Do not use this scam!! The reliable in their name is the biggest joke ever!!! Attendants are rude and very unprofessional and will leave you stranded during your move! Save yourself the stress of dealing with this bunch.

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Please trust these reviews. Except the 5stars which very much look like they came from fake accounts. This company is a scam and full of crooks. They will draw you in with a really cheap quote but it is absolutely too good to be true. They also ask for a deposit upfront… reputable movers will not ask this of you *huge red flag*. A couple days before my stuff was to be picked up in Halifax, I googled the company. My parents had booked it so I wasn’t aware of the reviews at the time. When I saw everyone else’s story I knew we were going to be in for a nightmare. We contacted them to confirm the pickup date and time and no one knew anything. Hung up on my mom. They lied. And kept telling her someone would call her (they never did). Eventually they screened our calls after telling us they could not make the original moving date and it would be the week after. I was flying back to Sask the day after pickup. So we scrambled to find another company during the one of the busiest moving times of the year and ended up having to stay another week. I reported them to the BBB and had them request our deposit back. I received a call from a woman this company who said it was being refunded once they heard from the BBB. They will lie, leave you stranded during an already stressful time, steal, and treat you horribly when you begin to question their terrible business… if you can even call it that.

I'm going to give a mixed review because I had to deal with an extremely rude person on the phone. And also, I booked for a weekend and they forced me to change it to a working day and I had to make arrangements so I wouldn't miss work, I couldn't cancel either or I'd lose my $200 deposit. Also, they didn't advise me ahead of time that there would be an extra fee for stairs. Luckily they compromised and gave me a reduced charge for my stairs. Then I was supposed to pay the balance upon receipt of my boxes but they wanted me to pay in full before they even delivered. Upside, all my boxes were intact and accounted for. They lost the foot of my little exercise step, which I considered an acceptable collateral damage as in hindsight, maybe I should have found a way to box it up. The delivery men were courteous and helpful. And upon inspecting my boxes today, I didn't find any breakage at all. Dealing with them was an overall stressful experience but in the end, it all worked out.

STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We got such bad service, not from they guys on the truck, but the office. Office people are incompetent to give instructions to the truck team. On collection it was said between 11am and 1pm, arrived 3pm. Delivery, 11am to 1pm, again, 3pm. The truck guys have been on the road since 12the night before, and after dropping my goods had to do another collection in Ottawa before heading back to Toronto. This company should rebrand itself to Candian UN-reliable. Moving can be stressful as it is and if you want to eliviate some of this stress, I would strongly advise to not choose this company as your moving partner. I'm well aware that covid has imposed delays on shipment delivery across the globe but the delays aside, the customer service standards that this company embodies is well below par. The staff is unprofessional, poorly mannered and quite frankly an absolute pain to work with. Communication is a strong suite especially for companies in the transportation industry. On numerous occasions, I got the run around on where our shipment actually was and there was often misalignment between the dispatch team and the company. Save yourself the hardship and do not choose this company to move your belongings. Truly just blown away by the level of service I received. Horrible horrible horrible experience from start to finish.

This is to bring to your attention that on August 7th, 2021 at 11:28 pm I received my belongings, yet all are damaged boxes, my possession inside the boxes have been broken, dismantled and handled poorly. But, most of all my 65inch LG smart LED 4k OLED TV is damaged that cost $7k+ is damaged!!!! after I paid for extra protection from you. I am furious with Canadian Reliable, you took poor care of my belonging after putting my trust in your company to make my moving experience less stressful. I provided you with 100% excellent condition moving boxes, my TV was in 100% excellent condition as well. **August 8th-7:56am Furthermore as I went through my things this morning, all my expensive dishes are all broken, some of my possessions are missing, my home decor is damaged!!! My tv won’t turn on either on top of it being bend and cracked. I need this rectified as soon as possible or I will be filing a lawsuit. This company is a scam!!!! the drive was disrespectful and tired to argue with me about my damaged boxes and broken TV. BEWAREEEEEEEEEEE ***update September 13th 2021 Canadian Reliable Van Lines refused to take accountability for my damaged property and told me that the insurance doesn't cover as they are not responsible. They also seem to misinform me that they used a third party company to transport my belonging without my consent. I have missing items, damaged furniture and now I am suppose to leave it alone and move on!! Tasha from claim has yet to respond to my email. I decided to take legal action and file a lawsuit with the FMCSA. I sent a complaint over to the BBB as well.

