Always pleasant and efficient service and very accommodating. Super painless billing. The 24 hour access to the units was especially convenient. I felt very secure and comfortable having my belongings there for the nearly full year I had them in storage. I highly recommend Access Storage.

Pathetic - Poor services and very high prices - I talked over the phone and I noticed that the lady doesn't want to talk and wants to enjoy her weekend.

We used A to Z storage twice during flooding.We were at first nervous with the kios machine but they were very user friendly and efficient.We were in contact with the property manager who was informative and helpful.Storage units were clean and big enough for what we needed..Overall all very positive experience ????

I’ve been with access storage since it first opened as A-Z Storage. The price of my until went from $220 approximately to now $360. I’m not so happy about that. And will be looking for another storage facility in the next upcoming month sadly. The customer service has been great but I never know when the price is going to be raised and it’s getting closer and closer to $400. It’s too expensive for me to continue to rent there.

Where do I even start.....Marilyn and Ashley have helped me beyond measure, with my moves. The site is secure, convenient and 24/7 access. The units are spacious, secure and locks and grounds are monitored and checked daily. The service is second to none. I would never use another storage facility. I highly recommend this site. Marilyn and Ashley will take great care of you.

We called looking for advice on size of space to rent and after several pertinent questions we were satisfied the manager had the experience to direct us. We went to the kiosk with a load, were promptly processed and directed to our unit. We were not prepared with a lock but the unit was secured for us with a company lock until we brought our own...thank you. The gate system works well and judging from all the security feed we saw, there is lots of site security. The storage unit was clean and dry and the large door functioned properly. The unit was easy to lock. At this time we do not have any complaints....BTW we were unloading one hot afternoon and the manager brought us each a cold bottle of water...nice touch!
