I didn¿t like anything about the room. It was dirty and musty. I walked into a dirty room Pee all over toilet Dirt and rust in tub Not very many towels Floors not vaccummed. Spoke to management Who did very little to make it right

They gave me a two double beds room even though I reserved a two queen size room online. The front lady isn't very friendly. But the check out was fast.

Great value and good location. Pool is open but you gotta put your name on a waitlist as its limited numbers in the pool area. Breakfast is included but it's small and bagged. Theres an asian breakfast place nearby that's fantastic though

Called to see if they were taking any reservations for the swimming pool. Lady at the front desk was very rude and said "were way to busy for that" in a snotty tone and hung up in my ear.

I go to the gym here, like it a lot. Newer treadmills don't seem to work though.

We stayed at the Travelodge in Sydney NS for March break with my children and had a wonderful time! The kids loved the pool and game room and I enjoyed the spa facilities!! Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was amazing! So friendly and willing to help with anything! Oh and the breakfast was delicious too!!! We will definitely be returning guests! Thanks Travelodge for a great experience!!

Based on my experiences I would not recommend booking with Travelodge Sydney unless no other options are available. They allow all night parties and have noisy AC units. I was told the AC unit would be repaired before we returned in the evening or we would be given another room. That was not the case and we got about 2% sleep. Brought up the issues with front desk and manager but have yet to hear back from them regarding refunds etc. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Host was completely unprofessional

The room that I was checked into was an unclean room! After a tiring drive that was not what I expected! I was moved into a wheelchair accessible room since that was the only room available after this! I had no choice ! I was a little skeptical about the cleanliness of this room too.I was told I would get a discount. But I was quoted $152 for the first room. But when I checked out I still had to pay $147 which is not fair!The staff in the morning was not really accommodating. I asked her about the unclean room and she said the housekeeping would have missed it.She talked as if it was not a big deal which was not really pleasing to hear! The wifi was down that night too. So what exactly are we paying this huge amount just like other hotels for? Jessica and the night staff were super sweet and very friendly! They are keepers for sure ! Breakfast bag was given the night before which was really nice !

Clean room. Close to all amenities ...descent price. Free parking. What more Could you want? Its a lodge. Not the "we'll kiss your butt to keep your sorry hide at our place"! Perfect

Great staff, had a very good time

Friendly, accomadating staff. Clean up to date rooms. We loved it and can't wait to come back. I had my dog and the staff adored her. I highly recommend this place! I Had a bad experience at the CABOT TRAIL MOTEL in BADDECK and thats how we ended up at the Travelodge, I'm glad things worked out the way they did. The staff at Travelodge helped me turn a negative situation into a good one!

Rooms were ok. We had to change the room thrice because of issues in the washrooms. Room service was good but front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I won’t recommend for a comfortable stay.

Clean, new, 5 star level service, there is a swimming pool inside. Amenities are so thoughtful. Once we saw it, everyone cheers, jumping, happy, cheapest and best quality, you can't believe it! I will recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Budget friendly and very clean. I will be back.

Location is nice, situated along a main road on one side and a harbour view on the other. Hotel claims to be newly renovated but this seems to only extend to new floors, fixtures in the bathroom are rustyand walls in the room are dirty and stained, as we're the bed sheets. Staff are friendly but not overly attentive.