I was quoted one price and then charge me more. If I didn't pay the difference I would have to go to Halifax to pick it up. When the truck came I was was video it. The driver started to swear and flip out. The driver flipped out on his helper and threatened him not to bring it up the drive way. I run down the drive way fell smashed my face cut my hands and knees I had blood all over me. My husband's ashes were on the truck. They damaged the urn from the driver throwing my stuff around. They should never be able to us Canadian in there name. This is very disgraceful to our country. The driver should be fired from his actions against the customer helper and the company he represents.

My experience with this company was great in the beginning while trying to get a quotation and all that. I picked them because I thought their price suited my budget. I was promised my furniture would be delivered within 7 to 10 days, another reason why I chose them. My furniture was moving from Ontario to Alberta. After 10 days, I called them and I was told, "by the end of next week". "By the end of next week" I called them and I was told them same. The last time calling them they were so rude to me and told me "I can’t tell you which day next week that's it". I followed up with Matthew and he ended up telling me to do what I want to do. This was a very frustrating process for me. I wish they told me the truth so that I knew what was going on. I finally got a voicemail message on Friday October 22, stating that my furniture will be delivered either on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday evening at 7:30 pm, I got phone call asking me to come outside for my furniture. At that time I was in hotel for my son's birthday because we couldn't do anything in empty house. I tried to negotiate with the driver for a Sunday morning delivery unfortunately, it was not successful so I had to leave everything and go home to attend to them. The four guys who delivered my furniture were very nice and friendly. I would rate them 5 out 5. The guys who came to pick up the furniture started complaining about the so many things they have pick and also that they couldn’t park the truck closer to my building. They started telling me if they can tell the office, the office would charge me more and I ended up giving them $100.00 trying to avoid extra charges. My initial quotation was $1250.00 and it ended up being $1575-00 plus the $100-00. I ended up spending $1675 in total. The other thing I don’t understand is how they weigh the furniture without the owner present? At first I was told I will be there when they weigh my furniture. Unfortunately, I was not there and my price went up because “it went over”. My couches came with minor scratches and I am not going to do anything about it because no one will even listen. I am thankful that I got all my belongings. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Stay away from this company! They are not BBB accredited. So, if they lose/damage packages, they won't take any responsibility. I paid them $3000 for my moving and lose many valuable items as they lost two packages. They don't even answer my call/email now. Mathew Moretti is the worst person I ever seen in Canada. I am not even sure if this is the real name!

If I could rate negative stars I would! Ridiculously unprofessional. They were supposed to call day before to give a time of arrival and never did. Sent an email day of to say they were not coming and will not respond in terms of giving a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do not waste your money. First of all, I booked my items to be picked up on a specific date which they were not able to do (they called me 4 days ahead of the original move date telling me they would be there the following day) which left me scrambling to pack my stuff. Next I got my invoice... I was quoted $1250 for the move and it came to over $2100. According to the company my items weighed over 1900 lbs. Im a single guy with very little amount of stuff, there is no way my belongings weighed more than 1000 lbs. Then when my items were delivered to my destination address the movers (unsupervised by myself) moved everything into the garage instead of my actual unit then when I saw what they did, refused to move the items into my unit as they said the "job was done". They also broke my coffee table. After over a week of trying to get in touch with the manager to make a complaint on these matters all he had to say to me was there was nothing he could do and that my move was so expensive due to the ferry costing $900 which is blatant lie. A round trip for a commercial vehicle on BC ferries is less than $500. Awful customer service throughout the whole experience and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone. I truly hope they go out of business so no one else has to deal with this awful company.

Unreliable, untrustworthy, avoid this company. Did not arrive at three separately scheduled times after rescheduling. Sent trucks that were full and didn't have space for us. Avoided our phone calls when we tried to contact them. We ended up not trusting them to the point that we drove to NS, came back to Ontario and picked up our stuff ourselves.

