans que ces derniers se déplacent à mon domicile en raison du COVID-19. Je lui ai poser la question à plus d'une reprise à savoir si son camion était suffisamment grand pour contenir l'ensemble de mes meubles. La plupart des autres entreprises m'ont dit qu'elles envisageaient 2 campions et 4 hommes. JCBM m'a suggéré de démonter ma balançoire et m'a assurer que tout entrerait dans son camion. Malheureusement pour moi, cela n'a pas été le cas. Le matin du déménagement, le responsable de l'entreprise m'a informé qu'il ne serait pas en mesure de tout amener mon ameublement et ce, sans aucune réaction et en plus en ne me proposant aucune solution. Les nouveaux occupants de l'endroit que je quittais arrivaient à l'heure du dîner, la même journée. J'ai dû trouver un autre déménageurs ce même jour du 20 juin (très difficile voir impossible) imaginé.... et j'ai dû en assumer les coûts ce qui a fait en sorte de dépasser le plus couteux des déménageurs avec lesquels j'avais discuté lors de ma recherche. Ce fût extrêmement stressant et j'en ai fait des palpitations cardiaques.

They did not want to transport my tall plants or my floor lamps, saying that they were not insured and that there was a lot of movement in the truck. A bit strange though. And yes ... watch out for billing, they tend to count the hours up. Correct without more. I have known better but there are certainly worse. (Original) Très moyen comme service. Les gars peu sympathiques à l'exception de un. Le travail est bien fait et rapide, mais au minimum. Pas beaucoup de respect pour les items qu'ils ne transportent pas en camion en les jetant par terre, en renversant des boîtes encore ouvertes, mais font attention aux meubles transportés. Ils n'ont pas voulu transporter mes plantes hautes ni mes lampes sur pied en disant qu'elles n'étaient pas assurées et que ça bougeait beaucoup dans le camion. Un peu étrange quand-même. Et oui... attention à la facturation, ils ont tendance à comptabiliser les heures à la hausse. Correct sans plus. J'ai connu mieux mais il y a certainement pire.
