Stacking Sam and his crew were simply amazing ! They were fit, fast and friendly. I would recommend Stacking Sam in a heartbeat. We had a 5 bedroom house to move and they took care of our belongings and never complained. Real pros!!

If you're not interested or not available for a job reply to an inquiry and advise a potential customer as such. Ignoring inquiries is unprofessional. My first impression was not good since this company does not respond to inquiries. Based on their lack of interest in responding to a potential customer I'd have to go by the existing 1 star reviews as more likely indicators of what to expect and therefore I will look elsewhere.

Amazing. I discovered Sam through my booking of a U-Haul truck for a move that I had. He arrived on time and was ready to go. Extremely polite and professional and efficient. The extra set of hands really made the move go off effortlessly. Would absolutely recommend.

They Cancelled 2 hours AFTER they were supposed to start. The email read that they "were dealt a bad hand this morning." We had secured confirmation of services weeks in advance of our move, up to and including confirmation the day before. Start time was 9:30am, I alerted I was a bit late, but coordinator said one mover was "on the way" and he was trying to locate the other. At 11:25am, 2 hours after I had rented a U-haul truck, I was told they were dealt a bad hand, and best of luck, with a suggestion for kijiji or another moving company. We had arranged our work day around this, and for some reason, that one mover who was "on the way" at 9:30am, wasn't able to remain on his way, so never showed up. Instead of giving me the one guy, they gave me zero altogether. This was a recommendation from a colleague, and we will spread the word throughout our entire circle and anyone who asks for recommendations. Unbelievable. Then his reply to this review is noting that he "offered replacements, just a little later than expected." Yes, 3 HOURS after the job was supposed to start. I declined because I had no choice but to return my u-haul truck and reschedule with a reliable mover for the weekend. On top of all this, the company tries to play it off like it was a minor inconvenience to cancel on a client on moving day.

We had to move a truck full of things from Deep River to Ottawa. Scheduling the move with Stacking Sam's Moving was easy and Sammy kept in touch the whole time, answering questions, providing quotes, and rescheduling the time as required. The movers were on time, professional, and fast. Sammy called at the start of the move to make sure we were making progress and to answer any questions I had. Their experience resulted in a tightly packed 10x10ft storage locker that would have been impossible without their help. I would definitely use Stacking Sam's Moving again and recommend it to my friends, they have good rates and low minimum hour requirements.

Sammy and Ray arrived and with a smiles on their faces, which may have been hard because it was -20 out ! I had lots of heavy stuff left and was concerned they may need more people, the strength and coordination of these two men was amazing. NOT A SCRATCH on anything. What can I say, when Sam first give me the quote I was skeptical because it so cheap so compare to others and surely that does not equate to proper service. I am so glad I took up Sam's offer, not only they are on time, very professional, and friendly they are extremely catering as well. We requested to alter our move date at last minute and Sam still manage to cater to us without a fuss. They care for your items and the way they move to avoid dirt, scratches, time and may more positives things I can mention. I ended up using Sam's team to move 4 times - 2 for me and 2 for my in laws. I know their team members all by their first name by the end just to show you the excellent level of service and consistency their entire team bring to you.

I booked Stacking Sam's for my parents move. They are elderly + dad just had surgery and couldn't do anything himself. I was worried since I live in a different city and couldn't attend and wanted my parents to have a smooth and easy move. Sam and his colleague were an excellent choice. My parents had only the best things to say about the two young men and how polite and helpful they were. I feel so relieved and grateful to them for being so nice with my parents. Hard to rate a service when the guy doesn't show up. Had a booking and confirmation number. Scheduled for 14h30. At 14h22 I got an email that the move was cancelled. No reason. I called Sam to see what was happening and he said he would check and call me back. He never called back. Now I'm stuck. No furniture in the house. All stored in the garage.

On time, hard working, honest and 100% worth the investment! Sam and Co just moved us this weekend and we were blown away by their professionalism. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, handled our belongings with care and were all-around great guys to work with (especially considering the 2 flights of stairs at both ends of move ????????) Sam went above and beyond with service: When it seemed that our large couch was not going to make it up either front or rear stairs, Sam didn't give up and figured out a way to remove the arms of the couch (without damaging the couch) and was successful in getting it into the apartment! Definitely worth every penny! Thanks Sam!

After confirming with them several times over the week, the guys didn't even show up on the day of the move! Later, got a text from them saying that they are unable to get hold of their driver and that we should be looking for someone else for our moving at the last minute. Very bad experience!