Long story short, worse service possible. Bunch of thieves, crooks, scammers & I could keep going. Stole plenty of my items, destroyed my furniture, arrived 3 weeks late, destroyed my walls bringing my stuff in, driver almost fought me because my e-transfer was taking to long ( only to find out it was their system error). They will not take responsibility for any of my damaged furniture, walls, T.V's & missing over 4k of Gym equipment. Luckily I am too far to cause any necessary scene for the owner of this business but will definitely be paying a visit next time I am in Ontario, I have no idea how such a piece of s*** business is still opened. If it was up to me id have the whole company investigated & shut down. I hope Karma catches up to you dirtbags.

Finally he called to say he couldn't come because the truck broke down and there were no others available. He said he would find a truck for sometime in the next few days. I hired Canadian Reliable Van Lines for a local move, within the same township. I was apprehensive based on their poor reviews, but made note that most of these were for long distance moves and remained hopeful. I certainly was not disappointed. While there were some minor hiccups that can be expected as part of a move (ie. we were not notified that couches needed to be bagged so we had to scramble to secure some plastic protection for our furniture, and the movers were an hour late); However, it ended up not being an issue for us. The movers were extremely efficient, genial, with a very reasonable rate and no hidden fees. The move from start to finish took only 4 hours, and not a single item was damaged. Not even a glass. This was the smoothest move (hah) I've ever experienced, and I 100% would recommend Canadian Reliable Van Lines for your local move.

Called the night before our 8am move to say their truck had broken down. All the rental places were already closed so left us scrambling in the morning to rent a truck. If your truck breaks down that's not my problem. You can rent a truck as easily as me.

More like Canadian UNreliable If you like a lack of responsiveness and clarity, confusing and mixed messages and highly unhelpful customer service when dealing with a moving company, then you’ve found your match. I don’t even know where to begin. As others have stated, they are quick to call you to get the deposit, but from that point on, they bounce you around all over the place, with no regard for the agreed-upon schedule. Our items took nearly a month and a half to get delivered, as opposed to the promised 10 days, and this was with us basically begging on the phone for some answer, any answer. Twice, we were given guaranteed delivery dates only for nobody to show up, and when we called to get some clarification, we were either directed to a voicemail that ~happened~ to be full, or else someone gave a vague explanation about there being some confusion with the dispatch team. You could practically hear them shrugging on the phone. We got tired of being given the runaround, so I ended up writing an email threatening to get a third party involved, and although I can’t say for sure if that’s what did it, *miraculously*, the items are delivered about a week later (although they had the nerve to ask us to give the rest of the payment right then and there, before they arranged a delivery date, and although a lot of the boxes looked very wonky). I don’t usually write reviews, but if this helps anyone avoid one of the most frustrating processes we’ve had to deal with — and we have moved a lot as a family, and have dealt with various moving companies, so we know a good one when we see one — then so be it. Stay AWAY. [Half a star]

The worst experience with any company ever. They changed the day and time of my move three times. On the third time, they called me less than 24 hours before the scheduled time to give me the option between moving it to two hours after they called or to a month later. When I told them that I couldn't make either work because I was working that evening (and had already rescheduled that shift twice because of them) and needed to be out of the apartment by the day after because new renters would be moving in then, they cancelled on me, yelled at me, and refused to give me my deposit back. I argued with them on the phone until I finally got them to agree to give it back. I was scrambling to find another mover in less than 24 hours. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received the deposit back, so I called them only to be told the refund had never been processed. Please for the love of all that is good in the world, DO NOT book them. It's not worth the lower price. You'd be better off hiring someone off of Kijiji.

This company has a lot of bad reviews but my experience this past weekend was generally all positive. Our move was from Ottawa to Montreal, movers were on-time and followed all the instructions that were given. The two movers were polite, respectful and efficient, they had the truck loaded an hour quicker than I estimated, then unloaded all the furniture in a storage facility in about an hour. Dealt with Matthew on several occasions at their office, by email and phone, and was always polite and courteous. Responses by email were very quick. The one negative point was that once the truck was loaded, they want you to agree to the quoted price without actually weighing the truck. I was under assumption there was some sort of scale in the truck that would give us an accurate weight but they had to drive to a weigh station that was out of the way and incurred another $50. Although I was quoted a price based on 4,000-lbs, I don't think we came close to that, and could have likely saved some money with an accurate weight, it wasn't worth the extra time and $50 for us. The quoted amount was still reasonable especially for a long distance move. I would recommend this company.

