I worked with Nicole at the GFW location. It was my first time dealing with Easy Home Financial. I was extremely nervous about applying for some financial assistance as I have never done this before. Nicole was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt more than comfortable with her and she made the application process simple and effective. What stood out for me about Nicole was her personality. She was friendly and had such a positive energy. She was also able to speak to me as a human and not just a customer. Since my appointment she has been maintaining contact with me about possible future loans, and to be sure I am satisfied with my service. I have a loan with you people....and I was contacted last week on Monday October 17th letting me know I was being offered an increase....so I went in on October 19th and applied for an increase. Something went wrong with the computer system while I was in there....and there was an error when they were processing my loan....so my loan had to be escalated....I have been waiting for a week now...and there is no status on my loan....called today to be told they will escalate it again. I was also told on October 19th after I called them back to see if they had the error fixed....I was informed it could take 24-48 business hours....Never heard of that before...it's usually 1-3 business days...and it's been well over that....the only reason I applied for an increase is it would help with getting my grandchildren home from newfoundland...don't know how much longer this needs to take....not a happy customer at all.

Very helpful/friendly staff! Sherry is an absolute gem! Always able to help me when I'm stuck in a jam. One time I was admitted to the hospital (crohn's disease) was unable to work or make payments and she removed my penalties for not making payments and waited till I was back to full health before restarting payments.

Sherry went above and beyond to ensure that I received , not only the amount I needed, but also at the terms the suited my financial needs. I did initially have many questions and some hesitation, but after speaking to sherry and meeting the other staff, I felt very assured and confident in my choice, all my questions were clearly answered with great detail.
