I highly recommend Top Notch Moving Services for your next move. I hired Marc and his team for a local move and a long distance/cross country move and received fantastic service for both. Top Notch is customer service oriented every step of the way. They are pleasure to deal with (FRIENDLY), and quick to respond. They are experienced, professional (clean truck and appropriate equipment) and have competitive rates. I felt secure that my possessions were handled with care and in trusted hands throughout. My stuff went on one truck and all arrived at destination without damage or loss (unlike my experience with large scale companies). Marc was able to answer my many questions and provided advice to ensure that all went smoothly. His team is extremely efficient and hard working ... and on time! They clearly love their job and it shows. They deliver on what they promise - if you want your move to be stress free and positive then these are your guys. I had called around to a bunch of places, trying to find someone who could move me on about 3 weeks notice and these guys were available. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work and how friendly and professional their crew was. They wrapped up all the big stuff in my condo in Stittsville, took apart my glass top desk and my bed frame, drove it out to Almonte, unloaded and reassembled the needed items 2.5 hours quicker than their estimate. Everything was moved meticulously and nothing got even a scratch on it. The guys were professional but also hilarious and actually made a normally very stressful experience much less so. Communication with the owner through the entire process was also fantastic. At full price of their estimate, I would have been happy but in the end, it was almost $250 less than quoted. I gave the crew a substantial tip as they totally deserved it. This place totally earns its name and then some. I can't recommend them enough.

We have never been so pleased and satisfied to have such an amazing company to move us. I had made and error in the moving date and when they showed up they were totally empathetic and understanding. Marc was super nice and we came up with a compromise that actually turned out to be beneficial for us in the end. Marc called the day before to confirm and to reassure us that everything was good to go. The first week they moved what we had packed and came back the next week and took what was left; giving us time to pack the rest and organize things better. It went just as smooth as the week before. These guys have over 30 years of moving experience combined and it showed. They were fast, efficient,polite and accomodating. Jeff,(who I called Harry because it is uncanny how he looks similar to Prince Harry! As seen in picture below) Jay,Ryan, Nick and Kyle where amazing! They made me laugh and reassured me things were copacetic when I was stressing out on my mistake. Customer service A+++, moving A+++ and just being awseome is A+++ x ????! A neighbor of mine recommended Top Notch Moving to me. They are an amazing company that quotes for worst case scenario and tries to beat it. I had 4 movers that were quoted to take 4.5 hrs ...it took them 2.5 hrs and they moved more boxes and furniture then the quote was for (due to their efficiency not over quoting time). They wrapped everything in blankets (lower waste and extra protection)and moved everything with care. They were efficient, polite and worked extremely hard. I recently moved with Top Notch Moving after contacting several local movers. No one would come to my home to do an assessment of my contents or give me a quote. This is a key customer service in the moving business. I chose Top Notch for this reason. Marc and his crew moved my (way too much) stuff in record time. Nothing was damaged or lost. Watching them unload the truck was like watching a clown car - stuff just kept coming out. They dismantled and put back together an overly complicated bed with drawers. I was very impressed. I set up the moving date a month prior and talking to Marc was straight forward and smooth. On the moving day the team arranged the most efficient way to move furniture, belongings quickly from the house (garden home). The guys wrapped everything safely and ensured that materials did not get damaged. We had a full truck at the end of it. Upon arrival at the new home, the team maintained their professionalism. The move did not take a long time and I was really happy with the enthusiasm and effort from the team at Top Notch Moving. I would recommend them to anyone. The guys worked through the heat of early July heat wave. They kept going...!

I needed to have furniture, bench tools, boxed household stuff, etc. moved from a rural home to two storage locations and our home (consolidating my mom into our home with my wife's father in law). The movers were effective, careful, hard working, and they were nice folks. They accommodated my 'just one more thing' or 'could you do one more thing' with patience and skill. Top Notch was professional before, during and after the move. Their crew gave due attention to our items and property and impressed us with the combination of fair pricing and EXCELLENT work ethic. No seriously, they busted their butts... you get the what you pay for and then some! Breaks were not excessive and they worked hard on both ends to make this local move go smoothly. Also really appreciated their willingness to be honest and upfront about the more challenging parts of our move and how to save some money intelligently. We had a lot of bulk stuff and coordinate with them to ensure a positive result. It is my wife and I's hope that we never have to move again, but if we do we'd go with Top Notch again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had a great moving experience with Top Notch. Hired 3 guys and a truck, everything went smoothly, and fast at both the picking up and delivering to location. My furniture and mattresses got wrapped in moving blankets and there were no damages. The owner (Marc) came to do a quote in person and the team came in a half hour under the quoted time. I recommend them and would hire them again.