I booked my move to another province as I was starting a new job. They cancelled me on the day of my move. They said I was the last stop and they had no more room even though I booked them one month ahead and paid a deposit! Reliable? Absolutely not. I would not recommend!

Boxes I packed were repacked and expensive items gone. Damage unbelievable. Other items just not there. Told it was never there even though I put it on truck myself. Price doubled after they had my furniture. Totally rude to customers when called. 1 star was for workers when picking up.

They were supposed to pick up my stuff on 29th last month and i booked my hotel, flight tickets everything according to the given dates. The worst moving company I have ever used. Quoted me based on an approximate weight of 6000 pounds from my move to BC, from Ottawa. Called the night before my move to let me know they would be there 4 hours earlier than expected, causing me to scramble to get things ready with 2 kids and no help in the middle of a pandemic. Got huffy with my husband when we asked them to wear masks in the house. Broke a light fixture and never told us, leaving the glass everywhere for us to step on. As I said before, I was quoted a price for 6000 pounds of house content but I knew that I didn't have that much as I had sold all of my furniture. They man picking up tried to convince me to just wave the scale fee to weigh my move and pay a flat rate for 6000 pounds. When I said no, he was rude and laughed in my face. My stuff was picked up July 23rd and I was told my stuff would be in BC sometime during the first week of August. When that didn't happen, I called to inquire and the guy on the phone laughed at me and asked me how in the world I thought I they would be able to get it here that fast. This is the promise they made me when I hired them, and it's why I hired then inspite of their price being higher than other companies I had spoken with. When they finally called to tell me they would be dropping my stuff off the next day, I was relieved. So relieved that I even entertained the unprofessionalism that was their drivers being completely unable to find my house. They were calling my phone constantly trying to have me meet them somewhere. Once my stuff was finally in my house, I wasn't allowed to inspect before they left. They said they were very busy and needed to get to the next move. I can appreciate precious time, but you just moved thousands of dollars of my possessions and were paid thousands to do so. The least you could do is let me go over my box list. Of course, I realize my Dyson Vac and a box are missing and inform them right away via phone. They assure me they will look into it and call me back. They didn't. I called back myself and they scolded me for not filing a missing item claim. I would have, but I was not instructed to. This was in AUGUST, and it's now November and they won't answer my emails and tell me that the person I need to speak to isn't there when I call. Do not hire these crooks. They'll damage your stuff, treat you like you're stupid and try to trick you, and most of all, they'll only be comfortable speaking with the men in the house and won't even make eye contact if you're a woman. Sexist and just awful. And yes, I did compensate each mover on both my Ottawa pickup and BC dropoff for their hard work via a cash tip. They worked hard and provided a service and they earned it. If you're reading this Canadian Reliable Van Lines, look up my name in your records and give me a call. I'm not letting this one go.

By the way, No starts wasn''t an option. Well, right from the start, we were finding problems, put a 200 dollar deposit from the credit card that they asked for and didn't receive any confirmation about the payment, all they sent was a thanks for blahblahblah, well after this we had a heck of a time getting through to them and when we did it was a day to 2 before they were supposed to show up in BC. When they finally got here I was getting ready to leave to Calgary and couldn't get in touch with anyone from the office. They ended up saying "either pay the 1184 dollars, which was far more then the 700 we were quoted at in the beginning, they said that the weight from the load was more then a 1000 lbs and showed me a CAT scale ticket which was written on by one of the employees! They had down flat told me that if I didn't pay the 1184 they would take the stuff to storage and leave it there. I knew there was something wrong with what they were doing, but still couldn't let them take the stuff had to pay up. Figuring later on I could get in touch with them and get things straitened out. That didn't happen. The woman at the company that finally answered the phone after trying for days to get in touch told me that there were supposed to be 2 CAT scale tickets, I confirmed that there was only 1 that the driver showed me which is the one that I posted on here, which I informed her about the whole shenanigans that they were pulling on us. Tried explaining what they told us when they got there, and she wouldn't answer one of my questions about anything. Uploading a picture of the scale ticket, and knowing fully well it's illegal to change weights on a scale ticket. This place would steal the silver fillings out of their mothers mouths if they could get away with it.

