Extremely Poor. His utmost try is to raise unnecessary concerns if you are delivering a package that has already a return label. He wants is to buy a box/material to wrap your item that have been already properly packed. Poor service.

i have been trying to receive my package for a week. not to mention the shipping fee was more than $50 which is ridiculous. they showed up to my house and i said i didn’t have the money right away. i went the next day but it was closed. why is the hours so random?? i’ve been trying to get my package everyday since the 21st. it’s the 28th, and i called early this morning to have my package delivered to my house. they said they would call and they didn’t and never showed up. i’m completely frustrated with this company.

Hello our dear customers, I hope you would see this comment when you try to figure out our present location which is 417 Keltic Drive, Sydney River, NS B1L 1B8. Our group did report over hundreds of times to update the address on the google map, but it is still showing the old place. We do not want to bring any inconvenience like this to everyone..