I would give them a minus -10 STAR. I don't know where to start from. At the beginning when I called this company I spoke to this guy Mathew, he gave me a quote for one bedroom around $1000 to 1100. He pick up my belongings on time and he told that he will get it to my destination within 5-8 days I trusted him. 3 days later I got an invoice from them $2500. 8 days after I did not received anything then I start calling them they kept telling me next week, next week, next week, next week. They are very rude on the phone 0 customer services then I stopped calling I give up. I was at a point that I was not expecting to get back my belonging again. 45 days later I got a call from them that i will get my belongings on Friday I was excited. I got my belongings I was missing 3 boxes of my kitchen dishes I called them the office told them that i was missing 3 boxes. That guy Mathew told me that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen belonging. I was disappointed. I have scratches on bed minor scratches on my TV and they are not responsible for anything. Try to avoid this company and report them.

Booked with them gave a 200$ deposit. I proceeded to cancel my move with well over a month before the move and Matt says it was a week before when clearly stats in our emails that my move was in July not June as he's clearly assuming it was. Terrible company I would advise anyone never to use them

This was a very stressful move because of all the bad reviews on this company My boxes where picked up on Sat Aug 14th all in perfect condition I went a little OCD on the *TAPPING and WRAPPING* they arrived on Aug 24 in pretty much the same condition Any breakage was all on me The drivers that picked up my boxes from Quebec where very patient and answered all my questions Thanks guys I was under so much stress --forgot to ask there names The 2 guys (Saffet & Gokhan) that dropped them off in New Brunswick where as equally patient and courteous etc etc... We got a free quote and we were excited that it was a very competitive rate and all the inclusive features that they offered (after reading other reviews it seems that the inclusive features were actually up-sale options and not as advertised). The person we were talking to told us they could move us on the Monday and then proceeded to take a deposit to hold that date. However 2days before the move date and on the weekend no less we received an email stating they were now no longer able to do the job. We did however get our deposit back fairly easily. But after reading the reviews, I feel like we dodged a bullet. Tl;dr. Booked an appointment and within 48hrs of move date cancelled.

If there was a "0" that what I would rate this company! Absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever experienced! Could never get a answer on where my belongings were in transit, moved from B.C. to Ontario and I was told two weeks and it took 5 weeks. All my life possessions were in their hands and I was terrified! They charged me to wrap blankets around my bed frame etc and it was supposed to be included in the move. Please be aware of this company and take your business elsewhere! They would not cover my damaged items etc... This company should not be in business ????

I couldn't believe this company still operating after all they did to their clients and I'm one of those. My experience: They are nice when they are getting a new client and once the deposit made, they didn't even know you and even the schedule of pick up they couldn't remember. The customer service are rude even the manager so for those looking a reliable movers make sure you read the reviews because we are the one who experience their services. My rate for this company is zero (0). Well, I believe in Karma. The more you scam people the more will be a consequences to you guys. NOTE: Beware of this company they will not going to return your deposit

My aunt moved to a new province after a very traumatic life event. This company only added more stress on top of what she is already dealing with. I am absolutely disgusted.

Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve ever had! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! They told us that the move was to be door to door but then sent our belongings to a warehouse. Showed up with too small of a truck to fit everything and then had to begrudgingly show the next day with the original workers that had been running on over 24 hours straight working ( we know this because they were here the first day after they had to switch trucks in Mississauga to Napanee, back to Mississauga to switch truck to drive to Montreal before coming back to load our second truck and then drive back to Mississauga.). Completely illegal! They promised to deliver our belongings on the 24th. We called to find out what was going on with the truck and were informed that our load would arrive sometime but they didn’t know when and we just had to wait until they got around to it. We said we’d give them another week and if it wasn’t here by then that we’d have to contact our lawyer. We were promptly told to not wait the week and contact them immediately and “ask for Mark”.

First, I’m not sure why I didn’t look for reviews prior to booking, my bad. The “relocation consultant”, Matt, seemed pleasant and reasonably competent. Estimates were provided base on a flat 250$ van cost and a 95$/hr two man cost starting when they arrived at the pickup spot and ending when the truck (16feet) is unloaded. Our move was split in two parts. First move in July was ok. On time arrival and relatively speedy movers. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t perfect, but compared to the gong show of today it was amazing. “Today’s” move started with the booking more than two weeks ago. All good until yesterday when I was called and asked if I could move on Friday instead. I said no. The rep (Matt I assume) Called back and conformed 9-10 arrival. 10 came and went. One call to the office and the somewhat grouchy lady said that dispatch told her they’d be there at 11 and there are no discounts for tardiness. 11 came and went (see the trend here?). My second call To the office and was told another hour. Another hour and the driver called and said 30 mins. They arrived at 12.45. Three plus hours late. The movers themselves were “ok”. Little English. I don’t have an issue with them, but with the hostage policy of the owners / office staff. Do yourselves a favour and find someone else. I totally agree that a random from Kijiji would be more reliable.

SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...BUYER BEWARE....STAY AWAY....I would put a zero if I could and they didn't even get to move any of my stuff. My stuff wouldn't have been moved anywhere anyway because they had the wrong pick up and drop off. Very quick to send a quote and follow up with a phone call...as they say if it's too good to be true it usually is. I only checked reviews after I gave Matthew my credit card, when I called back with my concerns he then told me the refund was nonrefundable. I asked for a manager to call me as only an hour had passed and my info was wrong. He said his manager would call in the morning. Of course he didn't but I did get an email saying they didn't want my business and the deposit would be returned, but only on Friday. Still waiting for the deposit (over a week later) to be returned and Matthew hasn't returned any of my emails. I had 3 identical quotes my guess it's these 3 companies all under one. Guaranteed I learned from this and never again will I book or buy anything without checking reviews. They are definitely NOT Reliable, I've attached a couple email shots so you can see what I'm saying is true.

Hired Canadian reliable van lines to move my son from Yorkton SK to Glace Bay, NS. They were late with delivery and did not contact us. They basically told me they didn't work for me and I can just wait. They do not care about their clients and hung up when trying to ask questions. Do not use this company, they will treat you badly, overcharge you and not care at all about you as a customer.

This is the worst company i had to deal with in my entire life. Seven days ago they sent me a moving proposal which i accepted it and paid my deposit right away. They were supposed to move my furniture from Calgary to Ottawa. They scheduled a moving date for July 31st at 12Pm and sent a confirmation email. On July 31st they didn't show up and didn't call. Few hours later i called their office in Toronto and told them the driver didn't show up. A relocation consultant by the name Mathew told me that they had an issue with their truck and that was why they didn't show up. I asked him if they could send another truck since i was supposed to vacate my apartment by July 31st. He told me that , i quote " if you are in such a hurry why didn't you plan to move earlier ? " . I told him that i booked this move 7 days ago. Then he told me that you move not happening ! Imagine I asked to speak with a manager. Another person spoke with me on the phone . He there was nothing he could have done but assure me that he would send a truck on August 1st between 10am and 2pm . I asked if i could rely on his words , he told me 100% . Today is August 1st, 6PM. Sadly they did it again. they didn't show up and never answered my calls. I had a number from a driver that supposed to be working for them. I called him to see if they were still coming, he told me that he gave my moving job to another driver and that he is not working for them. I was supposed to be in a cross country trip today but this horrible people ruin my Summer. And because of their carelessness and unprofessionalism, now i am suffering and the new tenants who supposed to move in in the apartment are suffering and my friends who supposed to be with me on the trip are suffering. If you value your time, don't use this company. While i am sad that this happened to me, i am also happy that i didn't trust them with my belonging. Lastly, In their website they mentioned that they are the most reliable mover and that they will make your move pressure-free ! Obviously they don't understand the word reliable ....how sad for a mature person

Stay away from this "company"! They are going to ask you for a deposit, don't ever give it! They are going to be rude, unprofessional, charge you twice and, if you refuse, steal your money. These are scammers.

We booked this place without looking at, or for, reviews (which I never do and is my fault). This Matthew guy responded to my request for a quote and this place quoted $450 less for 1000lbs more than any other place (RED FLAG, see other reviews). I put down a 200 dollar deposit and then started looking at what we had gotten into. At NO TIME was it mentioned to me that the deposit was non refundable, no matter how far ahead you cancel. Lesson learned but hopefully this helps you to look for another place. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

The worst moving experience of my life. I totally recommend AGAINST them. First of all, they gave me an estimate of 2800 dollars after they got a list of my furniture and told me they will deliver my stuff in 2-3 weeks. When they came to pick up my stuff, didn’t say anything, picked up everything and then I had to chase them for weeks until they finally came 8 weeks later to Drop my furniture. Shocking surprise was that before they start unloading I had to pay the bill which now all of a sudden went from 2800 to 7800. And their explanations was “the 2800 was just an estimate” Finally because I had no other choice, I paid the full price and they started unloading. Second horrible surprise was all my furnitures were broken. I wish I could upload pictures here to show you how horrible these movers were. I was very very upset. And when I complained to the company, after 2 month of back and forth calls they offered me 165 dollars for all the damages they did So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, just rent a truck and do your own move and don’t hire these people if you don’t want to be scammed. PLEASE READ: You will see many negative reviews but will think to yourself, "maybe it won't happen to us and these people got unlucky". I thought the same thing and risked it for the price. IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. They called us the day before the move to tell us they will arrive between 11-2 to collect my things for a move to Montreal from Toronto. The next day at 3 I called to see where they were. Someone says the truck is having issues and they will only be there at 5. So I call back at 5 because no one has arrived.... They SCREEN MY CALL. I need to have my father call from a different phone number to put me on a conference call so I can find out where my moving truck is. The Rep tells me she's so sorry but the truck broke down and cannot come today... Or tomorrow.. Or this weekend. So on the last day of the month, the day before the Canada Day holiday. At 5 pm I find out that I have no moving truck to move my stuff out of my apartment, which has people moving into it the very next day. Do not trust this company, do not trust that because they are nice on the phone that they will care about you or their move. They know moving companies get bad reviews, they don't care. They want the $200 deposit. Do not ever use this company. EVER.

What a joke doing business with these people. They should change their name to Canadian Most Unreliable company. It took them 1 1/2 month to deliver my items from Winnipeg to Vancouver. Items that were tagged "Do Not Stack" and "Fragile" are broken - READ people. Matthew, as point on contact try to ignore me after he took my deposit - thanks God the deposit is only $200. When I was trying to follow up, he keeps on telling to call dispatch - wow. After my items got delivered, 2 weeks after i have not received my official receipt. Called their Accounting and she told me the my Invoice together with the print out from the POS is the official receipt - this is insane!!!!

Like most of all the other people on here my experience started okay until moving day a small van shows up. I called and got lied to as per the anitial conversation with Matthew . I told Matthew I didn't want my belongings unloaded and reloaded we had to switch pickup dates for it to be that way. Also a lie I also had to jump through hoops with lawyers and real-estate and banks to be here with keys to meet the delivery time I was given by Matthew 3 day late 3 days in a motel just to be lied to again by Matthew over and over. I'm now getting house in order and finding more and more things damaged. The way they conducted there selves up until now is pathetic I don't even want to go after them for all my losses because I'm sure that won't be corrected either . I red there add over again what a joke if any one every wants to sue this company for neglect and false advertising and or false representation I'm in .

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. LISTEN TO REVIEWS. I called to talk about a quote and mentioned all the bad reviews and Matthew said people only leave negative reviews, never good ones. I thought whatever as long as my stuff all comes and I’ll take my own inventory of boxes and number them myself. Well after waiting a whole month for my stuff after Matthew told me 7 days max, I have a missing Dyson fan that magically disappeared. They took their inventory number off the box and stuck it onto another box, and now it’s gone and I’m getting a run around. There is no documentation of it on their end because whoever was filling out the inventory sheet on their end just wrote box for everything, or saying #455 was a box when it was a whole bed frame. Company is a complete scam, also had multiple pieces of furniture broken that they insisted I pay 200$ on top of bill for them to wrap in bubble wrap.

They never showed up! I had to be out of my apartment in 2 days and they never showed up on the day they scheduled to be here !!!! I had to call them over and over and over again until someone finally told me that they over booked/ packed their truck and there was no room for my stuff. We were left desperate and helpless with no one to move us out of our apartment! And yes, they took our money and never planned to reschedule!

Please don’t use this company. They broke my mirror and i was never reimbursed and communication with the company was very poor. Despite giving reasonable quotes I do not think it is worthwhile. Additionally they will not confirm a time for the move until the day before- this becomes very difficult when trying to book elevators in your condo etc
